The Correlation Between Eating Utensils and Place of Sales in the Contamination of Escherichia Coli in Food Sold at Campus Food Stalls
Up to now, in general, the safety of food that is sold at any canteens in the campuses, the eating utensils are handled and the food stalls are managed are still uncertain. This research was aimed to understand the correlation between the eating utensils handling and the contamination of Escherichia coli (E. coli) in the food sold by the food vendors in the campus. The cross-sectional design research applied on the food stalls in the university campus in Depok with a total number of 173 consumers as respondents. The variables observed as independent variables were the sanitation of the eating utensils and the sanitation of the dining place. The examination method of the Most Probable Number (MPN) for E. coli was conducted to assess the food’s hygiene. The data analyzed using the chi-square test and followed by the logistic regression. The result showed that more than half of the food samples (59.54%) were contaminated by E. coli. The storage place of the eating utensils was most significantly correlated with the E. coli contamination of the served food with an OR=0.45 (0.21-0.87). Therefore, it is necessary to promote the awareness of this risk and reinforce supervision by the Health Authorities and by the management of the place of sales to provide guidance to the food vendors and to the consumers as well. Further research is recommended to observe the E. coli contamination through clean water, eating utensils, the hands of the consumers and the napkins used to wipe dry the eating utensils

Weather Implication for Dengue Fever in Jakarta, Indonesia 2008-2016
Dengue Fever is an endemic disease that occurs throughout the year. It is caused by the dengue virus and is transmitted by mosquitoes, especially Aedes aegypti. Weather factors such as temperature, rainfall, and humidity are the optimal conditions for mosquitoes to breed. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of dengue fever with weathers factors (temperature, rainfall, and humidity) in Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Jakarta in 2008-2016. This research is descriptive with ecological study design. The data source is secondary data from DKI Jakarta Health Office for Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever case and Jakarta Central Bureau of Statistics for climate data. Correlation test is used to know the strength and direction of the relationshipbetween independent variable and dependent variable. The results show a significant relationship between weather variables that have been studied; temperature (p-value <0.05, r = -0.264), rainfall (p-value <0.05, r = 0.210), and humidity (p-value <0.05, r = 0.504); and dengue fever cases in DKI Jakarta in 2008-2016. In conclusion, there are two weather variables that have a positive correlation to dengue fever cases; they are rainfall and humidity. While the temperature has a negative correlation. The highest correlation to dengue fever cases is humidity it is strong. While others such as temperature and rainfall are in the category of moderate and weak correlation, respectively.

Studies on the gamma-ray burst phenomenon and on its use to probe the high redshift universe
Gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) are an enigmatic phenomenon whose physics and origins are still to be fully understood. Furthermore, thanks to their exceptional brightness they can
be used as a tool to retrieve information on the high redshift universe. In my thesis work, I explore some of the research areas that can be investigated using GRBs.
Using the REM observations of GRB060418 and GRB060607, the initial Lorentz factor of the GRB explosion could be measured. The value found for both bursts and the inferred radius at which the forward shock with the external medium took place is in agreement with theoretical predictions. The analysis of the X-ray to-optical spectral energy distribution of 22 GRBs shows that synchrotron emission works well for most afterglows as a simple spectral model, on the other hand the dynamical model of the expansion is difficult to reconcile with the observations. A low dust-to-gas ratio is confirmed. The X-ray radiation during X-ray flares and the initial steep light curve decay
phases, is not (or not only) due to the afterglow emission

Perancangan Aplikasi Augmented Reality Pembelajaran Tata Surya dengan Menggunakan Marker Based Tracking
Novel schedule for treatment of inflammatory breast cancer
Inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) is the most aggressive form of this tumor, with the clinical and biological characteristics of a rapidly proliferating disease. This tumor is always diagnosed at advanced stages, atleast stage IIIB (locally advanced), so its management requires an integrated multidisciplinary approach with a systemic therapy followed by surgery and radiation therapy. Patients with IBC usually have a worse prognosis but the achievement of a pathologic complete response after neoadjuvant chemotherapy may have good rates of overall survival. We present the case of a 47 year old women with IBC, luminal B and with high proliferative index; she was successfully treated with a sequential schedule of chemotherapy (anthracyclines dose-dense/carboplatin+ taxane/Cyclophosphamide Methotrexate Fluorouracil), hormone-therapy, complementary radiotherapy and finally surgery until the achievement of a complete clinical and pathological response.
Luminal B inflammatory breast cancer with high proliferation index can benefit from sequential schedules of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and hormonal treatment and this can result in pathological complete response

Space into Time: English Canals and English Landscape Painting 1760-1835
England's canal network, critical to the nation's predominance in the development of modern industry, goes largely unnoticed today except by some scholars of transportation. As I suggest in my introduction, one of the reasons may be that since the Second World War the canals have been cleaned up and turned into an attraction for boaters and tourists. With their brightly painted cabins occupied by families on vacation, the boats, now motorized, glide slowly and silently past the bucolic banks of the canals. These are, in appearance, as originally proposed by the development companies and drawn and engraved for the newspapers: beautiful country spaces to be admired and enjoyed by the public. Another reason may be the exertion of a willful nostalgia: because the comparatively slow-moving canals can appear pre-industrial we choose to think of them that way. These choices have made the English canal system part of a pre-modern England, imagined just as the canals were being built. That England would always stand as "a living emblem" of itself remained for the most part uncontested (putting Cromwell to one side) until the construction of the canals. No narrative was required to explain the meaning of the countryside of estates and villages: they were "taken as a given" and had "no apparent origins". The canals visibly introduced time into what was perceived as an unchanging landscape. Time entered not only in the speed of transport on the canals but also in the factories that ran by the clock and the canals that ran by timetable. The geological layers unearthed in the digging of the canals revealed the passage of eons of time and the instability of the earth itself. Time entered in the movement of people and goods in bustling new towns that were in the interior of the country, made prosperous in part by the access the canals gave them to the seas. There was enthusiasm for the progress of English industry and science, a sense of national pride, and great expectations for the wealth of the country. There was a sense that if the old landscape and the new could not be reconciled, the identity of the nation would be lost. The general ambivalence about the changes the canals would bring began at the top with the landed nobility who first financed and built them. Their desire to extract wealth from their own lands overcame their fear of a dynamic population. Gainsborough, in his Cottage Door paintings, appealed to his audience's sense of nostalgia for the passing of the timeless English landscape at the very moment that the canals were being built and many of them were investing in them. Ambivalence is also present in Constable's attempts to cope with landscapes expressive of both time and space. The desire to return to an almost mythic prior time is palpable and his attempt to leap into the future with The Leaping Horse avoids the issue in the other direction. The heyday of canals, from 1765 to 1835, is the interstice between the early days of modernity in England and modern England in its full-blown glory. It is also a curious period in which the development of one technology, the canal, as it was elaborated in the landscape, propelled two generations of artists to work on the same problem: the visual representation of time and space. If one sets a later date for modernity (which I believe would be incorrect), one has the additional liability of facing a closed system of a time-based society and visual culture. By setting the onset of modernity in the 1760's, the anxiety and the failure of artists to develop the presence of both time and space in their work. At the very cusp of the period, in a work such as Turner's Dudley, Worcestershire, time does not empty space of meaning, any more than the supremacy of space in pre-modern England truly nullified time
The incidence of Sexually Transmitted Disease at Ciracas Primary Health Care, East Jakarta
Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) is a worldwide public health problem and become significant causes of maternal, perinatal mortality and illness. This research analyzed the incidence of STD at STD Clinic, Ciracas Primary Health Care, East Jakarta, in 2010. The association among socio-demographic (age, sex, occupation, education, civil mobilization, marital status, knowledge), environment (localization area), behavior (multi-partner sexual behavior, first sexual activity, wearing condom behavior, douching/vaginal washing, drug users, dry sex, rape/sexual assault, sexual traditional practices) and health service factors (supply of condoms, late treatment, irrational use of antibiotics, contraception, unsafe medical procedures, health promotion) withincidence of stocktickerSTD were investigated by cross-sectional study design. Eightyfive samples were chosen and interviewed by using a self-constructed questionnaire. Genital and other body fluid, as well as blood samples, were analyzed to find out the incidence of infection. It found that the total prevalence of STD was 34.2% (consist of gonorrhea 22.4%, syphilis 7.1% and HIV 4.7%). By bivariate analysis, a significant relationship found between STD incident and age (OR 2.8 for age 16-34 years old); sex (OR 0.57 for women); residency(OR 0.25 for Jakarta resident); sexual behavior (OR 5.11 for multi-partner sexual conduct); and drug users (OR 5.19).

The Effectiveness of Organic Waste Treatment Training to the Knowledge, Attitude and Skill Enhancement of Family Welfare Programme Group in North Purwokerto Health Center Working Area
Garbage is a daily waste of human activity or a natural process in a solid or semi-solid form. Composting is a decomposition process of organic waste either in aerobic or anaerobic. Many people do not understand how to recycle organic waste into compost. This research was aimed to know the effectiveness of biological waste treatment training to the knowledge, attitude, and skill enhancement of Family Welfare Programme (FWP) or âPendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) group in North Purwokerto health center working area. This research used Quasi-experimental with non-randomized pre-test and post-test with control group research design. Wilcoxonâs test result showed that there were differences between knowledge, attitude, and skill before and after the training of group sample with the value of p=0.014 for learning, 0.037 for the position, and 0.001 for ability. So, the test result of Wilcoxon group did not show the differences of the knowledge, attitude, and skill before (pre-test) and after (post-test) with the value of p 1.000 for learning, 0.863 for the position, and 0.527 for talent. Mann-Whitneyâs test result did not show differences in the knowledge, attitude, and skill, in both group sample and group comparison with the value of p 0.072 for learning, 0.457 for the position, and 0.457 for talent. Mann-Whitneyâs test result did not show differences in the knowledge, attitude, but there were differences between genius in both group sample and group comparison with the value of p 0.804 for education, 0.289 for the position, and 0.00 for ability. After this training hopefully, the PKK group can disseminate organic waste treatment skill to the other communities.
