    Pengembangan e-modul berbasis flipbook maker untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas XII SMK

    This study aims to develop an e-module based on a flipbook maker in the subject of Public Relations and Protocol Governance Automation to improve learning outcomes for class XII students of the Office Governance Automation Expertise Program at SMK PGRI 6 Malang. The model used by the researcher is Research and Development (RnD) with the Borg and Gall development model. Research and development used in research can be in the form of conceptual models, theoretical models, and procedural models. This study uses two types of data, namely quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data consists of two types, namely data that comes from the results of the validation assessment of the flipbook maker-based e-module product by the validator. Qualitative research data, namely comments and suggestions from the subject of research trials and product development of flipbook maker-based e-modules. the results of the validation of material experts are 88, 33% are very valid, module experts are 91, 25% are very valid and field trials are 87, 27% are very valid

    Strategic Management, is a course that must be taken by all undergraduate students majoring in Management at the Faculty of Economics. And during this learning model that is applied face-to-face lecturers still often only use PPT media and provide tasks directly. The goal of the development of media e-learning Application Strategic PLADACYS (Planning, Design, and Action to Corporate Analysis-Based Android) in this strategic management course is to create and develop more innovative electronic learning media and provide more interactive learning media to students adjusting to the free learning curriculum.   Millennials are referring to technology. Learning tools developed in the form of e-learning media that can be installed on Android in the form of Strategic   Planning analysis (SPA) menu, Strategic design analysis  (SDA), Strategic action analysis (SAA) menus and menus in this application will contain a grouping of materials, tasks, and practices of strategic management lectures by following the symbol menu (SPA) Theory for planning, designing strategies with analytical tools.  (SDA) and looking for data to the company or industry as well as the practice of knowing the determinants of the company's success and analyzing (SAA). The development method carried out is the Borg &Gall development model [1] using waterfall grooves(waterfall)at the stage of development. The development stages begin with needs analysis, product planning, product development, trial/implementation (validation), revision, and report creation.  The product results in the form of Application Strategic PLADACYS (Planning, Design, and Action to Corporate Analysis-Based Android) as a learning medium in strategic management courses, and will be equipped with media application videos, as well as media usage instructions.

    The purpose of this study is to (1) produce personnel administration learning module Guided Inquiry-based for XI graders of Vocational School, particularly for office administration expertise program based on basic competence point 3.6 (proposing leave regulation) and 4.6 (reciting leave regulation), (2) validate the product through the validation test, (3) and find out the different learning outcome for those who used and did not used this product. there are different learning outcomes from those who belong to the control and experimental class namely 10,81 (control class average score= 82,58 and experimental class average score= 93,39)

    Pada kondisi seperti sekarang ini semua pekerja harus memahami tentang teknologi digi- tal. Guru termasuk juga pekerja yang harus paham dengan teknologi digital, yang mana guru pada masa sekarang ini dituntut untuk kreatif dan lebih interaktif dalam penyampaian pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada siswa-siswinya. Berdasarkan analisis situasi dan hasil observasi di lapangan, maka permasalahan mitra dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut. (1) Masih seringnya guru-guru menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional dikarenakan kurangnya informasi, pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai beberapa media e-learning. (2) Masih monotonnya metode guru mengajar, tanpa menggunakan media yang lebih kreatif dan interaktif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra maka metode untuk mendukung realisasi program IbM adalah dengan: (1) memberikan workshop edukasi mengenai media e-learning dan praktik media e-learning dan (2) praktik pengaplikasian dan membuat media e-learning menggunakan Genially, Flip PDF, dan I Spring. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini ada SMP Negeri 2 Trawas Kabupaten Mojokerto. Berdasarkan kegiatan workshop yang dilakukan pada guru-guru SMP Negeri 2 Trawas Mojokerto maka diketahui bahwa guru-guru sangat antusias mengikuti workshop edukasi media e-learning kreatif yang dilaksanakan dan banyak dari guru-guru yang mulai mengenal media pembelajaran e-learning, namun masih belum diterapkan di kelas. Guru-guru belajar memasukkan materi mata pelajaran ke dalam media e-learning, baik yang berbentuk PowerPoint, video, dan audio sekaligus akan menerapkan media e-learning dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas

    The Effect of Productive Subject Competencies Against Industrial Work Practices

    the purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of students' productive learning competencies with the implementation of industrial work practices in SMK Muhammadiyah  5 Kepanjen,  Malang.. This research used  a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was obtained by conducting interview techniques, observation, and study documentation. The subjects of this study were the head of the industrial work practice program, the head of office management automation competency expertise,  students  of  XI  grade  at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen, and the DUDI. The results of this study  were  (1) the process of implementing industrial work practices began with planning by schools, testing the productive ability of students, debriefing, placement, checking, and pickup, (2) evaluation of industrial work practices in SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen was done by asking the opinions of all those who participated in industrial work practices, but  it did not include DUDI in the valuation activities, (3) the competency of office automation and governance in SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen was already relevant to DUDI demands but there were  several DUDI  still unable to provide relevant jobs with competencies held by students in office automation and governance

    Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Peran serikat pekerja dalammemperjuangkan hak-hak karyawan dalam membangun hubungan industrial di PT. EkamasFortuna Malang. (2) Tindakan yang diambil SPSI untuk memperjuangkan hak-hak karyawan PHKPT. Ekamas Fortuna Malang. Dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan datapendekatan studi kasus diambil wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan empat informan, (1) KetuaSPSI PT UK. Ekamas Fortuna Malang, (2) HRD PT. Ekamas Fortuna Malang, (3) Dewan SPSI, (4)Anggota karyawan SPSI. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran dominan dariSPSI UK PT. Ekamas Fortuna Malang adalah sebagai sarana penyaluran aspirasi hak dankepentingan anggotanya. Dalam memecahkan masalah PHK, SPSI dan manajemen perusahaandalam pembicaraan damai di tingkat Bi-parties. Tapi tidak menemukan kesepakatan. Oleh karenaitu, SPSI dan manajemen perusahaan meminta Departemen Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten (Disnaker)Malang ditunjuk sebagai mediator pihak ketiga untuk membantu mengatasi masalah ini.     This research was conducted with the aim of: to describe how the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Office Administration program (APK) at SMK Negeri 1 Turen Malang.This research uses descriptive research approach. Data collected by using observation, interviews and documentation. The instrument used to collect data in the form of human instrument. Based on analysis of these data, we concluded as follows. First, the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Office Administration Program (APK) at SMK Negeri 1 Turen has been performing well, but has not been implemented to the maximum. Second, teacher’s understanding on the implementation of Curriculum 2013 at SMK Negeri 1 Turen has been good. Third, the supporting curriculum 2013 implementation factors is that teachers already understand the curriculum 2013, its guidelines (lesson plan, syllabus, instrument rating) has been prepared by the government, an adequate infrastructure. Inhibiting factors during the implementation of Curriculum 2013 the lack of involvement of the student, assessment or evaluation of learning, learning resources still exist. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimanakah implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran (APK) SMK Negeri 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa human instrument. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama, Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran (APK) di SMK Negeri 1 Turen sudah terlaksana dengan baik, namun belum terlaksana secara maksimal. Kedua, Pemahaman guru Administrasi Perkantoran berkaitan dengan penerapan pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 di SMK Negeri 1 Turen sudah baik. Ketiga, Faktor pendukung Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 para guru sudah mengerti mengenai Kurikulum 2013, pedoman Kurikulum 2013 (RPP, Silabus, Instrument Penilaian) sudah disiapkan pemerintah, sarana-prasarana yang memadai.     Abstract : The purpose of this research is the implementation of collaborative learning model POE and Mind Mapping on the subject archival and to know activities and learning outcomes in the students X grade Office Administration program SMK PGRI Turen. Type of this research was class action research (CAR) which conducted two cycles in 4 meetings. The research result showed that:(1) Implementation of collaborative learning model POE and Mind Mapping on the subject archival in the students X grade APK 1 SMK PGRI Turen in the cycle I reached about 60% and increased in the cycle II become 93.5%. (2) Learning activities satisfied and learning outcomes become significant increased.Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini  adalah  implementasi kolaborasi model pembelajaran POE dan Mind Mapping pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan serta mengetahui aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa Pada Siswa Kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK PGRI Turen. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dua siklus 4 kali pertemuan.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Implementasi kolaborasi model pembelajaran POE dan Mind Mapping pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan Pada Siswa Kelas X APK 1 SMK PGRI Turen pada siklus I memperoleh persentase sebesar 61% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 93.5%. (2) Aktivitas belajar sangat memuskan dan hasil belajar mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan

    Pengaruh Penerapan Presensi Sidik Jari (Fingerprint) terhadap Kinerja Guru Melalui Motivasi Kerja di SMA Negeri 5 Malang

    Abstract: The research finding shows that: (1) the implementation of fingerprint is in the excellent category, working motivation for teachers is in the high category, and the teachers’ performance is good as well; (2) there is a direct positive significant effect between the application of fingerprint on working motivation of teachers; (3) there is a significant direct positive effect between motivation and teachers’ working performance; and (4) there is no direct significant effect between the application of fingerprint on teacher performance through motivation.Lastly, the recommended advices are: (1) in improving teachers’ motivation and performance at SMAN 5 Malang, the institution should always monitor, review and improve the implementation of fingerprints that has already existed. It can also reduce the attitude of the teachers who are less motivated by the presence of fingerprint systems which has been used; (2) SMAN 5 Malang should conduct a study of motivation and performance on a regular basis with the hope to know what are the things that can affect the motivation and performance of teachers, as well as identifying the problems that might arise so that it can be resolved soon. In addition, SMAN 5 Malang needs to examine other factors that may affect the motivation and performance of teachers at SMAN 5 Malang apart from the implementation of fingerprint; these factors could be working environment, interpersonal relationships, and others.Abstrak: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Penerapan presensi sidik jari (fingerprint) termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, motivasi kerja guru termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan kinerja guru termasuk dalam kategori baik. (2) Terdapat pengaruh secara langsung yang signifikan dan positif antara penerapan presensi sidik jari terhadap motivasi kerja guru. (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara langsung yang signifikan dan positif antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. (4) Terdapat pengaruh secara tidak langsung yang signifikan dan positif antara penerapan presensi sidik jari terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja.Saran yang direkomendasikan sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 5 Malang, hendaknya lembaga pendidikan tersebut selalu memantau, meninjau, dan memperbaiki pelaksanaan presensi sidik jari (fingerprint) yang sudah ada. Hal ini juga dapat mengurangi sikap para guru yang tidak terlalu termotivasi dengan sistem presensi sidik jari (fingerprint) yang sudah berjalan selama ini. (2)Lembaga pendidikan di SMA Negeri 5 Malang hendaknya melakukan kajian motivasi dan kinerja secara berkala dengan harapan dapat mengetahui hal-hal apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kinerja para guru, sekaligus mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah yang mungkin saja timbul sehingga masalah tersebut dapat segera teratasi. Selain itu lembaga pendidikan di SMA Negeri 5 Malang perlu mengkaji faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 5 Malang selain penerapan presensi sidik jari (fingerprint), faktor-faktor tersebut bisa saja mengenai lingkungan kerja atau iklm kerja, hubungan interpersonal, dan  lain-lain

    PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA MOVIE MAKER PADA MATA PELAJARAN KEARSIPAN KELAS X ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN

    Abstract: The purpose of this research is the instructional medium movie maker in the basic competence that is Identifying the Archival Equipment and Materials also Explaining the Entry and Exit Mail for students in grade X of Office Administration program membership SMK PGRI 6 Malang. This study used a model of development ASSURE combined, and it is modified with 4D developmental model thus obtained 7 stages of development. Based on the validation results of the experts of media and material, the experts of media showed the percentage of 100% and the experts of material showed the percentage of 96.87%that those numbers showed that the instructional medium movie maker has very valid criteria. The results of the validation by a small group of students showed a percentage of 82% was obtained from the results of the empirical score divided by the maximum score. The results of the validation by a large group of students showed a percentage of 81.7% was obtained from the results of the empirical score divided by the maximum score.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran movie maker dalam  kompetensi dasar Mengidentifikasi Alat dan Bahan Kearsipan serta Menjelaskan Pengurusan Surat Masuk dan Keluar untuk siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK PGRI 6 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ASSURE yang digabungkan dan dimodifikasi dengan model pengembangan 4D sehingga di peroleh 7 tahap pengembangan.  Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, dimana ahli media menunjukkan bahwa persentase sebesar 100% dan ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa persentase sebesar 96,87% dimana jumlah tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran movie maker memiliki kriteria sangat valid. Hasil validasi oleh siswa kelompok kecil menunjukkan persentase sebesar 82% di peroleh dari hasil skor empirik dibagi skor maksimal. Hasil validasi oleh siswa kelompok besar menunjukkan persentase sebesar 81,7% di peroleh dari hasil skor empirik dibagi skor maksimal
