    Implermentation of the good CSR ceertainly going to impsact for a company. Implementation of CSR to revieew the stakeholdeer example employee. The purpoose of this studuy to desscribe and explain of Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR), job sattisfaction, and organizatiional commitment. This raesearch explanastory research with quantitative approach. Population in this study is all employes of PT PJB UP Paiton amounted to 226 employees. The sampling terchnique used proportional random sampling using th formula Slovin and ttal samples obtained from 69 employees. The method for collecting the data by distributing questionnaries and secondary data with. The analysis techniqe used in this resarch is the path analysis with SPSS 22.0 software. The results showed thaht Corpoorate Sociall Responsibility had siggnificant effect on job sattisfaction with a beta coeffivcient 0,751. Corporatte Social Responsibility had no siggnificant effect on the organizational commitmment with abeta coefficianet 0,074. Job satisfaction had significant effect on the organizational commitment with a betsa coefficient 0,424. Job satisffaction mediates the Corporate Social Responsibility of the organizational commitment to the value of the indirect effect is greater than its direct effect

    The aim of this research is to know the influence of the variables of Training Method (X1), Training Material (X2), Training Instructor (X3) on Labor Competence (Y) simultaneously and partially. This type of training is explanatory research (explanation) with quantitative approach and conducted by questionnaire method. This research is done by giving a written question to all employees of PT Tritama Bina Karya Malang distribution of labor services which amounted to 106 people and located Ki Ageng Gribig street Kedungkandang, Malang City. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with F (simultaneous) and t test (partial). Based on F test, it can be seen that F arithmetic> F table is 46,439> 2,694 or sig value. F (0,000) <α = 0.05 then the regression analysis model is significant because H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the dependent variable (Labor Competence) can be significantly affected by the independent variables of Training Methods, Training Materials, and Training Instructors simultaneously. Based on t test results it can be seen that each independent variable (Training Method, Training Material, and Training Instructor) has a partially significant influence on the dependent variable (Labor Competency). Kеywords: Training Methods, Training Materials, Training Instructors and Labor Competencies АBSTRАK Jenis pelatihan ini adalah explanatory research (penjelasan) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan seperangkat pertanyaan tertulis kepada seluruh tenaga kerja PT Tritama Bina Karya Malang penyaluran jasa tenaga kerja yang berjumlah 106 orang dan berlokasi jalan Ki Ageng Gribig Kedungkandang, Kota Malang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji F (simultan) dan uji t (parsial). Berdasarkan uji F yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa F hitung>F tabel yaitu 46,439 > 2,694 atau nilai sig. F (0,000) < α = 0.05 maka model analisis regresi adalah signifikan karena H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel terikat (Kompetensi Tenaga Kerja) dapat dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh variabel bebas Metode Pelatihan, Materi Pelatihan, dan Instruktur Pelatihan secara simultan. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dapat diketahui bahwa masing-masing variabel bebas (Metode Pelatihan, Materi Pelatihan, dan Instruktur Pelatihan) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel terikat (Kompetensi Tenaga Kerja).     This study aimed to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Job Satisfaction, to know the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Organizational Commitment and to know the effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. The method of this research eksplanative with the quantitative approach. The sampling method used in this research is the nonprobability sampling and according to the finding in the field of samples used amounted to 53 employees. The respondent of this research are the employee of Bank Jatim branch office Malang which is located in Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto 26-28. The measurement scale used in this research is likert scale. The data was obtained from primary data by questionare and documentation. This research uses path analysis by SPSS Software for Windows version 16.0. The inferencial result showed that the Social Aspect of the CSR has a significant influence to Job Satisfaction. The result of this research shows that the Social Aspect of the CSR doesn\u27t have significant effect towards the Organizational Commitment but on the other hand, the Job Satisfaction does have significant effect towards Organizational Commitment. АBSTRАK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Aspek Sosial Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, mengetahui pengaruh Aspek Sosial Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dan mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Nonprobability Sampling dan sesuai dengan penemuan di lapangan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 53 orang.     The aim of this study was to asses and know the condition of quality information system and work environment applied in PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PJB UP) Paiton. The type of study used is expalantive with through quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of ellipse users of PT PJB UP Paiton with a sample of 62 respondents. The data analysis in this study used multiple linier regression.     The 360 ​​degree feedback performance appraisal method is a multi-source assessment with assessments from superiors, subordinates, co-workers and self-assessment. This method is a performance assessment to assess employee performance according to behavior in work. The results and application of performance appraisal of 360 degree feedback methods will be more effective and objective than traditional assessment methods. PT Petrokimia Gresik is a fertilizer company in Indonesia that has a policy in performance management by applying a 360 degree feedback assessment. The evaluation of soft competence in the company is measured by a 360 degree feedback rating system. Qualitative approach is the method used in this research. The result of the research and the evaluation of the problem, in applying the 360 ​​degree feedback performance method in PT Petrokimia Gresik is done because the result of the assessment from various sources of the appraiser that influence the objectivity of the assessment. The criterion of valuation based on the company\u27s core soft competence is an indicator in the assessment. The purpose of this assessment as an input in the final assessment of company performance.     This study aims to determine the effect of the application of library automation toward service quality and performance in the Library and Documentation Batu City Government. The background of this research is to see that the library is an institution working in the field of information is appropriate use of information technology for libraries are required to be able to always present the information needed library users along with the development of science. The approach used is a quantitative study with a sample totaled 116 respondents who are visitors Library Documentation and Archives of the City of Stone. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and path analysis (path analysis). The results of this study indicate that there is significant influence Automation of Library to quality of service (Y) indicated significant value of 0.001 (<0.005) with the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 24.6%, a significant influence variable quality of service to variable performance demonstrated the significant value of 0.000 (<0.005) and the results of determination coefficient of 51.9%, and there is a significant differenceAutomation of Library to variable performance (Y) which demonstrated the significant value of 0.000 (<0.005).     Research was aimed to describe job burnout, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan VIII Surabaya, and also to understand the effect of job burnout on organizational commitment, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the effect of organizational commitment on job performance, the effect job burnout on employee performance, and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Type of research was explanatory research with quantitative approach. Sample was 58 employees at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan VIII Surabaya. Data collection method included questionnaire and documentation.The results showed that the variables of job burnout had negative and not significant negative effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction variables had significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Organisaional commitment variable had positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Job burnout variablehad significant and negative effect on the performance of employees. Job satisfaction vairable had significant positive effect on employee performance. .Job burnout and job satisfaction were influential to organizational commitment as proved by R-square of 0.368. Job burnout, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were influential to employee performance as proved by R-square of 0.501
