Thoracic myelopathy due to ossified hypertrophied ligamentum flavum
Calcification of ligamentum flavum is a rare disease that was found to occur almost exclusively in Japanese population. However the disease is now being increasingly recognized as a cause of thoracic myeloradiculopathy in Indian Population. We report a case of thoracic myelopathy at multiple levels due to ossified and hypertrophied ligamentum flavum
Failure of Offshore Concrete Piles During Construction
Two offshore piles of 1000 mm diameter with 1 m socketing into rock in 15 m water depth have failed during construction. The analysis of failure considering wave and current forces, structural and foundation capacities and vibration measurement on freshly concreted and well set piles is discussed

Henoch scholein purpura presenting as distal ileitis in a postmenopausal woman: A rare case report
Henoch Schonlein purpura (HSP) is a small vessel vasculitis leading to deposition of immune IgA complexes. It presents with a tetrad of symptoms, including a purpuric rash occurring on the lower extremities, gastro intestinal involvement, renal involvement and arthritis. HSP is self limited and primarily affects children .The etiology is unknown. Treatment is mainly supportive therapy with analgesics and in severe cases, steroids are used. Here we report a rare case of Henoch Scholein purpura in a postmenopausal woman presenting as acute distal ileitis
