    Pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Sumedang

    Employee performance is one of the most important aspects in the company. An employee's performance is influenced by several factors, including motivation and work environment Based on the background of the problem, this study aims to find out the condition and influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance. The method used in this study is a verifiable descriptive method with a sample of 68 people. The results of the study showed that: 1) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPJS Kesehatan Sumedang Branch employees. This means that the better the motivation of employees, the higher the performance of employees. 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPJS Kesehatan Sumedang Branch employees, which is 38.2%. This means that the better the work environment is created, the better the performance of employees will increase. 3) Motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPJS Kesehatan Sumedang Branch employees, which is 30.6%. This means that the better the motivation and work environment, the better the performance of BPJS Kesehatan Sumedang Branch employeesKinerja karyawan menjadi salah satu aspek sangat penting dalam perusahaan. Kinerja seorang karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain yaitu motivasi dan lingkungan kerja Berdasarkan dari latar belakang masalah, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi dan pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan sampel 68 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yaitu sebesar 23,9% terhadap kinerja pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Sumedang. Artinya semakin baik motivasi pegawai maka kinerja pegawai semakin meningkat. 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yaitu sebesar 38,2% terhadap kinerja pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Sumedang. Artinya bahwa semakin baik lingkungan kerja yang tercipta maka kinerja pegawai semakin meningkat. 3) Motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yaitu sebesar 30,6% terhadap kinerja pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Sumedang. Artinya bahwa semakin baik motivasi dan lingkungan kerja maka kinerja pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Sumedang semakin meningkat

    Leveraging strategic intuition to reach firm performance: the role of entrepreneurial agility and environmental dynamism

    Purpose – This study was carried out to analyze the influence of strategic intuition on firm performance through the role of entrepreneurial agility as mediator and environmental dynamism as a moderator. Design/methodology/approach – This study was conducted using quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 280 SMEs actors in Bandung, West Java. The data in this study was collected by distributing questionnaire to the respondents. The data obtained was then processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling with Partial Least Square, using Smart-PLS software. Findings – The findings of this study proved that: (1) Strategic intuition positively influenced firm performance; (2) Strategic intuition positively influenced entrepreneurial agility; (3) Entrepreneurial agility positively influenced firm performance; (4) Environmental dynamism negatively moderated the relationship between strategic intuition and entrepreneurial agility; and (5) Environmental dynamism negatively moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial agility and firm performance. Research limitations/implications – This study attempted to understand the concept of entrepreneurship in a dynamic environment using entrepreneurial agility as one of the constructs, and linked it with firm performance. However, this study had not yet differed the respondent based on their business type. Future studies can analyze further about the phenomenon that occurred within different kind of business using different level of analysis, such as comparing the condition within and between group of entrepreneurs. Practical implications – This study provided contributions to SMEs actors in Bandung, as it can be a consideration for the way they run their business within a volatile business environment. Originality/value – This study was giving a deep understanding of strategic intuition on firm performance with the mediation role of entrepreneurial dan moderator role of environmental dynamism in the scope of SMEs

    Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini berjalan dengan cepat dan merubah perilaku konsumen. Setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk beradaptasi terhadap perubahan ini, salah satunya dengan mengadopsi digital marketing. UMKM yang merupakan mayoritas pengusaha di Indonesia juga harus mengikuti perkembangan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adopsi atau implementasi digital marketing diantara para pelaku UMKM binaan KADIN kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan objek penelitian adalah pemilik UMKM yang menjadi binaan KADIN Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya ketertarikan pelaku UMKM untuk menggunakan digital marketing dalam memasarkan produk UMKM. Kemampuan, kesadaran akan manfaat digital marketing dan juga implementasi digital di UMKM sudah cukup baik, terutama bagi generasi yang lebih muda. Peran pemerintah, perguruan tinggi dan organisasi lainnya dibutuhkan oleh para pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengimplementasikan digital marketin
