    Rice is a basic requirement for the people of Central Kalimantan Province. The biggest consumption of rice comes from household consumption. Households with different income levels will have different consumption patterns. With this situation, this research is important to determine how the pattern of household rice consumption is based on income groups and what factors influence the pattern of household rice consumption based on income groups in the City of Palangka Raya. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The research analysis uses descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The econometric model used is the double log model assisted by using the Eviews 9.0 application. The results of the study showed that the factors that significantly influenced the consumption pattern of household income were the number of house members and the age of the household head. In the high income group the factors that significantly influence are the dummy marital status of the head of the household, the age of the head of the household has a positive effect and the number of household members has a negative influence and each has a significant effect on household rice consumption

    The purpose of this study is to analyzes the factors that influence the function of demand for rice in the province of Central Kalimantan during the last 20 years, and to determine the elasticity of demand for rice in the province of Central Kalimantan. Purposively making research sites in The Province of Central Kalimantan. Data collected in the form of secondary data that is demand for rice in the province of Central Kalimantan during the last 20 years with methods of literature arid study the documents that have been provided are obtained from agencies 1-nd private or government institutions that are related to this research The data analysis using Cobb Douglas function. The result of this study is that static analysis model adjusted R2 value of 0.945, which means the proportion of the contribution of independent variables to dependent variable amounted to 94.50%, while the remaining 5.50% is explained by other variables outside the- research such as taste, flavor and consumer Preference. Based on F test variable price of rice, the price of instant noodles, per capita income, population, and education together significantly affected the demand for rice. Based on t-test variable number of people significantly influence demand of rice at the rate of 95%, while per capita income and education variables significantly influence demand for rice at 90% confidence level. The variables specified in the model and does not affect the demand for rice in the Province of Central Kalimantan is the price of rice and the prices of instant noodles.     Evaluasi Pengembangan Usaha Ekonomi Produktif di Desa Sebangau Mulya Sekitar Kawasan Taman Nasional Sebangau

    Taman Nasional Sebagau (TNS) or Sebangau National Park has been now striving to provide optimal benefits for the community surrounding its area through productive economic business development program, as it did in one buffer village, namely Sebangau Mulya. This program aims to improve community welfare, and as a form of community involvement in preserving the TNS area. However, the success of the program remains questionable. This study aims, first, to examine the development of productive economic business programs in Sebangau Mulya Village. Second, to analyze the effect of such program on the welfare of villagers. The research sample was 40 villagers who received direct assistance from the program. This figure account for 10% of the villagers. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression were used to study the relationship of 7 independent variables, namely facilitators (X1), institutions (X2), human resources capacity (X3), skills and knowledge of human resources (X4), type of productive economic assistance (X5), counseling and training (X6) and supervision (X7) with 1 dependent variable, i.e. community welfare. The results show that the program has been providing positive benefits, marked by the increase of cattle and goats number, compared to those provided by TNS management five years before. In addition, the program has been successfully tying villagers and TNS management in maintaining and managing the area according to the planned agenda. The factors that partially influence the beneficiaries welfare is skills and knowledge (X4), which is amounting to 26.80%. Since the community in carrying out productive economic businesses is in accordance with their skills and knowledge so that they are able to develop ideal businesses with the environmental conditions of Sebangau Mulya Village. Other six factors have no significant effect on villagers’ welfare

    ABSTRAK Sayuran Sawi (Brassica rapa var. Parachinensis L.) merupakan tanaman hortikultura dari jenis sayuran dimana bagian yang dimanfaatkan adalah daun-daun yang masih muda. Layaknya jenis sayuran lainnya, sawi juga memiliki berbagai macam manfaat dan kegunaan untuk kesehatan manusiawi. Sawi selain dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan makanan sayuran, juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengobatan. Sawi termasuk sayuran daun dari keluarga Crucifeae yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Usahatani sayuran sawi dibudidayakan setiap tahunnya karena komoditas sayur sawi ini merupakan tanaman hortikultura yang menunjang perekonomian petani dengan masa tanaman yang cepat dan prospek kedepannya yang cukup menjanjikan dalam memberikan sumbangan pendapatan kepada petani di Kelurahan Kalampangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan usahatani sayuran sawi per satu kali musim tanam adalah sebesar Rp 754.523/petani/m2 dengan nilai rata-rata jumlah penerimaan sebesar Rp 1.249.750/petani/m2 dan nilai rata-rata biaya yang dikeluarkan terdiri dari biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Biaya tetap terdiri dari penyusutan alat sebesar Rp 327.627, sedangkan biaya variabel sebesar Rp.167.601 terdiri dari biaya benih sebesar Rp 27.200, biaya pupuk Urea Rp 6.617, biaya pupuk Phonska Rp 9.117, biaya pupuk NPK Mutiara Rp 30.667, biaya pestisida Rp 70.667 dan tenaga kerja Rp 23.333. Tingkat efisiensi usahatani sayuran sawi di Kelurahan Kalampangan adalah sebesar 2,52 artinya usahatani tersebut layak untuk dijalankan kembali dan menguntungkan karena penerimaannya lebih besar dari biaya yang dikeluarkan. ABSTRACT Mustard greens (Brassica rapa var. Parachinensis L.) is a horticultural crop of vegetable species in which the parts used are young leaves. Like other types of vegetables, mustard greens also have a variety of benefits and uses for human health. Apart from being used as vegetable food, it can also be used for treatment. Mustard is a leaf vegetable from the Crucifeae family which has high economic value. Mustard vegetable farming is cultivated every year because this mustard vegetable commodity is a horticultural crop that supports the farmers' economy with a fast crop period and the prospects for the future is quite promising in contributing income to farmers in the Kalampangan Village. The results showed that the average income of mustard vegetable farming per planting season was Rp 754.523 / farmer / m2 with an average value of income of Rp 1.249.750 / farmer / m2 and the average value of costs incurred consisted of fixed costs and variable costs. Fixed costs consist of depreciation of equipment amounting to Rp 327.627, while variable costs of Rp 167.601 consist of seed costs of Rp 27.200, Urea fertilizer costs Rp 6.617, Phonska fertilizer costs Rp 9.117, NPK Mutiara fertilizer costs Rp 30.667, pesticides costs Rp 70.667 and labor cost Rp 23.333. The level of efficiency or RCR of mustard vegetable farming in the village of Kalampangan is 2,52 meaning that the farm is feasible to run again and is profitable because its revenue is greater than the costs incurred

    Valuasi Ekonomi Objek Wisata Dermaga Kereng Bangkirai Sungai Sebangau Kota Palangka Raya

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the economic valuation of tourism objects at the Kereng Bangkirai Pier, Sebangau River, Palangka Raya City. It also analyzes the willingness to pay (WTP) as public participation to manage the tourism object of Kereng Bangkirai Pier. The respondents grouped into two categories, namely tourists/visitors and the community around the site; each consist of 28 persons. The results show that the WTP value is 1.633726273, which is ranged from 1 to 2 value. The real WTP falls in the second range (Rp. 5.000,00-Rp. 7.000,00 per person), or Rp. 6.300,00 per visitor precisely. The variables influencing the PAPs value are age: (-0.368814), education (-0.514952), tourist attraction (-3.599377), site cleanness (-1.181992), and satisfaction with tourist attraction (-0.261969)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1). Mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang terdapat dalam lingkungan internal dan eksternal pemasaran tanaman hias usaha CV. Dian Purnama. 2). Menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat pada usaha CV. Dian Purnama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Jl. Yos Sudarso No.66 Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kelurahan Menteng Kota Palangka Raya yang dilakukan selama 1 tahun terhitung dari April 2021 hingga Maret 2022. Jenis dan sumber data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan memberikan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa posisi usaha CV. Dian Purnama pada kuadran SWOT berada pada kuadran 1 (0,689 : 0,813), artinya posisi usaha tersebut pada situasi yang sangat menguntungkan. Perusahaan tersebut memiliki peluang dan kekuatan sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (growth oriented strategy). The objectives of this research are : 1). Knowing what factors are contained in the internal and external environment of CV. Dian Purnama's ornamental plant marketing business. 2). Determine the right marketing strategy for CV. Dian Purnama's business. This research is a quantitative and qualitative research. The research was conducted on Jl. Yos Sudarso No.66 Jekan Raya District, Menteng Village, Palangka Raya City, which was carried out for 1 year from April 2021 to March 2022. The types and sources of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Methods of collecting data by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that CV Dian Purnama's business position in the SWOT quadrant was in quadrant 1 (0.689: 0.813), meaning that the business position was in a very profitable situation. The company has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support aggressive growth (growth oriented strategy)

Fungsi-fungsi pemasaran yaitu pada saluran pemasaran I, fungsi fungsi penjualan, fungsi pengangkutan, fungsi penyimpanan, fungsi informasi pasar, penanggungan resiko sedangkan saluran pemasaran II, fungsi penjualan, fungsi pengangkutan, fungsi penyimpanan, fungsi informasi pasar, penanggungan resiko, standarisasi dan grading, fungsi pembiayaan.     This study aims to find out the general description of the rattan processing business in the study area, knowing the management of rattan processing into furniture in the study areaand knowing the magnitude of the analysis of added value produced from rattan processing into furniture in the study area.This research was carried out in the Rotancraf processing industry of SMKN-2 Katingan Hilir, Katingan Regency, Jenderal Sudirman No. 2 Kilometer 8 Kereng Humbang Kasongan. Site selection is done purposive based on certain considerations adjusted to the research objectives on the grounds that the location of the research is the only rattan processing industry in the Katingan Hilir District. Data sources used in this study include primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data data obtained from the results of direct interviews with respondents and assisted with a questionnaire. Secondary data are data obtained from other sources such as journals, research reports, theses, internet sites, textbooks and from several government agencies related to research. The results of this study indicate that the added value obtained for rattan chairs is Rp.2.561.000 (two million fivehundred sixty one thousand rupiah). While the added value for rattan bags is Rp.2.648.000(two million six hundred forty eight thousand rupiah)
