TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIP IN VIRTUAL TEAMS
The article is devoted to a new model for organizing production activities that is adequate to the challenges of digitalization β virtual organizations. The authors show that the widespread adoption of virtual organizations that have no clear boundaries in space and time over the past decade gives rise to new management problems. Old management models based on hierarchy, authoritarian approach, and punishment / reward as the main motivators are not effective in virtual teams. Traditional transactional leadership should be replaced by transformational leadership, which involves an individual approach, intellectual stimulation, idealized influence and inspiring motivation. The authors indicate the social and psychological difficulties of the spread of transformational leadership. The paper emphasizes the need for the formation of leadership, managerial and digital competencies for effective leadership in project virtual teams
TRANSFORMATION OF SPIRITUAL AND MORAL VALUES OF YOUTH IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION
The article has been devoted to the study of the impact of new information and communication technologies in the educational environment on the transformation of the values of student youth. It has been shown, how in the process of the evolution of values, a gap occurs between the declared values and life orientations, determining the behavior of young people. The conclusion has been made, that the worldview of modern student youth is of a synthetic nature: it contains, on the one hand, conservative values, focusing on the stability and connection of generations, on the other hand, βmodernistβ attitudes reflecting modern social realities. It has been shown, that potential opportunities for the inclusion of young people in the innovative development of the countryβs economy are determined by the dynamic balance of traditional ethical values and the modern requirements of sociocultural dynamics
Virtual teams formation: Remote team building and leadership
The article examines the problem of increasing the efficiency of virtual teams, a specific form of labor organisation in the digital economy. The relevance of remote team building of virtual teams is revealed. The essence of the remote team and team building is investigated. Based on the study of the results of empirical sociological research, the advantages and disadvantages of virtual teams are determined. The problem of remote team building technologies, team building methods at all stages of virtual team formation is raised. The main directions of the team leadership transformation are revealed. The problems faced by the leadership of virtual teams at differents stages of their formation, group dynamics are shown remote team-building tools for their resolution are suggested. The results of the article can be used in further research on the problems of organising teamwork in the digital economy, in developing proposals and recommendations for specialists in the field of personnel management for use in practice
TRUST AS A VIRTUAL TEAM EFFECTIVENESS FACTOR
A relatively new phenomenon in management practice β a virtual team has been considered. Based on a study of a wide range of domestic and foreign sources, it has been shown, what problems arise during the formation and operation of virtual teams. Attention on the problem of mutual trust in the team has been focused. It has been concluded that the lack of common social norms and opportunities for mutual control, the lack of direct personal contacts, cross-cultural problems, and the lack of informal communication impede confidence building. However, the rapid idealization of a communication partner, the ability to create the effect of physical presence with minimal means can contribute to building trust and team spirit. The article is addressed to specialists in the field of personnel management and all interested in modern technologies of labor management
Transforming educational space under the impact of the pandemic: student and teacher well-being in higher education
The article presents the study of some areas of educational space transformation under the COVID-19 pandemic influence. The focus of attention is on such problems as the cognitive well-being of the student, the tutor model of teacherstudent relations in the digitalising educational space, the functioning of academic mobility institution in a pandemic and post-pandemic world. Cognitive well-being of students implies mastering digital literacy with strict adherence to the norms of digital ethics. A tutor in modern education plays the role of not only a developer of an individual educational trajectory, but also a controller and educator. For the successful implementation of tutoring functions, the teaching staff of universities needs additional training. The main trends in academic mobility are internal and virtual mobility. The authors conclude that educational organisations need for adequate infrastructural policy, and educational space β inevitable transformations in budget financing. The results of the article can be used in further research on the higher education transformation problems, in the development of proposals and recommendations for specialists in the of higher education management field for use in practice

Asthma patients (n = 79, 7 to 17 years of age) were divided into 3 groups according to asthma severity: mild (n = 23), moderate (n = 24), and severe asthma (n = 32). Asthma was diagnosed according to GINA (2002). Echocardiography, ultrasound evaluation of endothelium vasomotor function and measurement of nitrite anion concentration in exhaled breathe condensate (EBC) were performed in the all patients. Right ventricle dilatation and increase in the total pulmonary vascular resistance were revealed only in patients with severe asthma compared to the control group. Increase in pulmonary artery systolic pressure was significantly higher in the severe asthma patients compared both to the control group and mild asthma patients. Increased right ventricle pressure was accompanied by endothelium dysfunction in 48.1 % (38 patients). High EBC nitrite anion concentration (12.11 Β± 1.72 ΞΌmol/L) was revealed in asthmatic children compared to control group (3,34 Β± 1,58 ΞΌmol/L). Its software and the software of corresponding computing device is able to avoid gas leakage, to minimize energy consumption and to save human resources while maintaining metrological data. Prospects for the Use of Thermal Extracts of Brucella abortusI-206 in S-and L-Forms in the Diagnosis and Prevention of Brucellosis
Currently, one of the topical areas of research is the development of new antigen preparations for the specific diagnosis and prevention of brucellosis, since indication of the pathogen and prevention of the disease is complicated by the ability of brucella to dissociate, and live vaccines used for specific prevention of brucellosis have residual virulence. Thermal extracts (TE) obtained from Brucella abortus I-206 in the L- and S-form can be used as such promising antigens. It is known that TE in the L- and S-forms have immunogenic properties, as well as a modulating effect on the proliferation of immunocompetent cells, morphological changes in the immunocompetent organs of experimental animals.The aimof the work is to study the effect of Brucella abortus thermal extracts in L- and S-forms on the functional state of the cells of experimental animals.MaterialsΒ andΒ methods. TheΒ studyΒ wasΒ performedΒ onΒ 100Β certifiedΒ whiteΒ mice.Β AsΒ objectsΒ ofΒ study,Β weΒ usedΒ the B. abortus I-206 TE in L- and S-forms. Evaluation of the effect of antigenic drugs on the functional state of phagocytes of laboratory animals in vitro was performed on peritoneal macrophages. The total activity of the respiratory chain enzymes in the NBT-test and superoxide dismutase was determined. Cells of intact animals served as controls. As a positive control, a commercial antigenic LPS preparation Escherichia coli was used. The content of cyclic nucleotides in homogenates of immunocompetent organs was determined using ELISA.Results.This study presents materials on the study of the effect of TE on the bactericidal activity of phagocytes and the level of cyclic nucleotides in immunocompetent organs. It has been established that TEs activate oxygen-dependent bactericidal systems of phagocytes. When studying the effect of TE on the content of cyclic nucleotides in immunocompetent organs of white mice, an increase in their concentration was revealed, indicating an increase in the functional activity of the cells.Conclusion.The obtained data make it possible to substantiate the need for a further detailed study of the immunogenic properties of B. abortus TE in the L- or S-form on the organism of experimental animals
