    Analisis efisiensi produksi pada usaha tani nilam di kabupaten Banyumas=Analysis Production Efficiency On Nilam Farm

    The aims of this research are to know the difference, between nilam farm on lowland and upland, the effect of changes in input price on profitable and to know the managerial ability of the farmers in farm management by using profit function (unit output price profit function concept) and technical efficiency principle. The location of research is Banyumas regency. The method of the research is d sampling survey. The total samples are 120 farmers taken randomly, consist of 60 nilam farmers on lowland and 60 nilam farmers on upland. Technical efficiency is analyzed by using frontier, produrion function and economic efficiency is analyzed by using profit function generated from Cobb Douglas production function., The result of this research showed that profit of nilam farm on lowland is greater than the profit of nilam farm on upland. Regression coefficient of labor wage and TSP fertilizer price have negative impact on profit, therefore increasing labor wage and TSP fertilizer price the profit will decrease. The nilam farm at lowland economically more efficient than nilam farm on upland. The labor, seed, TSP fertilizer, Naturano fertilizer and pesticide influence the production that the increase of each production factor will increase the product. Experience in nilam farm and non farm income influence positively the nilam farm management.     This study was built with the aim to determine the relationship between communication patterns, with a work ethic as an intervening variable, communication on performance. Similarly, the relationship between the motivation to employee performance, motivation towards work ethic adan performance to performance. The study was conducted at the office of the Technical Unit Coordinator Department of Revenue in Probolinggo, East Java Province. As the sample is all employees in the institution totaling 150 respondents. The model used is a Structural Equation Model. Results of the study concluded that: (1) Communication Skills significant effect on work ethic. (2) Motivation employee owned significant effect on work ethic. (3) Work ethic significant effect on employee performance. (4) Communication significant effect on performance, and (5) Motivation significant effect on performance.     This study aims to examine the factors that influence customer behavior intention on internet banking services by adopting a conceptual framework Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis in 1989 in PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Jember Branch. The data collection is done by distributing 200 questionnaires to customers who use internet banking services. Results of the test data showed that the perceived of usefulness, ease of use, and risk significantly affect the attitude of the use of internet banking but the behavioral intention variable significantly influenced only by the perceived ease of use variable. Attitude variable significantly influence behavior intention variable. These results indicate that the behavior intention to use internet banking service foremost influenced by the easiness of the application. A usefull service will not necessarily be used when deemed difficult to operate. The risk factor was not affect the intention of customers to continue using internet banking services. Internet banking services of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Jember branch should be more focused on the easiness of the application and the dissemination about how to use this service which in turn can reduce the operational costs of banks in providing banking services.     ANALYSIS OF THE TURNOVER INTENTIONS

    The performance of a company is determined by the condition and behavior of the employee-owned company. The phenomenon that often happens is that the performance of a company that has been so good can be destroyed, either directly or indirectly, by a variety of employee behavior that is difficult to prevent the occurrence. One form of employee behavior is a desire to move (turnover intentions) that led to the employee's decision to leave his job. The high level of turnover in the company, the more cause various potential costs, both the cost of the training that has been invested in employees, the level of performance that must be sacrificed, as well as recruitment and retraining costs (Suwandi and Indriantoro, 1999 in Toly, 2001). In some cases, turnover is required by the company, especially for employees with low performance (Hollenbeck and Williams 1986), but the turnover rate should be aligned to be not so high that the company still has the opportunity to benefit or advantage to the enhanced performance of the new employee greater than the costs incurred recruitment organization. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence turnover intentions. Under the proposed framework, the following hypotheses: Job satisfaction, organizational commitment, role conflict and job insecurity simultaneously and partially significant effect on turnover intentions. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction, organizational commitment, role conflict, job insecurity and significant effect on turnover intentions and job satisfaction is a variable dominant influence turnover intentions

    Ini adalah penelitian interdisiplin yang membahas fakta bahasa, sosial, dan fenomena pertunjukan Didi Kempot. Tinjauan sosiolinguistik pertunjukan digunakan sebagai paradigm kajian untuk melihat karya panggung Didi Kempot. Penelitian ini melihat bahwa terdapat hubungan yang menarik antara panggung pertunjukan Didi Kempot dengan bahasa pertunjukan. Penelitian ini memandang, panggung pertunjukan Didi Kempot tidak hanya bertindak sebagai tempat penelitian sosiolinguistik pertunjukan, tetapi juga secara bersamaan menjadi alat dan kerangka kerja bagi penelitian sosiolinguistik, sehingga kajian ini memiliki manfaat yang cukup signifikan dalam kajian interdisiplin, yakni hubungan antara musik, fenomena social, dan fenomena berbahasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat konektivitas masa lalu ke sekarang melalui lagu dalam tinjauan sosiolinguistik pertunjukan pada karya-karya panggung pertunjukan Didi Kempot. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode etnografi virtual. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi lapangan dan terlibat dalam ruang virtual internet dengan masuk ke grup-grup “Sobat Ambyar Didi Kempot” yang ada di telegram, Instagram, dan facebook. Sedang pengamatan atas pertunjukan Didi Kemepot dilakukan dengan menggunakan platform youtube. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi terlebihdahulu indeksikalitas bahasa yang berpadu dengan pertunjukan musik, gerakan dan respon penonton terhadap penampilan Didi Kempot di panggung pertunjukan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, transmisi nilai-nilai budaya, dan makna konseptual bahasa pertunjukan menjadi ruang ekspresi bagi “Sobat Ambyar Didi Kempot,” kami juga melihat bagaimana sosiolinguistik pertunjukan mampu menunjukkan berbagi ragam budaya berbahasa dalam panggung pertunjukan, seperti munculnya istilah sobat ambyar, cendol dawet, raja campursari, Godfather of Broken Heart, Lord Didi, patah hati tanpa harus merasakan cinta, sebagai ekspresi berbahasa dalam panggung pertunjukan Didi Kempot
