It is shown that using this one-to-one correspondence between qutrit states and states of two three-dimensional quasifermions one may attribute hidden entanglement to a single mixed state of qutrit

    Speckle Interferometry with CMOS Detector

    In 2022 we carried out an upgrade of the speckle polarimeter (SPP) -- the facility instrument of the 2.5-m telescope of the Caucasian Observatory of the SAI MSU. During the overhaul, CMOS Hamamatsu ORCA-Quest qCMOS C15550-20UP was installed as the main detector, some drawback of the previous version of the instrument were eliminated. In this paper, we present a description of the instrument, as well as study some features of the CMOS detector and ways to take them into account in speckle interferometric processing. Quantitative comparison of CMOS and EMCCD in the context of speckle interferometry is performed using numerical simulation of the detection process. Speckle interferometric observations of 25 young variable stars are given as an example of astronomical result. It was found that BM And is a binary system with a separation of 273 mas. The variability of the system is dominated by the brightness variations of the main component. A binary system was also found in NSV 16694 (TYC 120-876-1).     Usage Features of the Hamamatsu Orca-Quest qCMOS C15550-20UP Detector and Its Application in Speckle Interferometry

    Проведено детальное исследование новейшего детектора Hamamatsu ORCA-Quest qCMOS C15550-20UP. Определены базовые характеристики, такие как шум считывания, темновой ток, коэффициент преобразования, нелинейность. Также изучена стабильность периода следования кадров. Смоделировано влияние так называемого эффекта скользящего затвора (англ. — rolling shutter) на оценку контраста при спеклинтерферометрических наблюдениях. Произведено сравнение спектров мощности, полученных при помощи детекторов ORCA и Andor iXon. Выявлены необходимые дополнительные методы редукции данных с детектора.A detailed study of the latest Hamamatsu ORCA-Quest qCMOS C15550-20UP detector has been carried out. Basic characteristics such as readout noise, dark current, conversion factor, and nonlinearity were determined. The temporal stability of frame acquisition has also been studied. The influence of the rolling shutter on the speckle interferometric contrast estimation was modelled. The power spectra obtained using ORCA and Andor iXon detectors were compared.     Recurrent Symbiotic Nova T Coronae Borealis Before Outburst

    The results of photometric and spectral observations of T CrB obtained in a wide range of wavelengths in 2011-2023 are presented. We use the near-IR light curves to determine a new ephemeris JDmin=2455828.9+227.55EJD_{min} = 2455828.9 + 227.55 \cdot E for the times of light minima when the red giant is located between the observer and the hot component. The flux ratio Hα\alpha/Hβ\beta varied from ~3 to ~8 in 2020-2023, which may be due to a change in the flux ratio between the X-ray and optical ranges. It is shown that the value of Hα\alpha/Hβ\beta depends on the rate of accretion onto the hot component of the system. Based on high-speed follow-up observations obtained on June 8, 2023, we detected a variability of the HeII λ4686\lambda 4686 line with a characteristic time-scale of ~25 min, the amplitude of variability in the BB band was ~0.07m^m. Simulations of the near-IR light curves accounting for the ellipsoidal effect allowed us to obtain the parameters of the binary system: the Roche lobe filling factor of the cool component μ=1.0\mu=1.0, the mass ratio q=Mcool/Mhot=0.65±0.2q=M_{cool}/M_{hot}=0.65\pm0.2, the orbit inclination i=56±4i=56^\circ\pm4^\circ. A comparison of the light curve obtained in 2005-2023 with the 1946 outburst template made it possible to predict the date of the upcoming outburst - January 2024.Comment: 15 pages, 3 tables, 8 figures, submitted to Astronomy Letter

    Pharmacotherapy of glaucoma in terms of evidence-based medicine

    Glaucoma is a disease associated with increased intraocular pressure (IOP). Of the pharmacological agents for treating glaucoma, there are drugs of the first (most effective and safe) and second-line treatment. First-line treatment includes prostaglandin analogs and beta-blockers. The currently used prostaglandin analogs (latanoprost, bimatoprost, tafluprost and travoprost) are PG F2α analogs that act through stimulation of FP receptors. They are distinguished by the optimal ratio of effectiveness and risk of side effects. They are convenient for the patient because for the therapeutic effect, it is enough to prescribe 1 time per day. As a result, it is rational to start the treatment of glaucoma with a drug in this group. In terms of pharmacoeconomics, the most affordable prostaglandin drug is latanoprost, which is generally as effective as other prostaglandin analogs. β-adrenergic blockers reduce the production of intraocular fluid, the formation of which is controlled by β1- and β2-adrenergic receptors. Therefore, non-selective β-blockers (timolol, levobunolol, metipranolol, and carteolol) have a pharmacodynamic advantage over selective β1-adrenergic antagonists (betaxolol). Conducted clinical studies of β-blockers have shown that given the cost, efficacy and safety, timolol was the most preferable treatment for glaucoma. In the presence of medical contraindications to the use of first-line drugs or to enhance their effectiveness, α2-agonists (apraclonidine and brimonidine), carbonic anhydrase inhibitors (usually local action: dorzolamide and brinzolamide), M-cholinomimetics (pilocarpine, carbachol and echothiopate), and also Rho-kinase inhibitors (ripasudil

    Hyaluronic acid (HA) drugs are ingrained in complex treatment of osteoarthritis (OA). They have not only lubricant, but also anti-inflammatory properties, and ability to slow down the progression of OA. The article summarizes current data on the efficacy and safety of low molecular weight HA. The possibilities of using it both intra-articularly (i/a) and for the treatment of tendinopathies are considered. The authors present their own clinical experience in the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal (MS) pain syndromes.It has been shown that i/a administration of HA can effectively reduce the intensity of pain and improve joint function, and when injected into the synovial sheaths of tendons, it can also relieve pain of extra-articular localization. The peculiarities of the surgical technique, preparing for manipulation and post-injection period management are described.The existing evidence base indicates the expediency of active use of HA drugs not only for OA treatment, but also for various extra-articular musculoskeletal pain syndromes.Препараты гиалуроновой кислоты (ГлК) прочно вошли в комплексное лечение остеоартрита (ОА). Они обладают не только любрикантными, но и противовоспалительными свойствами, способностью замедлять прогрессирование ОА. В статье обобщены современные данные об эффективности и безопасности низкомолекулярной ГлК. Рассмотрены возможности применения ее как внутрисуставно (в/с), так и для лечения тендинопатий. Представлен собственный клинический опыт лечения пациентов с болевыми синдромами опорно-двигательного аппарата (ОДА).Показано, что при в/с введении ГлК способна эффективно снижать интенсивность боли и улучшать функцию суставов, а при введении в синовиальные влагалища сухожилий также купировать болевой синдром внесуставной локализации. Описаны особенности хирургической техники, подготовки к манипуляции и ведения постинъекционного периода.Существующая доказательная база свидетельствует о целесообразности активного применения препаратов ГлК для лечения не только ОА, но и различных внесуставных болевых синдромов ОДА
