    The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, communication, and physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Kardisa Denpasar. his study used a qualitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 61 employees of PT. Kardiasa Denpasar. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. Obtained findings that leadership, communication, and physical work environment simultaneously significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Kardisa Denpasar. Other results found that leadership, communication, and physical work environment is partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Kardisa Denpasar. Finally, the leadership variable is a variable that dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kardisa Denpasar

    Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Preferensi Siswa dalam Memilih SMP Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi siswa dan (2) faktor mana yang paling dominan mempengaruhi siswa dalam memilih SMP Laboratorium Undiksha.Jenis rancangan penelitian adalah faktorial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 140 siswa dan sampel dari penelitian ini sebesar 104 siswa diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Preferensi Siswa SMP Laboratorium Undiksha di daerah Singaraja adalah (1) produk sebesar 39,204%, (2) harga sebesar 18,573%, (3) tempat sebesar 16,100%, (4) promosi sebesar 10,025%, (5) orang sebesar 7,218%, (6) bukti fisik sebesar 5,814%, (7) proses sebesar 3,067%. (2)Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi preferensi siswa SMP Laboratorium Undiksha adalah produk karena memiliki varianced explained paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 39,204%, artinya bahwa produk mampu mempengaruhi preferensi siswa SMP Laboratorium Undiksha sebesar 39,204%.Kata Kunci : Faktor preferensi, keputusan memilih sekolah, siswa This study aims to determine (1) the factors that influence students preferences and (2) where the most dominant factor influencing students in choosing junior Undiksha.Jenis Laboratory study design is factorial.     Trigeneration in food retail: An energetic, economic and environmental evaluation for a supermarket application; Applied Thermal Engineering

    This paper presents results on the evaluation of energy utilisation efficiency and economic and environmental performance of a micro-gas turbine (MGT) based trigeneration system for supermarket applications. A spreadsheet energy model has been developed for the analysis of trigeneration systems and a 2800 m2 sales area supermarket was selected for the feasibility study. Historical energy demand data were used for the analysis, which considered factors such as the fraction of the heat output used to drive the absorption chillers, the chiller COP and the difference between electricity and gas prices. The results showed that energy and environmental benefits can be obtained from the application of trigeneration systems to supermarkets compared to conventional systems. The payback period of natural gas driven trigeneration systems and greenhouse gas emissions savings will depend on the relative gas and electricity prices and the COP of the vapour compression and absorption systems. It was also shown that operation at full electrical output gives a better performance than a heat load-following strategy due to the reduction of the electrical generation efficiency of the MGT unit at part load conditions

The efficiency of reciprocating gas engines of integrated energy systems (IES) for combined electricity, heat and refrigeration generation is strictly influenced by their cyclic air temperatures. To evaluate the effect of gas engine cyclic air deep cooling, compared with conventional its cooling, the data on dependence of fuel consumption and power output of gas engine JMS 420 GS-N.L on its inlet air temperature at varying ambient air temperatures at the entrance of the radiator for scavenge air cooling were received. The results of treatment of gas engine efficiency monitoring proved non-effective operation of conventional chilling all the ambient air, coming into the engine room, because of increased air temperature at the inlet of turbocharger (TC), caused by heat influx from surroundings in the engine room. A new method of gas engine inlet air two-stage cooling at increased ambient air temperatures and advanced cyclic air cooling system with absorption lithium-bromide chiller and refrigerant ejector chiller was proposed. With this chilled water from absorption lithiumbromide chiller is used as a coolant in the first high-temperature stage of engine inlet air cooler and boiling refrigerant of ejector chiller in the second lowtemperature stage

The operation of the ambient air conditioning systems (ACS) is characterized by considerable fluctuations of the heat load in response to the current climatic conditions. It needs the analyses of the efficiency of the application of compressors with frequency converters for refrigeration capacity regulation in actual climatic conditions. A new method and approach to analyzing the effectiveness of ACS cooling capacity adjusting by using the compressor with changing the rotational speed of the motor as an example have been developed, according to which the overall range of changeable heat loads is divided into two zones: the zone of ambient air processing with considerable fluctuations of the current heat load, that requires effective refrigeration capacity regulation by the compressor with frequency converters (from 100% rated refrigeration capacity down to about 50%) and not an adjustable zone of reduced refrigeration capacity below 50% rated refrigeration capacity of the compressor. The magnitudes of threshold refrigeration capacity between both zones are chosen according to the rational value of installed (design) refrigeration capacity on the ACS, required for cooling the ambient air to a target temperature that ensures the maximum annual refrigeration capacity production in actual current climatic conditions. The proposed method and approach to the analysis of the efficiency of the refrigeration capacity regulation of the ACS compressor by distributing the overall range of changes in current heat loads allows increasing the efficiency of utilizing the installed refrigeration capacity in prevailing climatic conditions
