Lightning phenomena and its effect on transmission line
As we know that Lightning is one of the most natural and serious cause of over voltage .So, my this paper describes about the lightning phenomena, the way it is caused and in the manner it effects the power equipments, building frames, transmission lines, etc It is matter of great surprise to know that over the whole world ,more than 40,000 lightning strokes per day and less than 100 lightning strokes per second takes place. Transmission lines functions as arteries that carry electricity from power stations to regions where the power is needed. Therefore, it is vital to control the construction and maintenance costs of these lines because while the frequency of transmission line faults resulting in power loss has decreased year by year yet the trouble due to natural cause lightning is not yet reduced The main object of this paper is to study the effect of lightning strokes on transmission lines which cause great damage due to traveling waves to the electrical equipments installed in open air and insulators, etc. Frequently lightning problems do not receive consideration during the design stage. It remains then for the lightning safety engineer to analyze the effect of thelightning during operations and to provide rational for safety through modification to the Assets, Facilities and Structures

Comparative study of hematological parameters along with effect of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in different stages of breast cancer
Background: Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies found among women in India. Haematological parameters have been shown to predict severity, mortality and treatment follow-up in breast cancer patients. The aim of the study was to compare haematological parameters along with effect of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in different stages of breast cancer patients. Methods: Total 235 human subjects were taken in the study. Out of which 100 normal ages matched healthy subjects were considered as controls and 135 breast cancer patients subjects as cases which were further divided into their respective stages according to TNM classification. Results: Estimation of haematological parameters was done by Sysmex Automated Hematology Analyzer Kx-21. The statistical differences between cases and control were determined by using student independent sample t-test.Conclusions: We found hemoglobin level, polymorphs, lymphocytes, monocytes and RBC count were statistically reduce (p<0.05) while other parameters were non-significant as compared to control healthy subjects. We also found deranged haematological parameters in all four stages of breast cancer. The data also indicated that patients which were on combined therapies i.e. radio and chemo have more deranged and decreased levels of haematological parameters as compared to individual therapies

DISTANCE MEASUREMENT BY ELECTRONS AND PROTONS IN PHENOMENON OF ELECTROMAGNETISM

By what
means or method does any charged particle, (e.g. proton or electron) measure
the distance between itself and any other charged particle? How does it always
gauges the distance so precisely?

How does
an electron or proton measure its own charge amount? By what means they are
able to do so? Are they self-aware?

By what
method it measures the charge quantity of any charged particle placed in its
vicinity? How does it differentiate between the nature of that particle,
whether it is negatively charged or positively charged?

And after
all this data collection by any fundamental particle, it applies the needful
force?

We will need to defend and justify our reasoning if we stand for or against the argument.</p
Abusive supervision and coping strategies among Indian professionals
The study investigates the positive relationship between abusive supervision and employee burnout. It also explores the mediating role of problem-focused and emotion-focused coping strategies in explaining the relationship between abusive supervision and burnout. The article studies the influence of individual power distance orientation on employees’ burnout. Cross-sectional data of 294 responses were collected from Indian employees and analysed using Smart PLS. Results confirm that abusive supervision is positively related to burnout. Also, only avoidance of contact and social support mediated the effect of abusive supervision on burnout; the multi-group analysis revealed no significant difference in terms of power distance orientation
An Approach for Risk Traceability Using Blockchain Technology for Tracking, Tracing, and Authenticating Food Products
Regulatory authorities, consumers, and producers alike are alarmed by the issue of food safety, which is a matter of international concern. The conventional approaches utilized in food quality management demonstrate deficiencies in their capacity to sufficiently address issues related to traceability, transparency, and accountability. The emergence of blockchain technology (BCT) has provided a feasible approach to tackle the challenge of regulating food safety. This research paper presents a methodology for implementing blockchain technology to establish risk traceability in the context of monitoring, tracing, and authenticating agricultural products. The proposed system underwent a comprehensive evaluation, which placed significant emphasis on simulation parameters and assessment standards. The aim of the study was to demonstrate the effectiveness of the system through the assessment of various quantitative metrics, including throughput, latency, and resource utilization. The Hyperledger Fabric and Hyperledger Caliper were employed in the formulation and assessment of algorithms intended for agricultural supply chain management. The configuration comprising two entities and two peers achieved the highest write throughput (205.87 transactions per second; TPS), thereby demonstrating the network’s effective transaction processing capability. In a two-organization, two-peer system, the mean latency for read operations exhibited variability spanning from 0.037 to 0.061 s, contingent upon the transaction rates and accounting for the duration needed for network processing and validation. The results were visually depicted, offering a distinct demonstration of the system’s efficacy under various conditions. This study presents a quantitative analysis that illustrates the efficacy of the blockchain system in enhancing the traceability of agricultural products across the entire supply chain. The results of this research suggest that the implementation of blockchain technology could potentially enhance both the security and efficacy of food supply management
