Peculiarities of formation and implementation of european development programs in the sphere of public life of Ukraine

У статті досліджено діалектику розвитку суспільних програм Європейського Союзу у науково-технічній, освітній та інноваційній сферах, а також у галузі публічного управління та адміністрування. Визначено найважливіші етапи формування співпраці України та Європейського Союзу у процесах імплементації спільних програм розвитку суспільної сфери, розглянуто особливості реалізації масштабних проектів у державному та регіональному вимірі (на прикладі Тернопільської області), виокремлено характерні особливості та пріоритетні сфери впровадження європейського досвіду.The article deals with the dialectics of the European Union social programs' development in the scientific, technical, educational and innovation spheres, as well as in the field of public management and administration. The most important stages of the cooperation process between Ukraine and the European Union in the sphere of joint programs implementation was determined, peculiarities of realization of large-scale projects in the state and regional dimension (on the example of the Ternopil region) was considered, the specific features and priority areas of European experience implementation was singled out. The article deals with the peculiarities of implementation of such projects as: “Horizon-2020”, “Community- Based Local Development”, “Energy Efficiency Program for Ukraine”. The results of the conducted research allow confirming the increase of Ukrainian citizens standard living in the public sphere and improvement of economic and social development of society due to the successful implementation of European projects
