    This research was motivated by a lot of medical patient complaints after visiting toPuskesmas Ngesrep in form of critics and suggestions. It indicates there areunsatisfactory feelings after their visit to Puskesmas Ngesrep that could be because ofdisquality services from the management. This research is aiming to analyze the effect ofdisquality service medic and non-medic toward patient disatisfaction and negative WOM.This research using descriptive and quantitative for data analyze. The samples for thisresearch are 400 patients that visited Puskesmas Nngesrep. Data was collected usingquestionnaires which tested the validity and reliability. The data was analyzed usingmultiple regression.The result of descriptive analysis shown that disquality service medic, disquality servicesnon-medic, patient\u27s disatisfaction, and negative WOM Puskesmas Ngesrep classified aslow. Statistical tests shown patient\u27s disatisfaction variable is affecting positively towardnegatif WOM variable (hypothesis 1 is accepted), disquality service medic variable isaffecting positively toward patient\u27s disatisfaction (hypothesis 2 is accepted), disqualityservices medic variable is affecting positively toward negatif WOM (hypothesis 3 isaccepted), disquality service non-medic is affecting positively toward disatisfactionpatient\u27s (hypothesis 4 is accepted), and disquality services non-medic variable isaffecting positively toward intention to negative WOM (hypothesis 5 is accepted)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan lahan, menyusun arahan penggunaanlahan dan mengkaji pengelolaan lahan SubDAS Secang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitianadalah sampel terpilih pada 48 satuan lahan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan lahanSubDAS Secang terdiri atas kelas lahan I seluas 187 ha, kelas lahan II seluas 147 ha, kelas lahan IIIseluas 515,2 ha, kelas lahan IV seluas 1522,7 ha, kelas lahan V seluas 7,3 ha dan kelas lahan VI seluas1223,2 ha. Arahan penggunaan lahan SubDAS Secang berupa pertanian lahan basah seluas 326,85 ha,kawasan permukiman dan budidaya tanaman semusim seluas 200,55 ha, kawasan budidaya tanamanlahan kering seluas 525,81 ha, kawasan budidaya tanaman tahunan seluas 1981,31 ha, kawasanpenyangga seluas 716,54 ha. Pengelolaan lahan memberikan pedoman pemanfaatan lahan; daerah hilirsebagai daerah pemanfaatan untuk pertanian irigasi; daerah tengah diperuntukan permukiman danpembudidayaan tanaman lahan kering; serta daerah hulu sebagai daerah imbuhan diperuntukkanwanatani dan hutan penyangga

    KAPOK FIBERAS RAWMATERIALFORMAKINGMICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE. Indonesia is one of largest producer of kapok (Ceiba Pentandra) fibre in the world. In 2008, Indonesia has 157.283 hectares of kapok plantation that produced 61.273 kg of kapok fibre annually. However, currently kapok fibre in Indonesia is largely has very limited use for fillers in pillows, bolster, or beds. Kapok fibre basically had relatively high content of cellulose, which is around 64%. High cellulosic content of kapok fibre indicated its potential as source for microcrystalline cellulose, which is micro sized crystalline part extracted from cellulose. Microcrystalline cellulose extracted with 2 stages, which is alkalization and hydrolysis. Alkalization process applied by immersing kapok fibre in solution of 17.5% NaOH for 8 hour at 100 °C to extract alpha cellulose of the kapok fiber. Hydrolysis was applied by immersing the alkali treated-kapok fibre in sulfuric acid solution with concentration varied in 0,1 M; 0,3 M; and 0,5 M and hydrolysis time by 4, 6, and 8 hours at 100 °C. Microcrystalline cellulose obtained was characterized with X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR). In this research MCC was successfully extracted from kapok fibre. Characterization result shown that the crystallinity of microcrystalline cellulose obtained is increased with the increase of acid hydrolysis time but will higher in the lower acid hydrolysis concentration. The highest crystallinity of microcrystalline cellulose was obtained from extraction with 0,1 M of sulfuric acid for 8 hour

    This study aims to explore how an increase in the representation and understanding of the mathematical ability of students after learning the treatment given by problem-based learning model and conventional, the association between the representation and understanding of mathematical abilities of students as well as student activity during the learning takes place. This research is an experimental study in SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Kunyit school year 2014/2015. Pretest and posttest study design is given in the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group learning through problem-based learning model and the control group learned through conventional learning. Based on the final test analysis results obtained representation and understanding of mathematical ability of students increased scores after being given pretest and posttest, besides students learn problem-based learning model is significantly there is a difference compared with students who studied with conventional learning. There is an association (the relationship) between mathematical ability and understanding repesentasi. While the activity of students in problem-based learning model and students showed increased active during the learning activity

    Study Correlation Wear Rate Measurement Technique of Flared Chisel Bucket Teeth Using 3D Scan Imaging and ASTM G105

    The aim of this study is searching a new method to provide wear rate measurement which simple and have better accuracy that occur in worn mining component surface addressed like flare chisel bucket teeth. Having correlation between Wet Sand Abrasion Test ASTM G105 and 3D scan modeling of worn surface, the validation of a new method to provide wear rate measurement using 3D scan technology would be elaborated. The preliminary study to provide wear rate measurement using 3D scan imaging have been established. The study related volume comparison by which 3d scan imaging process generated and buoyancy. Specimens were abraded using Wet Sand Abrasion Test ASTM G105 to provide specimen in certain percentage of volume loss. Several specimens consist of different percentage of volume loss were prepared. Specimens measured its volume over buoyancy and 3D scan imaging in two grade of meshing which are normal and smooth. Both of volume generated from 3D scan imaging compared to buoyancy volume measurement.  Study focused on dissimilarity among volume data generated. Analysis are carried out through the center and variability both 3D scan volume compared to buoyancy volume. The study shows that normal meshing has less dissimilarity level compare to smooth meshing. Both dissimilarity level span at -0.01% and -0.027% respectively. Higher mesh level tends to inaccurate volume measurement. Further study to determine suitable mesh level should be conduct in near future

    The purpose of this research is to describe student's higher order thingking skill to solve the problem about statistic with analysis step, evaluate step, and create step. The method that used is qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this research are eight students in grade XI IPA 3 MAN 2 Pontianak. The result of this research show that, two students categoried in high category, two student in medium category, two students in low category, and two students in very low category. Based on this research, can be concluded that the students are in high category can solve the statistic problem with analysis step, avaluate step, and create step. Students are in medium category can't do the synthesis step. While for students are in low and very low category only can solve the problem with analysis step

    The aim of this research are to know whether get different mathematical representation ability if classificated from picture representation ability, symbolic representation ability and verbal representation ability, and to know whether get different between mathematical representation ability and mathematical dispositions student in trigonometry compression topic at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. The method use survey research. The research subjects are 35 students and use purposive sampling technique. Instrument that used are mathematical representation test and mathematical disposition poll. The result of data analysis used anova one way showed getting different mathematical representation ability if classificated from picture representation ability, symbolic representation ability and verbal representation ability. The result of data analysis used correlation product moment test showed getting different between mathematical representation ability and mathematical dispositions student
