The article is devoted to the analysis of the state and dynamics of scientific developments in the field of creating products for life and health, based on hydrogels from uronate polysaccharides (HUP). The article is reflected the results of the global scientific research monitoring and their changes in the field of technologies for the creation and use of HUP. The results of a retrospective analysis of existing technologies based on poorly studied in the field of food technologies uronic acids, as glucuronic, idouronic, hyaluronic were presented. The study showed, that nowadays the industry of products with their content is acquiring market traits, although it has insufficient scientific substantiation. Development segments with widely used uronate polysaccharides β pectins and alginates β according to the types of hydrogels (swollen hydrogel, cross-linked hydrogel, xerogel) were developed. The article presents examples and identified the required properties of substances intended for immobilization or encapsulation in the hydrogel matrix of uronate polysaccharides. The basic principles of uronate polysaccharides crosslinking chains in the hydrogel phase are determined. Possible methods of biologically active substances (BAS) retention in the matrix of uronate polysaccharides to reduce the risk of premature oxidation, destruction, decomposition, decomposition, evaporation were described. The search for information allowed us to identify key technological areas for the development of scientific research on the creation and use of HUP to improve people's lives and health. The archives of the world's leading publications in the field of food chemistry, biotechnology, food engineering, chemistry of new materials, food polymers and hydrocolloids were analyzed. The authors used in their work the resources of the Science Direct search system, which made it possible to determine the most promising and modern lines of development of HUP technologies and products based on them. The analysis of technologies has shown that existing innovative technologies are formed on βbasicβ technologies for producing solutions of high-molecular compounds under various conditions. Active modernization is carried out in the direction of creating products with immobilized biologically active substances, as well as in attempts to compose a composition with other polysaccharides and/or peptide components. The article notes that existing technologies allow developing other technologies with the help of which it is possible to expand the field of HUP application.Π‘ΡΠ°ΡΡΡ ΠΏΠΎΡΠ²ΡΡΠ΅Π½Π° Π°Π½Π°Π»ΠΈΠ·Ρ ΡΠΎΡΡΠΎΡΠ½ΠΈΡ ΠΈ Π΄ΠΈΠ½Π°ΠΌΠΈΠΊΠ΅ Π½Π°ΡΡΠ½ΡΡ

Effect of chemically active medium on frequency dependence of magnetic losses in soft magnetic Fe-based amorphous alloys
The effects of the electrolytic hydrogenation and oxidation and of the interaction of the surface ribbon with water and vapor on the frequency dependence of magnetic losses per magnetization-reversal cycle are studied based on the example of soft magnetic Fe81B13Si 4C2 amorphous alloy, which exhibits a positive saturation magnetostriction. It was shown that, after the hydrogenation and oxidation of soft magnetic amorphous alloys, their frequency dependences of magnetic losses per magnetization-reversal cycle, which are reduced to unit induction, exhibit groups of hydrogen- and oxygen-related peaks in the frequency ranges of 35-55 and 55-80 Hz, which can be explained by the formation of O-A and H-A atomic pairs (where A are atoms of alloy components) and their reorientation in a magnetic field in the course of magnetization reversal at certain frequencies. The formation of analogous groups of peaks for samples of soft magnetic Fe-based amorphous alloys was observed after the interaction of the ribbon surface with water and vapor and after heat treatment in air. This fact confirms the possibility of the hydrogenation and oxidation of the alloys during the aforementioned processes. Β© 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd
Human health risk assessment related to blue-green algae mass development in the Kuibyshev Reservoir
Β© 2015 IWA Publishing. Health risk assessment related towater quality and microcystin contamination ofwater in the Kuibyshev Reservoir was conducted in August 2012 during the period of algal bloom. The health risk during recreational activity was estimated for potential exposure to extracellular microcystins. Microcystin content in water measured by the indirect competitive ELISA method was in the range from 0.21 to 26.96 ΞΌg L-1. The results of the present study showthat the health risk can reach a dangerous level even at 1 h of exposure due to the high concentration of extracellular microcystins in the water
PERITONEAL DIALYSIS TECHNIQUE SURVIVAL: A SINGLE-CENTER EXPERIENCE ANALYSIS OF THE PERITONEAL DIALYSIS TREATMENT IN A SINGLE CENTER
The aim of the study was to evaluate retrospectively the survival of the peritoneal dialysis (PD) technique survival and identify the factors that affect it.
Patients and methods. A total of 38 patients with end-stage renal disease treated with PD from 2005 to May 2017 have been included in retrospective, study (average age 49.6 Β± 5.6). Data were collected from medical records.
Results. The average survival rate of the PD method in our center was 53.3 Β± 7.4 months, and in patients with nondiabetic kidney disease it was significantly higher. During the follow-up only 11/38 (28.9 %) patients continue treatment of PD, 12/38 (31.6 %) were changed to HD, 4/38 (10.6 %) patients kidney transplantation was performed and 11/38 %) died. The main reason of the letal cases was cardiovascular complications (36.6 %). The patient mortality was significantly depended on the diuresis volume and the level of GFR at the time of PD initiation.
Conclusions. PD technique survival in our center correlate with the results of the PD treatment patients worldwide
Toxicity assessment of oil-contaminated sediments on ostracods (Heterocypris incongruens) in laboratory bioassays and in field mesocosm experiment
Β© 2016, International Journal of Pharmacy and Technology. All rights reserved. The present study demonstrates toxicity assessment of model sediments, spiked by crude oil in different concentrations, by examining the native macroinvertebrate taxa that colonized sediments in field-based mesocosm condition and in laboratory bioassays. The results of two months exposure in natural river (Kazanka river, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia) showed that density of benthos community especially Insecta taxa were decreasing in vessels with total hydrocarbons content at the level of 210 mg kg-1. High level correlations were showed between total number, biomass of Oligochaeta taxa and total hydrocarbons content. Toxicity assessment with ostracods (Heterocypris incongruens) revealed survival decreasing since concentration of total hydrocarbons content at the level of 250 mg kg-1. Therefore, total hydrocarbons content in sediments in concentration of 250-300 mg kg-1 can cause toxic effect that can lead to degradation of the most sensitive taxa of benthic community
ANTIOXIDANT EFFECTOF NUCLEINAT SODIUM IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC KIDNEYDISEASE ΠβII STAGES: UNCOMPLICATED PYELONEPHRITIS
Objective: to determine the antioxidant effects of Nucleinat sodium in patients with uncomplicated recurrent pyelonephritis.
Material and methods. We have analyzed the indicators of oxidant/ antioxidant (O/ A) balance in the blood of 55 patients with uncomplicated recurrent pyelonephritis. Women were randomized into 2 groups: I (n=30) consisted of patients treated with Nucleinat sodium at a dose of 0.25 mg 4 times daily for 14 days to II (n=25) included patients who used only antibacterial therapy (according to the set sensitivity identified pathogens). The control group consisted of 20 conditional healthy donors, matched for sex and age.
Results. In the blood ofpatients prior to treatment were observed reduction of total peroxidase activity of red blood cells (p<0.0001), ceruloplasmin (p=0,03), SHβgroups (p=0.001) and increase in serum MDA, and oxidative stress index (p<0.0001) compared with the conditionally healthy donors. Comprehensive treatment with Nucleinat sodium statistically significantly led to normalization of these parameters and decrease of urine NβacetylβpβDβ glucosaminidase and pβgalactosidase (p<0,001 and p=0.04, respectively).
Conclusions. For the treatment of uncomplicated recurrent pyelonephritis appropriate to apply Nucleinat sodium at a dose of 0.25 mg 4 times / day, which helps to reduce the activity of oxidative processes and the negative impact of oxidative stress on the patient, and increases of antioxidant protection
ALPHAβLIPOIC ACID ANTIOXIDANT EFFICIENCY IN TREATMENT OF PERITONEAL DIALYSIS PATIENTS
The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the antioxidant alphaβlipoic acid in peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients taking into account the state of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and antioxidant protection (AOP) before and after treatment.
Patients and methods. The research revealed the intensity of oxidative processes in 20 patients treated with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) on the basis of Π°βlipoic acid applied parenterally in a dose of 600 mg for 2βweeks followed by a transfer to the 6 weeks of oral reception.
The intensity of oxidative processes was evaluated before and after treatment through determining the content of MDA in serum (MDAs) and erythrocytes (MDAe). AOP activity was evaluated by the content of the antioxidant enzyme ceruloplasmin (CP), transferrin (Tr), SHβgroups and total peroxidase activity (TPA) of red blood cells. The control group consisted of30 individuals comparable on for age and sex.
Results. The effects on the study of PD patients (positive decrease of MDAs, increase in CP higher than control group, a significant increase in the content of SHβgroups (p=0,04), TPA (p=0,009), Tr (p=0,002) and catalase serum) demonstrated a considerable positive dynamics of LPO /AOP influenced by the use of Π°βlipoic acid.
Conclusions. The research opens up the prospect for further study ofLPO /AOP blood in PD patients and proves the
application expediency of alphaβlipoic acid for this group. Use of the latter lowers the activity of oxidative processes significantly and restores AOP indicators substantially, which in turn minimizes the negative influence of oxidative stress on a patientβs body
