    Tabanan Baturiti village, one of the largest villages in the district population Baturiti. Women in the village helped men to work, especially in the informal sector (agriculture, trade and craftsmen) The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of income informal sector women workers, as well as the influence of age, education, working capital and time allocation simultaneously and partially on the income of women workers in the informal sector Baturiti village. In this study were taken 90 respondents, the extraction is carried out by quota sampling. Further analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The variables of age, education, working capital, and allocation waktudapat explain 95.9 percent change in income. Among the four independent variables, it appeared that the working capital has the most dominant influence on female labor income variable. Based on these findings it can be suggested that in order to increase the income of women workers, the working capital loans that are distributed to women workers

    The Social, Economic, and Psychological Impacts of HIV AIDS Sufferers In Denpasar. This study aims to investigate the social, economic, and psychological impacts of HIV AIDS sufferers in Denpasar. Data was collected with accidental sampling of 86 respondents of HIV AIDS sufferers in Denpasar. McNemar test was used to measure the social, economic, and psychological impacts of the respondents before and after being infected with the HIV AIDS disease. The findings of the research indicate that social variables that changes after getting infected are the intensity of the meeting, the intensity of visiting their family or relatives, the intensity of mutual cooperation, and the intensity of attending the invitation of traditional gatherings. The economics variable that changes is only the working hour. The psychological indicators namely stress, frustration, anxiety, anger, denial, shyness, and grief also experienced changes

    This study aimed to determine the effect of independent variables ie, work experience, education level, age, and number of household dependents to the dependent variable, labor productivity of women as collectors squin in Dalung village and to determine which variable is the most dominant influence on the dependent variable. Number of samples is 84 people. Once the data is collected and the analyzed using multiple linear regression analys is with F test and t test at significance level of 5 percent. The test results showed the independent variables significantly influence either simultaneously orpartially. To determine which variables are the most dominant influence on the dependent variable used Standardized Coefficient Beta test. As a result, education level variables that have the most dominant effect on labor productivity of women

    THE EFFECT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES, AVAILABILITY OF INFRASTRUCTURE, POSITIVE CULTURE, AND CAPITAL ACCUMULATION ON DEPTH / POVERTY GAP IN BALI PROVINCE, INDONESIA

    Poverty Eradication is one of the programs of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) implemented in all countries that ratify the SDGs Program which begins in 2015. The SDGs program shows that poverty alleviation programs are one of the countries' concerns to be abolished. This condition reflects that poverty alleviation programs are the concern of the world community to be abolished. Various poverty alleviation programs have been undertaken by the government to reduce the number and percentage of the poor. But until now the phenomenon of poverty still exist. The aims of this research are 1) to analyze the difference of depth/gap of poverty level in regency/city by region of development that are in South Bali, North Bali, and East Bali; 2) To analyze the effect of economic opportunity, infrastructure availability, internal condition (positive culture), and capital accumulation on the depth/gap of poverty in Bali Province; 3) Analyze the role of capital accumulation in moderating the influence of internal conditions (positive culture) on the depth/gap of poverty in Bali Province. The study was conducted in all districts/cities with the number of respondents in each district/city as many as 30 people of the poor, bringing the total of 270 respondents throughout Bali Province. Sampling technique to be used is a combination of snow ball sampling with accidental sampling and purposive sampling. Methods of data collection used were observation, interview, and in-depth interview. Analytical techniques used are Anova and the MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis). The results of the analysis show that: 1) There are significant differences in depth/gap of poverty rate according to the development areas of South Bali, North Bali and East Bali; 2) Two variables, namely internal condition (positive culture), and the capital accumulation have negatively affect on the depth/gap of poverty, but economic opportunity and infrastructure availability have no significant effect on the depth/gap of poverty in Bali Province 3) Capital accumulation moderates (reinforces) the influence of internal conditions (positive culture) on the depth/gap of poverty in Bali Province. Taking into account the results of this analysis, then the accumulation of capital into strategic variables in reducing the level of poverty that can be intervened by the government and others

    In the development of the Indonesian economy, the activities of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), which are categorized as informal sector undertaking, is the potential and role in providing employment to the self-absorption of the workforce. Efforts informal sector, generally have features not depend on the cooperation of many people and the system of division of labor is not tight and relatively small-scale business. In general, the business does not have permission informal sector efforts and to work in the informal sector is easier than working in formal enterprises. This study to determine the effect of aid destined for the revolving fund, working capital, location marketing, and product quality on earnings performer MSME industries in city Denpasar. This study entirely using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents who made ??the study sample. Study population of 556 MSME units in Kota Denpasar. Determination of the sample is determined by accidental sampling technique. Technical analysis is used path analysis. The results showed that: 1) the revolving fund, working capital, location, marketing, and product quality directly influence positive and significant impact on earnings performer MSMEs in Denpasar. While production volume no significant effect on earnings performer MSMEs in Denpasar. 2) a revolving fund and working capital indirectly no significant effect on earnings performer MSMEs in Denpasar through volume production. 3) Working capital's most dominant influence on earnings performer MSMEs in Denpasar
