Priorisierung von energetischen Maßnahmen in heterogenen Immobilienportfolios – Am Beispiel eines Bestandes der öffentlichen Hand
In vielen öffentlichen Gebäuden besteht ein hohes wirtschaftliches Einsparpotenzial bei den relevanten Energieträgern Wärme und Strom. Projekte zur energetischen Optimierungen refinanzieren sich häufig nach wenigen Jahren. Die notwenigen Investitionsmittel stehen jedoch nur begrenzt zur Verfügung. Zielgerichtete Analysen und Potenzialschätzungen sind erforderlich, um eine Priorisierung optionaler Maßnahmen zu erreichen. Die Studie zeigt anhand eines öffentlichen Portfolios notwendige Untersuchungsschritte auf. Die Einzelpotenziale werden über geeignete Benchmarks ermittelt. Auf Portfolioebene werden u. a. spezifische Potenzial-Matrizen genutzt. Die kennzahlenbasierte Priorisierung von Maßnahmen ist umso wichtiger, je stärker das Potenzial auf wenige Objekte konzentriert ist
Priorisierung von Immobilienmärkten mittels ELECTRE: Nutzung eines Outranking-Modells im taktischen Portfoliomanagement
In Zeiten volatiler Immobilienmärkte und einer hohen Wettbewerbsintensität sind leistungsfähige Systeme der Analyse und Entscheidungsunterstützung unverzichtbar. Entscheidungen zu Investitionsstrategien und Einzelinvestitionen basieren zumeist auf mehreren entscheidungsrelevanten Kriterien. Unterschiedliche immobilienwirtschaftliche Entscheidungsalternativen können dabei durchaus Kriterienausprägungen aufweisen, die eine bestimmte Alternative nicht als stets besser bzw. stets schlechter ausweisen. Klassische finanzwirtschaftliche Modelle oder verbreitete qualitative Verfahren wie das Scoring können die gegebene Komplexität meist nicht angemessen berücksichtigen. Eine Weiterentwicklung immobilienwirtschaftlicher Entscheidungsmodelle ist durch die Übertragung und Spezifizierung multikriterieller Verfahren der Entscheidungsunterstützung möglich. Speziell die Untergruppe des Outranking beschäftigt sich mit der schrittweisen Strukturierung, Ordnung und Priorisierung von komplexen Auswahlalternativen. Als spezifische immobilienwirtschaftliche Fragestellung dient hier die Auswahl und Priorisierung von Zielmärkten im taktischen Portfoliomanagement eines institutionellen Immobilienportfoliosmit internationaler Ausrichtung. By allocating real estate investments into the logistics sector, investors highly participate in the economic development of the respective country or city. However, the submarket is very cyclical and special economic influences – such as growing online trade and new logistic networks – affect the performance of the properties. Important parameters on the potential returns are found not only within the real estate market, but also within the global economy and the development of specific industries. This paper aims at examining factors affecting the performance of logistics properties.
Expected dependencies between macroeconomic factors and real estate economic indicators are examined for six major European logistics locations using econometric models, especially correlation and regression. Data series over a period of 25 years were used. The construction of an econometric model was an iterative process integrating both the statistical result and the economic causality

Spectral properties of a narrow-band Anderson model
We consider single-particle spectra of a symmetric narrow-band Anderson
impurity model, where the host bandwidth is small compared to the
hybridization strength . Simple 2nd order perturbation theory (2PT)
in is found to produce a rich spectral structure, that leads to rather good
agreement with extant Lanczos results and offers a transparent picture of the
underlying physics. It also leads naturally to two distinct regimes of spectral
behaviour, and (with the quasi-particle
weight), whose existence and essential characteristics are discussed and shown
to be independent of 2PT itself. The self-energy is also
examined beyond the confines of PT. It is argued that on frequency scales of
order , the self-energy in {\em strong} coupling
is given precisely by the 2PT result, and we point out that the resultant poles
in connect continuously to that characteristic of the atomic
limit. This in turn offers a natural rationale for the known inability of the
skeleton expansion to capture such behaviour, and points to the intrinsic

Virtuelle Realität für Radargeräte in Autos
Car manufacturers spend quite a lot on the development of driver assistance systems and subsequently on autonomous driving functionality. To ensure the safety and reliability of these functions meet industrial standards it is necessary to verify and validate their functionality. While tests on the road are still the ultimate evidence of correct operation they are associated with huge efforts and risks. Therefore, they have to be complemented by other means like simulations and tests on specialised testbeds. For the latter the car’s sensors have to be stimulated in a way that they perceive a desired – but only virtual – environment. An important type of sensor in cars is the radar due to its various advantages. This article describes the development of a stimulator generating virtual radar targets in order to enable the testing of autonomous driving functions.

Fringe Projection Profilometry in Production Metrology: A Multi-Scale Comparison in Sheet-Bulk Metal Forming
Fringe projection profilometry in combination with other optical measuring technologies has established itself over the last decades as an essential complement to conventional, tactile measuring devices. The non-contact, holistic reconstruction of complex geometries within fractions of a second in conjunction with the lightweight and transportable sensor design open up many fields of application in production metrology. Furthermore, triangulation-based measuring principles feature good scalability, which has led to 3D scanners for various scale ranges. Innovative and modern production processes, such as sheet-bulk metal forming, thus, utilize fringe projection profilometry in many respects to monitor the process, quantify possible wear and improve production technology. Therefore, it is essential to identify the appropriate 3D scanner for each application and to properly evaluate the acquired data. Through precise knowledge of the measurement volume and the relative uncertainty with respect to the specimen and scanner position, adapted measurement strategies and integrated production concepts can be realized. Although there are extensive industrial standards and guidelines for the quantification of sensor performance, evaluation and tolerancing is mainly global and can, therefore, neither provide assistance in the correct, application-specific positioning and alignment of the sensor nor reflect the local characteristics within the measuring volume.
