    Professor Katherine Ogilvie Musgrave was born February 8, 1920, in Allisona, TN. Having graduated with a B.S. in Food Nutrition from Maryville College in 1941 Musgrave would go on to earn a M.S. in Nutrition from Oklahoma State University in 1968. The following year (1969) Professor Musgrave started at the University of Maine as an instructor and assistant professor in Food and Nutrition before in 1979 earning a professorship. Professor Musgrave retired from the University of Maine in 1986 but remained active in the field of nutrition.     The Coe family papers consist primarily of business records of the brothers Eben S. Coe and Thomas Upham Coe, with a few papers of Thomas\u27s wife, Sada L. Coe. The materials reflect the involvement of the Coes in land acquisition and management and the lumber industry in the northern part of Maine, as well as Eben Coe\u27s partnership in the S.R. Bearce and R.C. Pingree companies in Lewiston, Maine.     Sheppard (Edmund M.) Records, 1965-1997

    Edmund MacMillan Ned Sheppard was born in New Rochelle, New York in 1933. He earned his B.S.E.E. in 1956 at the University of Miami, S.M.E.E. in 1958 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Ph.D. in 1962 at Purdue University. He taught at M.I.T. and Purdue before becoming a professor at the University of Maine teaching electrical engineering in 1962. While at the UMaine Sheppard served as the faculty representative to the University of Maine Board of Trustees. Sheppard retired from UMaine in 1997 and died in 2016 at the age of 82.
