THE METRICS OF MOTIVATING FACTORS AND ITS IMPACT ON THE VARIABLE PART OF THE SALARY
Under modern circumstances the process of effective incentive system of the labor activity foundation, which provides competitive advantages in using workforce, becomes one of the most important condition of Ukrainian enterprises’ performance growth. But the efficiency of this system mostly depends on the adequate usage of the financial incentives set in real economic conditions. Currently there is almost no ready-made matrix which will be focused precisely on the variable part of the salary. Using such a system in the future gives an opportunity to form and use wage incentive function more effectively.Investigation of the stimulating factors in the labor activity incentive system, which have been grouped according to the degree of influence on the variable part of the salary formation, is the main goal of this article. The subject of the research is incentives matrix. The methods of the research are: method of theoretical analysis, method of scientific literature analysis, and ranking method. One of the most important stages of incentive indicators modeling is to identify indicators, which can potentially affect the growth of stimulation fund.A set of indicators has been chosen due to the economic literature analysis, collective agreements, sectoral and regional agreements. The process of formation has been held by the analysis of different types of bonuses, allowances and excess fares which are common and widely used at Ukrainian industrial enterprises.Due to the analysis of possible causes of the material compensation 28 incentive indicators were selected. The next step of complex system incentive indicators formation is the composition of expert table with indicators.According to the results of the investigation the next groups of indicators have been allocated: indicators of direct influence (9 references and more); indicators of partial influence (5 – 8 references); indicators of possible influence (4 references and less). So, the first group appropriately will contain such incentives indicators, that have the most strong influence on the formation of the motivating part of payroll at Ukrainian industrial enterprises. To the group of indicators of partial influence according to the produced analysis one can refer such indicators which level of influence is temporary. The indicators of possible influence have been characterized by the minimum weight during the accumulation of the financial incentives fund. So, for the most effective implementation and usage of stimulating algorithm at Ukrainian enterprises, taking into account the conditions of incentive system improvement, the most proper indicators of the enterprise’s activity should be emphasized and taken as the key performance indicators of calculating the level of incentive payments and rewards

Assessment of Surface Downwelling Shortwave Radiation in 2021-2050 in Laayoune − Sakia El Hamra Region, Morocco
Morocco's energy system is highly dependent on external energy markets. According to the Ministry Energy, Mines and Sustainable Development today more than 93 % of energy resources are imported to Morocco. In 2008 the Moroccan Government has developed a National Energy Strategy, and one of its priority areas is to increase the share of renewable technologies in the country's energy sector. Morocco is rich in solar energy resources. Studies on the assessment of the Morocco's solar energy potential indicate, among other benefits, low additional costs when using solar installations compared to losses associated with the solution of future climate problems and lack of resources. The plan envisages the commissioning of solar power plants in Ouarzazate, Ain Ben Mathar, Boujdour, Tarfaya and Laayoune by 2020.The aim of this research is determination of the characteristics of the distribution of Surface Downwelling Shortwave Radiation in the area of the solar power Boujdour, Tarfaya and Laayoune, located in the Laayoune − Sakia El Hamra region in 2021−2050. The data from regional climate modeling with high spatial resolution of the CORDEX-Africa project are used in this research. The RCM modeling is carried out for the region of Africa, in a rectangular coordinate system with a spatial resolution of ~ 44 km. Then, from the modeling data, values are highlighted for the territory of Laayoune − Sakia El Hamra region. Model calculation is performed taking into account the greenhouse gas concentration trajectory of RCP 4.5 calculated using 11 regional climate models. As a result of the simulation for the period 2021−2050, average monthly values of the Surface Downwelling Shortwave Radiation "RSDS" (W/m2) are derived, on the basis of which the mean values for the period of time are calculated. For more detailed information, average monthly total cloud cover values "TC" (%) for the period under study are calculated.Analysis of the change in RSDS in 2021–2050 relative to the recent climatic period is shown that in the Laayoune − Sakia El Hamra region we can expect an increase or retention of its values. The annual run of the RSDS has one maximum in June and one minimum in December. In the future, the distribution of RSDS in the Laayoune − Sakia El Hamra region will have a significant impact on proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, where an increased amount of total cloud cover significantly reduces the amount of incoming radiation. In the location of solar power plants in the near future, the current RSDS values are expected to be maintained, which creates favorable conditions for the further development of the renewable energy industry in this area and increasing its productivity
Розробка комунікаційної стратегії із застосуванням аналізу даних соціальних медіа
This article emphasizes the fact that the Internet has become
an important part of today`s communication and, as such,
should be integrated in the process of communication strategy
development. It addresses issues of expanding the information
base in order to get a more thorough analysis of the environ-
ment, target audiences and competitors which could be later
used in the process of communication planning. Social media
and particularly the social network Facebook which provides
access to the user data through the application programming
interface (API) are among the most promising sources of in-
formation. The Authors overview different methods of social
media mining and special tools which could be used for re-
trieving and processing Internet-data. They argue that the R
(programming language) has a number of features which
make it particularly attractive for those purposes. The Authors
give then an example of R being used for a typical first-step
analysis of competitors` Facebook-pages.
