    Satpol PP as a regional apparatus has a very strategic role in strengthening regional autonomy and public services in the regions. To guarantee the implementation of Satpol PP’s duties in the enforcement of Regional Regulations and Regional Regulation, the implementation of public order and peace and community protection needs to be improved, both in terms of institutional and human resources. In addition, the existence of Satpol PP in the administration of regional government is expected to help ensure legal certainty and facilitate the development process in the regions. This research method uses a type of normative and descriptive juridical research that aims to describe the relationship of the main tasks and authorities and obligations between the Civil Service Police Unit and the Regional Government Police in upholding order in society. The purpose of this research is to Ï”ind out and describe the synergy between Satpol PP, the Police and Local Government in carrying out their duties or obligations to maintain public security and order in accordance with the main task of Satpol PP No. 16 of 2018, the police as stipulated in Article 13 of Law No. 2 of 2002 concerning the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia and the obligations of the Regional Government based on Article 43 of Law No. No. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. Untuk menjamin terlaksananya tugas Satpol PP dalam penegakan Perda dan Perkada, penyelenggaraan ketertiban umum dan ketenteraman serta pelindungan masyarakat perlu dilakukan peningkatan, baik dari sisi kelembagaan maupun sumber daya manusia. Selain itu, keberadaan Satpol PP dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah diharapkan dapat membantu adanya kepastian hukum dan memperlancar proses pembangunan di daerah. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif dan bersifat deskriptif yang bertujuan menggambarkan keterkaitan tugas pokok dan kewenangan serta kewajiban antara Satuan polisi Pamong Praja dan Kepolisian Pemerintah Daerah dalam menegakkan ketertiban dimasyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Sinergivitas antara Satpol PP, Kepolisian dan Pemerintah Daerah dalam menjalankan tugas ataupun kewajibannya menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat sesuai dengan tugas pokok dari Satpol PP No. 16 Tahun 2018, kepolisian yang tertuang Pasal 13 Undang-Undang No. 2 Tahun 2002 tentang Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia dan kewajiban Pemerintah Daerah berdasarkan Pasal 43 Undang-Undang No. No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah.     Utilizing Cow Dung Manage Into Crafts And Paper Canvas To Draw

    Cow dung, as an abundant organic waste in the livestock sector, has gained attention as an alternative raw material source for the paper industry. This study aims to explore the potential and environmental benefits of utilizing cow dung in paper production. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method in which the author describes phenomenon and situation deep down. The study utilizes a scientific and technological approach with experimental analysis methods to identify the composition of cow dung and evaluate its potential as a raw material in the paper industry. Findings from this research reveal that cow dung contains a significant amount of coarse fibers and organic matter, which can be utilized as a primary component in paper manufacturing. The coarse fibers present in cow dung can be processed into pulp through appropriate chemical or mechanical treatments. Apart from serving as a fiber source, the utilization of cow dung in the paper industry has positive environmental impacts. The use of cow dung as a raw material for paper production can reduce the amount of waste disposed into the environment, thereby helping to mitigate soil and water pollution.     Tracer metal (ng/g) elements in water can be determined solely by a qualitative or quantitative analysis using preconcentration method. This method improves the sensitivity of Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA) into part per billion (ppb) levels, therefore the type and quantity of metal in the water of PDAM can be determined. Preconcentration method was performed by adding diethyldithiocarbamate (DDC) into water sample to produce complex metal sediment. The sediment was irradiated inside TRIGA 2000 reactor in P3TkN for 3 minutes with the pneumatic tube facilities and readusing γ-ray spectrometer. The result ensures diethyldithiocarbamate is possible to apply in preconcentrated method for NAA, the alkali and halogen disturbance ions could also be reduced. Quantitatively, elements in PDAM water are natrium, aluminium, clorine, zirconium, iodine, calcium, manganese, and magnesium.     The implementation of Mediation is regulated in Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation Procedures and has been carried out in accordance with applicable provisions starting from the pre-mediation stages, the mediation process, mediation reaching an agreement, mediation not reaching an agreement, and the end of the mediation. The mediator has a role as a neutral party who can perform a role according to his capacity with a number of skills, which are obtained from education, training and experience in resolving conflicts or disputes. Meanwhile, its function is to improve various communication weaknesses between the parties which usually have obstacles and psychological barriers, as well as encouraging the creation of a conducive atmosphere for starting negotiations, providing insight into the process and substance of ongoing negotiations, clarifying substantial issues and respective interests. each of the parties. The obstacle found in the mediation process was that the parties felt that their legal interests were not being met, as a result there was no meeting of mind and agreement to resolve the problem based on the principle of a win-win solution. The solution to overcome obstacles in mediation is Article 13 paragraph (1) PERMA No.1 In 2016, basically a Mediator is a person who is not a Judge who has received and obtained a Mediator certificate from an institution that has been accredited by the Supreme Court, however there are exceptions to this article which in the previous regulations,  namely PERMA No. 1 of 2008 Article 5 paragraph (2) is also regulated, which provides leeway if in a judicial environment there is no certified Mediator, then the Judge who is in that judicial environment based on the decision of the Chief of Court can become a Mediato
