    Introduction. Human resources are the main factor, because with their main importance, namely as the activator and determinant of the agency, which is in charge of regulating the agency nets from start to finish. Even though the position of human resources in an agency is central, human resources themselves have many limitations and shortcomings that the agencies must pay attention to, so that human resources themselves are maximized in carrying out their duties assigned by the agencies themselves. Work discipline is one of the determining factors for the success of achieving the goals of an agency / company. Good employee discipline will accelerate company goals, while degenerating discipline will become a barrier and slow down the achievement of company goals. Aims and Task. This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of the work environment and motivation on the Work Discipline of the State Civil Apparatus, Panyileukan District. The population is 60 State Civil Servants, Panyileukan District, Bandung City. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach, in which the analysis uses the SPSS version 20 program package. Results. Based on the calculation results show that the variables of work environment and motivation to work discipline. Adjusted R square 0.336 shows that the influence of these two variables is 33.6% and the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other factors described by the researcher. Through the results of partial hypothesis testing, it is found that the work environment has a significant effect on Work Discipline Adjusted R by 0.333, indicating that the Work Environment has an influence of 33.3% and the remaining 76.7% is influenced by other factors, while motivation has a significant effect on discipline Adjusted R work of 0.014 shows that motivation has an influence of 1.4% while the remaining 98.6% is influenced by other factors. Conclusion. This study provides an insight that the work environment and motivation have a significant effect on work discipline, which means that work discipline will follow the work environment, and motivation is the same as a work environment that is constant.Вступ. Людські ресурси є головним фактором, тому що вони мають головне значення, а саме як активатор і визначальний фактор агентства, яке відповідає за регулювання агентських мереж від початку до кінця. Незважаючи на те, що положення людських ресурсів в агентстві є центральним, у самих людських ресурсів є багато обмежень і недоліків, на які агентства повинні звертати увагу, щоб самі людські ресурси були максимально задіяні при виконанні своїх обов'язків, покладених самими агентствами. Трудова дисципліна - один з визначальних факторів успіху в досягненні цілей агентства / компанії. Хороша дисципліна співробітників прискорить досягнення цілей компанії, а погіршується дисципліна стане перешкодою і сповільнить досягнення цілей компанії. Мета і завдання. Це дослідження спрямоване на аналіз і опис впливу робочого середовища і мотивації на трудову дисципліну в державному цивільному окрузі Паньілеканського району. Населення - 60 державних цивільних службовців, район Паньілёкан, місто Бандунг. В даному дослідженні використовується метод опису і перевірки з кількісним підходом, в якому для аналізу використовується програмний пакет SPSS версії 20. Результати. За результатами розрахунків видно, що змінні виробничого середовища і мотивації до трудової дисципліни. Скоригований R-квадрат 0,336 показує, що вплив цих двох змінних становить 33,6%, а на решту 66,4% впливають інші чинники, описані дослідником. За результатами часткового тестування гіпотез встановлено, що робоче середовище значно впливає на скоригований R по робочої дисципліни на 0,333, що вказує на те, що робоче середовище впливає на 33,3%, а на решту 76,7% впливають інші чинники, в той час як мотивація значно впливає на дисципліну. Скоригований робота R 0,014 показує, що мотивація впливає на 1,4%, в той час як на інші 98,6% впливають інші чинники. Висновки. Це дослідження дає уявлення про те, що робоче середовище і мотивація роблять значний вплив на робочу дисципліну, а це означає, що робоча дисципліна буде відповідати робочому середовищі, а мотивація така ж, як і постійна робоче середовище

    This study aims to analyze the influence of individual characteristics, competencies, and work environment on the performance of lecturers. The type of research method used is an explanatory survey. The sampling technique uses saturated samples because all populations are used as samples of 96. The number of questionnaires that can be processed is 90 respondents from 96 questionnaires distributed. Analysis of statistical data used is the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing with ANOVA. The results of data processing influence of individual characteristics, competencies, and work environment on the performance of the lecturers of Management Study Program at University X showed a correlation coefficient of 0.588 which means that individual characteristics, competencies, and work environment had a fairly strong relationship with lecturer performance significantly. The coefficient of determination is obtained at 0.346, which means that the contribution of individual characteristics, competencies, and work environment to the lecturer performance is 34.6%, the remaining 65.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Partial testing showed that there was a significant effect between individual characteristics, competencies, and work environment with the performance of lecturers partially with the direction of a positive relationship

    This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and work environment on the performance of state civil servants. The population is employees of the State Civil Apparatus. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification research methods using a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents with the statistical analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression testing show that self-efficacy and work environment affect employee performance, with a positive relationship and make a strong contribution. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the regression model can be used to predict employee performance. Likewise, partial testing shows that both self-efficacy and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance

    This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment on entrepreneurship through motivation. The type of research method used is an explanatory survey. The population in the study was 711, using a simple random sampling technique obtained as many as 260 samples. Analysis of statistical data used was the test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, and path analysis. Based on the results of data processing, entrepreneurship education (X1) and family environment (X2) have a joint effect on entrepreneurial attitudes (Y). Furthermore, entrepreneurship education (X1), family environment (X2), and motivation (Z) together influence the attitude of entrepreneurship (Y) so that the model used in this study is fit or feasible. Entrepreneurship education and family environment have a positive and significant effect on the motivation of FEB University X Management study students partially. Likewise, entrepreneurship education, family environment, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the attitude of entrepreneurship students of the FEB University X Management study program partially. The results of path analysis show that entrepreneurship education has a direct influence on the attitude of entrepreneurship, and indirectly also has an influence on motivation as an intervening variable. This means that motivation mediates entrepreneurship education. Then the family environment has a direct and indirect influence on entrepreneurial attitude with motivation as an intervening variable

    This paper aims to empirically test the concept of relational marketing in co-operative enterprise. Testing was carried out on the best co-operatives consumer in the West Java Province of Indonesia, amounting to 37 co-operatives (370 respondents). The consumer co-operative is chosen because that it is one of the most numerous types of co-operatives in Indonesia and West Java Province. Also, it is chosen because that it is one of the provinces in Indonesia with the highest number of consumer co-operatives. Various statistical analyze and tests in this research were carried out using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square method (SEM-PLS) assisted by SMART-PLS 3.2.7 statistical software. Testing the effects of mediating variables in this research using “The Steps” approach [1][2]. The results of this research are that relationship marketing directly affects the co-operative business performance (path coefficient = 0.155 and P Value = 0.059, at 5% significance level) and also member loyalty (path coefficiet = 0.684 and P Value = 0,000, at 5% significance level).Member loyalty directly affects co-operative business performance (path coefficient = 0.441 and P Value = 0,000, at 5% significance level). Relationship marketing has an indirect effect through member loyalty on co-operative business performance (path coefficient = 0.301 and P Value = 0,000, at 5% significance level). The implication of this research is to undrstand that by focusing on improving the quality of relationship marketing programs or activities, the management of co-operatives consumer in the West Java Province of Indonesia will significantly increase the loyalty or member participation and also the co-operative business performance.     The study was conducted to test the effect of work motivation and work stress on employee performance during pandemics. The type of research used is associative research with a research sample of 78 respondents through saturated sampling techniques. Measurement instruments in the form of questionnaires with likert scales. The statistical analysis tool used is a multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of processing data shows that work stress and work motivation have a low influence with a positive relationship direction. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that work motivation and work stress affect employee performance simultaneously at PT. X during the pandemic.
