Landslide risk is common on most slopes. It happened suddenly. Landslides are caused by the presence of shear stress and a decrease in shear strength in the landslide area. Sambiroto Urban Village is one of the areas with relatively steep slopes so that it is prone to landslides. One method to overcome landslides is to install a retaining wall. The design of a secure retaining wall must take into account the factors of safety for shear, overturning and bearing capacity. Based on the calculation of retaining wall designed is gravity type with height 500 cm, width under 280 cm, width 55 cm, with retaining wall soil entering ground as high as 70 cm. Gravity retaining walls with these dimensions have been analyzed to be safe against overturning hazards, shear hazards and bearing capacity

AUDIT KESELAMATAN JALAN SEBAGAI DASAR IMPLEMENTASI PERENCANAAN KARAKTERISTIK JALAN

Peningkatan manajemen keselamatan infrastruktur jalan merupakan komponen kunci untuk peningkatan keselamatan jalan. Untuk meningkatkan keselamatan jalan, selama tahap operasi dan pemeliharaan, otoritas jalan harus menemukan dan memperbaiki masalah keselamatan yang menjadi penyebab kecelakaan jalan, untuk mencegah kembali terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Sehingga audit keselamatan jalan sangat dibutuhkan, sebagai suatu sistem yang melakukan kontrol kualitas (keselamatan) jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian terhadap audit keselamatan jalan yang telah dilakukan pada berbagai lokasi dan melakukan penyimpulan terhadap rekomendasi audit keselamatan jalan dalam hal geometrik dan karakteristik jalan untuk dapat memberikan masukan pada tahapan perencanaan jalan baru di kemudian hari. Hasil dari studi ini adalah pada segmen jalan lurus perencanaan rambu peringatan dan batas kecepatan sangat diperlukan untuk menambah informasi kepada pengemudi. Terkait bagian tikungan dan tanjakan jalan, konsistensi dalam perencanaan radius tikungan mutlak diperlukan.  Selain itu khusus untuk daerah tanjakan, pada tikungan perlu dilengkapi marka garis lurus dan rambu batas kecepatan serta rambu dilarang menyiap untuk mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas

PELATIHAN PENGENALAN MICROSOFT PROJECT 2019 PADA KONTRAKTOR DAN KONSULTAN BERSAMA HIMPUNAN PENGEMBANGAN JALAN INDONESIA (HPJI) JAWA TENGAH

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bermitra dengan Dewan Pengurus Daerah Himpunan Pengembangan Jalan Indonesia (DPD HPJI) Jawa Tengah. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan adalah para kontraktor dan konsultan baik yang sebagai anggota HPJI Jawa Tengah maupun tidak. Microsoft Project 2019 adalah software pendukung dalam mengelola proyek misalnya untuk penjadwalan, penyusunan anggaran biaya, monitoring evaluasi, sampai pembuatan laporan proyek. Kebutuhan software Microsoft Project ini menjadi alat bantu untuk kontraktor dan konsultan dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi proyek konstruksi yang dikerjakan. Saat ini sebagian besar proses pengelolaan proyek masih masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang dianggap masih konvensional. Indikator keberhasilan pelatihan Micorosoft Project 2019 pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah kemampuan peserta dalam memahami kemampuan dasar yaitu mengelola penjadwalan proyek dengan Microsoft Project. Untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman peserta dilakukan pre test dan post test pada sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil post test didapatkan hasil bahwa sebagian peserta telah memahami pelatihan dengan baik dengan tingkat pemahaman minimal diatas 70%

PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN DAN PERLAKUAN PENYIAPAN RECLAIMED ASPHALT PAVEMENT (RAP) TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK

Abstract: The addition of the Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) is done by stripping the asphalt mixture on the pavement structure and destroying it into a grained material. The percentage of RAP material addition and treatment of RAP material prior to use as a Job Mix Formula will affect the final result of the asphalt mixture so that the relationship between the asphalt mixture characteristics with the RAP material and the relationship between the asphalt mixture characteristics between the two treatments against RAP with or without the granulator need to be studied. The results of this study show that the addition of RAP material can improve the stability of the asphalt mixture, the optimal value of RAP material addition is between 20% and 30%. In addition, the use of RAP by granulisation process in aggregate mixtures can help to improve stability and mixed stiffness.Keyword: RAP, Asphalt mixture, granulato

STUDI PERBANDINGAN ALTERNATIF PENINGGIAN ELEVASI JALAN DENGAN PENGGUNAAN BANGUNAN PROTEKSI PIPA TERHADAP BIAYA, MUTU DAN WAKTU

One of the work items in the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Accessibility and Ducting Utility Project is widening the M1-M2 road. Pit test results in that area indicate that there is a 40 cm (16 ") diameter Pertamina pipeline at a depth of 0.7 m. The pipe is used to flow aircraft fuel so it is not possible to be relocated, this condition is called road crossing pipeline. Alternative solutions to overcome these problems are road elevation and the making of pipe protection from concrete. Road elevation costs as much as Rp 13,626,916,287.02 compared to alternative construction of pipeline protection amounting to Rp 23,200,588,370. The time for completing the elevation of the road is faster, which is around 47 weeks, while the implementation of the road and making pipeline protection takes 61 weeks. In terms of quality, in soil compaction during the road elevation process uses a vibroroller so that compaction is evenly distributed. Based on the comparative results in terms of cost, time and quality, the alternative solution to the problem road crossing pipeline is road elevation

PENINGKATAN KUAT TEKAN PAVING BLOCK DENGAN ALAT CETAK MEKANIS

Pesatnya Pesatnya perkembangan perindustrian di bidang transportasi dantatanan pertamanan kota, turut mempengaruhi industri paving block. Salah satu home industri yang berkembang dalam bidang produksi paving block adalah UD. Putra Mandiri dan UD Abadi jaya yang bertempat di jalan Prof. Suharso No. 27 Semarang. Usaha paving block ini dilakukan secara bersamaan pengelolaannya dengan kegiatan usaha lainnya seperti batako. Tingginya permintaan konsumen terhadap paving block tidak diimbangi dengan ketersediaan kualitas yang memadai baik dari segi kekuatan, umur pakai, dan durability paving. Pada usaha ini masih banyak ditemukan beberapa produk yang retak dan pecah, hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh proses pencetakan yang masih menggunakan proses manual dengan tenaga manusia. Proses pencetakan manual ini menyebabkan ketidak konsistensian dalam pemadatan cetakan paving block sehingga seringkali hasil produksi tidak dapat dipasarkan karena terdapat banyak produk yang cacat. Sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan pemeriksaan uji kuat tekan produk Paving Block yang dihasilkan mitra dengan proses pencetakan manual, serta membandingkan kuat tekan produk tersebut dengan Paving Block hasil pencetakan dengan proses mekanis

Perfect order fulfillment in construction supply chain performance

The problem of construction supply chains is the fragmentation of unsustainable projects such as manufacturing. Therefore it is necessary to have supply chain performance indicator standards related to the procurement of materials that can be used as a reference for the performance of a project or contractor. The purpose of this study is to measure the performance of the construction supply chain with the perfect order fulfillment (POF) indicator adopted from the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) 12.0. The adoption stage starts from the definition in construction to the calculation of indicators in the project. The results showed that suppliers of steel and ready mix concrete at close range from the project had better performance. In the case study, the perfect order fulfillment performance of steel suppliers with a distance of 345 km is worth 89.476% while suppliers with a distance of 540 km are worth 87.535%. The supplier of ready mix concrete within 7.3 km is worth 95.355% and the supplier with a distance of 15.7 km is 91.705%
