    Pengaruh Metode Latihan Interval Intensif dan Interval Ekstensif terhadap Peningkatan VO2 Max

    The objective of the study was to demonstrate the effect of intensive and extensive interval training methods on the improvement of VO2Max. This type of research is a quasi experiment using Randomized Pretest-Posttest Design Group research design. The research method used Intensive Interval Training and extensive Interval Training. The results of this study obtained the correlation of both test groups of 0.491 with significance of 0.150, paired sample test, obtained by the mean differences of 3.530. Thit = 3.187 greater than ttab 2.262, with df = 9, P = 0.011. This proves a significant difference in the second group VO2Max intensive interval training test. Next paired sample test, obtained the mean differences of 6.410. Thit = 5.702 greater than ttab 2.262, with df = 9, P = 0.000. This proves that there is a significant difference in the VO2Max of both groups of tests of extensive training methods and paired sample test, obtained by mean differences of 8,640. Thit = 10.640 greater than ttab 2.262, with df = 9, P = 0.000. This proves a significant difference in both groups of VO2Max intensive and extensive exercise test methods.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the circuit training method on the long jump achievement of high school students in Lubuklinggau. This type of research is quantitative by using a quasi-experimental method. The population of this study were all state high schools in Lubuklinggau, which totaled 9 schools. The sample in this study amounted to 80 students in which 27 students from SMAN 5, 27 students from SMAN 6 and 26 students from SMAN 7 in Lubuklinggau by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection sites in SMAN 5, SMAN 6 and SMAN 7 in Lubuklinggau City were conducted from April to June 2019. The data collection technique used was the long jump test and the data analysis technique used was the t-test.     Kontribusi Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai Dengan Kemampuan Long Passing Club Sepak Bola SM Musirawas

    The research objective is to determine how far a variable relates to other variables. The population in this study were SM Musirawas Club football players. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling technique: players aged 17-19 years, as many as 25 people. To obtain research data, a vertical jump test was used to measure leg muscle explosive power and an extended kick test to measure long passing. The data obtained were analyzed using the Product Moment formula to determine the contribution determined by the determinant coefficient. The results of the analysis obtained the correlation coefficient rcount = 0.44> rtable = 0.396 (research hypothesis accepted) and tested the effect of the correlation got 2.46 > ttable = 1.71 (significant). In conclusion, there is a substantial relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the long passing ability of Club SM Musirawas football players; there is a contribution between the variable explosive power of the leg muscles to the extended passing knowledge of 19.5%.     he purpose of this study was to obtain information about the differences in physical fitness between students with high economics and students with low economics at SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau. This type of research is Ex Pos Facto Research, that a study was conducted to examine events that had occurred and then look at backward to know the factors that can cause this incident. The population of this study were high-economic students and low-economic students, amounting to 50 students. The sample collection technique is total sampling. Which is total sampling is said to be saturated (complete) if the entire population is sampled. The tool used to collect data is the Indonesian physical fitness test, then analyzed with the statistical t test technique. The results obtained from this study are as follows the difference in physical fitness between high-economic students and low-economic students that is equal to 1.87 and ttable 1.68.     The tutorial approach is basically the same as the guidance approach, which aims to provide assistance to students or students in order to achieve optimal learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of the top service techniques in volleyball games by using a tutorial approach at SMP Negeri 13 Lubuklinggau.The method used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the subject of this research being conducted at Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 13 Lubuklinggau in the 2018/2019 academic year, totaling 36 students consisting of 18 male students and 18 female students of class V totaling 32 students. Data collection techniques using II (two) cycles. After the data is obtained, the data is processed using strugess rules.Based on the results of calculations and analysis of the data that has been described, it can be stated that the mastery of basic technical services for volleyball before and after the implementation of the first cycle has increased significantly, this can be seen from the average percentage of indicator I (throw up) before the implementation of the first cycle of 59.82% was classified as sufficient, in the first cycle of 75.56% was classified as good and in the second cycle of 86.48% was classified as very good; indicator II (hitting the ball) before the implementation of the first cycle of 60.22% was classified as sufficient, in the first cycle of 73.33% was classified as sufficient and in the second cycle of 85.58% was classified as very good; and indicator III (follow through) before the implementation of the first cycle of 60.28% is quite sufficient, in the first cycle of 73.33% is sufficient and in the second cycle of 85% is quite good.   Keywords: top service, Tutorial Approac

    Perbandingan Daya Tahan Kardiorespirasi Antara Perokok Aktif dan Perokok Pasif Pemain Futsal Forza Lubuklinggau

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan daya tahan kerdiorespirasi antara perokok aktif dan perokok pasif pemain futsal Forza Lubuklinggau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian non-eksperiment dan desain penilitian komparatif. Dalam penelitian ini bermaksud untuk memberi gambaran informasi apakah ada perbandingan daya tahan kardiorespirasi antara perokok aktif dan perokok pasif pemain futsal Forza Lubuklinggau. Populasi seluruh pemain berjumlah 35 pemain dan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling berjumlah 24 pemain, terdiri dari 12 pemain perokok aktif dan 12 pemain perokok pasif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survey, tes, dan pengukuran. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perokok aktif memiliki rerata daya tahan kardiorespirasi 33,9250. Perokok pasif memiliki rerata daya tahan kardiorespirasi 43,4420. Berdasarkan hasil uji beda antara perokok aktif dan perokok pasif diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (p < 0,05). Oleh karena nilai (p < 0,05), dan t hitung (5,941) lebih besar dari t tabel (2.074) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa daya tahan kerdiorespirasi perokok aktif tergolong sangat rendah, sedangkan daya tahan kardiorespirasi perokok pasif tergolong baik, dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keduanya, di mana daya tahan kardiorespirasi perokok pasif berolahraga lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perokok aktif pada pemain futsal Forza Lubuklinggau.       This study aims to determine the relationship between body weight and height with the speed of 50-meter freestyle swimming in Noren Tirta Buana (NTB) swimming athletes. The research method used in this study is the correlation method with data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The population and sample in this study were athletes Noren Tirta Buana (NTB) with a total sampling technique so that the sample was 15 people. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between body weight and swimming speed in the 50-meter crawl style for athletes Noren Tirta Buana”; there is an important relationship between body height and swimming speed in the 50-meter crawl style for athletes Noren Tirta Buana”; there is a significant relationship between body weight and size on the swimming speed of the 50-meter crawl style in female athletes 50 meters in athlete Noren Tirta Buana.     The research objective was to determine the physical condition of Club Caroline volleyball players and Lubuklinggau City Club JVC in 2018. This type of research was descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were male volleyball players Club Caroline and Lubuklinggau City Club JVC with all 45 players, consisting of 25 Club Caroline players and 20 Club JVC players. The sample in this study amounted to 45 players, which were taken using total sampling technique. The results of this study explained that the explosive strength of leg muscles possessed by Caroline club volleyball players averaged 108.23 categorized as Enough, while the average explosive power level the limbs owned by JVC club volleyball players are 115.18 categorized Good. Furthermore, the endurance test results possessed by Carolin club volleyball players an average of 32.6 are categorized sufficient, while the average endurance level possessed by Caroline Club volleyball players is 37.7 categorized as moderate. Conclusion, the explosive strength of limb muscles of the Caroline club volleyball player is categorized enough and the explosive strength of the leg muscles of the JVC club players is categorized as good. The durability of Caroline's club volleyball players is categorized enough and those possessed by JVC Club volleyball players are categorized as being moderate. Furthermore, the speed of Caroline club volleyball players and JVC is good. Whereas the agility of the Caroline club players is categorized as good and the agility of the JVC club volleyball players is categorized as Moderate.     Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Power Point dalam Teknik Pembelajaran Passing Bawah Pada Materi Bola Voli SMPNegeri 2 Lubuklinggau

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis powerpoint dalam teknik passsing bawah materi bola voli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ADDIE dengan lima Langkah yaitu 1) Analisis, 2) Desain, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. Teknik Pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kevalidan dengan 3 ahli, analisis kevalidan ahli media 0,84, analisis kevalidan Bahasa 0,84, analisis kevalidan materi 0,89 sehingga dengan apa yang didapat dari ke 3 para ahli media yang dikembangkan sangat valid, selanjutnya analisis kepraktisan dengan menguji atlet dengan uji one to one mendapatkan nilai 81,21%,, small grup mendapatkan nilai 80,40% dan pelatih mendapatkan nilai 85,88% sehingga media yang dibuat sangat praktis, selanjutnya analisis ke efektifan dengan melakukan pres test dan post test serta pengamatan terhadap siswa SMP Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau untuk pre test dari 33 siswa hanya 1 siswa yang sesuai dengan kriteria dan untuk post test dari 32 siswa 31 siswa yang sesuai berdasarkan lembar pengamatan.     The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the results of training using a set system and conventional to the leg muscle explosive power of the volleyball club players in Lubuklinggau. This type of research is included in the quasi-experimental research category. The research design used was The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study were all volleyball clubs in Lubuklinggau city, totaling 7 clubs. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, the samples in this study were 3 volleyball clubs in Lubuklinggau city including Sehase club, JVC and Caroline club. in order to obtain a sample of 44 male players. The test used is the vertical jump test which aims to determine the explosive power of leg muscles of volleyball club players in Lubuklinggau City, while the data analysis used is the t-test. The results of this study indicate that the training method using the set system has an effect on increasing the explosive power of leg muscles of volleyball players in the city of Lubuklinggau. In conclusion, conventional training methods have an effect on increasing the explosive power of leg muscles of volleyball players. The set system training method is more effective than conventional methods in increasing the explosive power of leg muscles of volleyball players.
