The influence of information technology in determining the model for sustainability of freight forwarding

Freight forwarding as a factor for growth of the economy, industry and in particular the trade of the Republic of Macedonia and abroad, requires adapting to new conditions resulting from the global economic crisis. The fact that freight forwarding is an integral part of logistics need: To improve performance and to adjust to new conditions (legislation, international agreements and implementation of information technologies). This scientific paper gives a model of sustainable development of freight forwarding where the main accent is placed on the input of information technologies as one of the elements that affect it. From the given data we has analyze and forecast the influence of IT elements of the development on freight forwarding for the period from 2005 to 2015

Информационите системи од нивното постоење до денес бележат голем напредок во сите области, како во правото, медицината и математиката така и во економијата. Со помош на употребата на информацините системи доаѓа до подобрување на квалитетот во работата, упростување на потешките задачи како и намалување на потребното време за изработка на одредена задача. Technically Supported Bioinformatical Education

Bioinformatics is a new scientific discipline, connecting together technology and biology. Large amounts of data coming from organism’s micro-level can’t be processed without computer’s support. Nowadays many bioinformatics tools are internetavailable. Using these resources for practical instruction in bioinformatics helps students easily understand difficult theoretical concepts, making them being able to access genetic database and to process genetic material using genetic processing software. Учење со помош на компјутерски игри

Програмите за забава кои се играат на компјутер се викаат компјутерски игри. Уште од појавата на првите компјутерските игри децата повеќе сакаат да ги играат игрите отколку да ги слушаат предавањата на наставниците. Првата компјутерска игра во светот била направена во 1961 год.во Америка под името Spacewar. Доколку мислите дека видео игрите се нешто на кое децата залудно го трошат своето скапоцено време, жал ни е, но мораме да ви кажеме дека не сте во право. Постои дури и училиште “Quest to Learn” кое било отворено во Њујорк, а негова задача е да ги образува децата исклучиво преку компјутерски игри. Може да се каже, дека игрите го окупираат вниманието на децата за време на часови и ги тераат да решаваат одреден проблем иако константно наидуваат на препреки, но ако нешто слично им се случи во вистинскиот живот или за време на предавањето од страна на наставниците, децата обично се откажуваат при првата препрека. Постојат голем број на едукативни компјутерски игри кои може да им помогнат на децата во учењето. На пример игрите од видот меморија, им помагаат на децата да ја подобрат својата краткотрајна меморија и да ја унапредат вештината на брзо препознавање. Исто така постојат и едукативни игри во кои преку игра е разработен целиот материјал од некое одделение. Со помош на овие CD-ња децата многу полеснп може да го совладаат училишниот материјал. Comparison of the performance of the artificial boundaries P3 and P4 Stacey depending on interval

This paper presents an research of the performance of the artificial boundaries P3 and P4 of Stacey depending on the interval of the heigh of the computational grid. The interval between mesh points is changed constantly and the tables are presented below. Introduction, structure, results, conclusion and references of the paper are shown below. Analytical methods allow us to model a lot of processes in the exploring of the earth and to enjoy in a significant success in studies about permanent deformations as also for propagating of waves for a long time. In reality geological mediums are discontinuous of a large scale rang, combined from discrete particles, consider both microscopic and macroscopic parts. Development of numerical schemes provide us to study wave propagations through complex media. These methods have proven as valuable as a way for implementing of real data covered with seismic explorations with synthetic data from numerical models. They also have allow access to the processes like scattering of seismic waves as they pass through the crust. Of course there are other methods as finite difference method, boundary method of elements, discrete particle scheme who are not based on the wave equation, but to the physics of the wave propagation that shows on the atom scale. These days numerical seismology can provide us computer simulations of seismic wave propagation [4], that represent invaluable tool for understanding of the wave phenomena, their generating and their consequences

Со се побрзиот развој на технологијата сè повеќе се наметнува потребата од користење на компјутерите. Овој процес на користење на компјутерите ги вклучува и најмадите, како учениците во основното образование така и учениците во средното образование. Меѓутоа, иако за децата користењето на компјуер е обазование и забава, тоа често може да премине во зависност. Поради оваа причина и кај родителите често се јавува дилемата дали и од која возраст да им дозволат на своите деца користење на компјутери. Психолозите во своите истражувања дошле до заклучок дека доколку детето поминува редовно повеќе од четири часа дневно на компјутер во тој случај станува збор за зависнот. За среќа таквата зависност опфаќа не повеќе од три проценти од корисниците. Најчесто склони на ваква зависнот се затворените и некомуникативни деца. Тие се доста несигурни, лесно се вознемируваат и очајуваат поради најмалиот неуспех. Се поставува прашање кои се причини поради кои се станува зависник од Интернет. Како главна причина се претпоставува дека е прифаќањето на Интернетот како средина која може да пружи емоционална поддршка. Тоа најчесто се случува поради тоа што децата не можат да воспостават комуникација со своите врсници. Децата во адолесценција најчесто не умеат да зборуват за своите чуства, како и да најдат соодветен начин да ги искажат чуствата. Клучни зборови: Интернет, зависност, компјутери

Blended Learning Approach in Higher Education

The Republic of Macedonia is presently making great leaps in the development of education. The fundamental tendency is education – the basis of entire society. A need to apply new technologies in training future teachers emerged with the adoption of the program: The Republic of Macedonia as an information society and miscellaneous programs for the application of IC technology (a computer for every pupil, Macedonia – the country of computer experts, covering the country with Wi-Fi, etc.). The underlying tendency is the introduction of e-learning into the curriculum for teachers who would in turn be the carriers of ICT programs and projects in education. This paper aims to present the union of traditional and e-learning as one of the methods for the application of ICT in classrooms, not only as a subsidiary tool but as an interactive part of teaching. We emphasize the use of advanced learning systems, incorporating various types of learning with blending virtual and physical resources. Our paper represents the use of virtual media as a constituent part of blended learning. It is integrated into traditional classrooms and environments where e-learning is used. It incorporates a combination of media supported instructions and solutions that determine the approach in a number of instances of higher education, accentuating the development of different blended learning solution which are being applied in teaching at institutions of higher education (the Faculty of Computer Science and the Faculty of Education) as constituent parts of the State University. University use Learning Management System (Moodle) who plies hugest possibilities: blogs, discussions forums, e-mail, SMS and different tools to create quizzes. Access to this system it is possible across University Web portal and is part of combination between face to face classroom instructions with on-line learning
