This research resulted in a comparison between the Simple Queues method and Queues Tree using Mikrotik router that takes a case study in STMIK PPKIA PRADNYA PARAMITA MALANG has been tested to determine which method is the most optimal deal of bandwidth sharing on computer networks. After finding out where the most optimal method will be applied in STMIK PPKIA PRADNYA PARAMITA MALANG to maximize network performance and bandwidth sharing in place, the results of the study lead to the conclusion that it is the Simple Queues more optimal than the Queues Tree. The Internet use in massive resulting in reduced network performance with increasing network users. Way that can be taken to reduce the decrease in network performance is to perform bandwidth management. Bandwidth management is very important in setting the bandwidth allocation will be given to the user to avoid the seizure of bandwidth allocation on the network. The research method used is the Simple Queues and Queues Tree method. Both of these methods will be made to determine the results of a comparison with one of the methods Simple Queues and Queues Tree is quite optimal

Background and purpose: Customer satisfaction is a primary indicator of the quality of public healthcare services. This study investigated internal (hospital staff) and external (hospital clients) perspectives in order to gain insight into the quality of care at Sanglah General Hospital. Methods: The study used both qualitative and quantitative methodologies with 11 informants and 106 respondents. Qualitative data obtained through in-depth interviews with hospital staff were analyzed thematically. Quantitative data obtained through self-administered questionnaire were analyzed using univariate analysis. Results: Informants from the qualitative data collection stated that Sanglah General Hospital has a relatively high level of service and that existing structures to mitigate issues are in place, which act as reinforcing factors. Data from the quantitative survey indicated that clients were satisfied with the quality of service (ServQual), with an overall percentage of 83.82%.Conclusion: Further efforts could be made in order to improve healthcare provision at Sanglah Hospital, particularly from the perspective of hospital facilities, staff support and increased implementation of clinical governance. Keywords: quality of service, internal perspectives, external perspectives, Sanglah Hospita

This study aims to produce a mathematical learning tool in the form of implementation plans and student work sheets by using problem-based learning models to improve the ability to solve mathematical problems in number model materials for the eleventh grade Senior High School, which are valid, practical and effective. Methodology: The development model uses the ADDIE model. The data collection techniques used were the validation sheet, the response questionnaire and the test. Data analysis techniques used are validated, practical and effective. Findings: The average RPP validation was 100%, and 87.82 percent of these criteria are very valid. The average validation LKPD was 100% and 85,06% are very valid criteria. The average response rate of RPP teachers was 96.25 % of very practice, and the average response rate of students of LKPD was 87.10 %of very practice. The average score of N-gain is 91% effective. Significance: On the basis of this research, we obtained a problem-based learning model, Learning Implementation Plan (LIP) and Student Worksheet (SW), which improves the mathematical representation abilities of Bukit Batu Elementary School of 11th grade, which is very effective, practical and effective. So that learning devices can be used

The light subunit of mushroom Agaricus bisporus tyrosinase:Its biological characteristics and implications

The light subunit of mushroom Agaricus bisporus tyrosinase (LSMT) is a protein of unknown function that was discovered serendipitously during the elucidation of the crystal structure of the enzyme. The protein is non-immunogenic and can penetrate the intestinal epithelial cell barrier, and thus, similar to its structural homologue HA-33 from Clostridium botulinum, may be potentially absorbable by the intestine. LSMT also shares high structural homology with the ricin-B-like lectin from the mushroom Clitocybe nebularis (CNL), which has been shown to display biological activity against leukemic cancer cells and dendritic cells. Therefore, we evaluated the biological activity of LSMT. An in vitro assay suggested that LSMT presentation to most of the cancer cell lines studied has a negligible effect on their proliferation. However, inhibition of cell growth and a slight stimulation of cell proliferation were observed with breast cancer and macrophage cells, respectively. LSMT appeared to be relatively resistant against proteolysis by trypsin and papain, but not bromelain. Challenges with gastric and intestinal juice suggested that the protein is resistant to gastrointestinal tract conditions. This is the first report on the biological characteristics and implication of LSMT. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved
