    The Effect of Taxpayers Willingness and Banking Companies Financial Performances on Taxpayers Compliance Behavior Mediated by Optimal Tax Reporting (A Study from the Taxpayers of Banking Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period of 2013-2015)

    The objective of this study was to examine the effect of taxpayers willingness and financial performances of the banking companies on compliance behavior of corporate taxpayers mediated by optimal tax reporting, by referring to stakeholder theory, cognitive behavior theory, ability to pay theory, willingness to pay theory, and performance benchmarking method. The population was 42 active banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2013-2015. A total of 33 samples of the banking companies was collected using the purposive sampling method. The analysis method used was Partial Least Square (PLS). Data were collected by using the technique of documentation taken from the audited banking companies' financial statements of 2013-2015 and from the summary of financial statement listed on the Indonesian Capital Market Directory. The results of the study found a significant effect that the optimal tax reporting mediated the effect of taxpayers willingness and banking companies’ financial performance on the compliance behavior of the corporate taxpayers (extending the theory of willingness to pay). But, the financial performances of the banking companies did not have a significant effect on the compliance behavior of the corporate taxpayers (rejecting the theory of ability to pay).     This study was built with the aim to determine the relationship between communication patterns, with a work ethic as an intervening variable, communication on performance. Similarly, the relationship between the motivation to employee performance, motivation towards work ethic adan performance to performance. The study was conducted at the office of the Technical Unit Coordinator Department of Revenue in Probolinggo, East Java Province. As the sample is all employees in the institution totaling 150 respondents. The model used is a Structural Equation Model.     The studyaimedto examine the effect of brand image of dr Soebandi executive polyclinic, service quality and satisfaction to patient loyalty. There were six hypotheses were tested with path analysis using partial least squares instrument. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that first, second, third, and five hypotheses were received. Brand image influenced service quality and patient satisfaction. Analysis of direct and indirect effects indicated that the quality of service and patient satisfaction were intervening variables in the relationship with the brand image of an executive polyclinic to patient loyalty. Another hypothesis were rejected. Service quality andsatisfaction were an important mediator in the relationship between brand image and loyalty. These findings implied that the quality and satisfaction wereintervening variables to patient loyalty. Brand image played an important role in changing service quality and patient satisfaction.     The Effect Of Burnout On Emotional Intelligence, Self-Efficacy, And Co-Assistant Performance In dr. Soebandi Hospital Jember.The purpose of the studi was to examine and explain (1) the effect of burnout on co-assistant performance; (2) the effect of burnout on emotional intelligence; (3) the effect of burnout on self-efficacy; (4) the effect of emotional intelligence on co-assistant performance; and (5) the effect of selfefficacy on co-assistant performance.The sampel of this study consisted of 94 coassistant in dr. Soebandi Hospital Jember. Sample was chosen based on porpusive random sampling technique. Questionnaire was the main instrument to collect data. Data was analyzed using descriptive analyses employing Partial Least Square (PLS).The findings in this study is (1) burnout has a significant and negative effect coassistant performance; (2) burnout has a significant and positive effect on emotional intelligence; (3) burnout has a non-significant and positive effect on self-efficacy; (4) emotional intelligence has a significant and positive effect on co-assistant performance; and (5) self-efficacy has a significant and positive effect on co-assistant performance

    Recently, the sugar industry is facing a very tight market competition. This condition encourages companies to improve quality and competitiveness immediately through improvement of customer satisfaction consistently and continuously. The purpose of this research is to examine and discuss the effect of knowledge sharing in applying ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to the performance of employees innovation and performance at Jatiroto Sugar Factory. Data obtained through questionnaires as 130 respondents with proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis uses The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of the research shows a significant influence between : 1) knowledge sharing on the implementation of ISO 9001:2008; 2) knowledge sharing on innovation performance, 3) knowledge sharing on employee performance, 4) implementation of ISO 9001:2008 on innovation performance, and 5) implementation of ISO 9001:2008 on employee performance. The indirect effect was found a significant in knowledge sharing on innovation performance through the application of ISO 9001:2008. However, there is no influence of knowledge sharing on employee performance through the application of ISO 9001:2008
