Розробка інформаційного забезпечення автоматизованої системи моніторингу стану промислової безпеки газотранспортної системи

The purpose of the article is to developing the information security of the automated system for monitoring the state of industrial safety of the gas transportation system within the framework of the safety management system, which will enable timely and objective detection of adverse accident hazards (hazardous events) and taking the necessary specific measures to eliminate them and operate the gas transport system safely. It is proved that the basis of the information provision of the automated system for monitoring the state of the industrial safety of the gas transmission system is a methodology that includes the following basic procedures: identifying hazards; qualitative and quantitative assessment of emergencies; establishing of unacceptable (unallowable) risks and their introduction to the information base (register) of unacceptable risks of objects of the gas transportation system; comprehensive assessment and certification of the state of industrial safety of objects of the gas transportation system; identification of effective, productive (efficient) risk management measures. The prospect of further research in this area is the development and implementation of an automated system for monitoring the state of industrial safety of the objects of the gas transmission system based on the results of the research (of the submitted information provision).Метою статті є розробка інформаційного забезпечення автоматизованої системи моніторингу стану промислової безпеки газотранспортної системи у рамках системи управління безпекою праці, яка дасть можливість своєчасно і об’єктивно виявляти несприятливі аварійні ризики (небезпечні події) та вжити необхідні конкретні заходи щодо їхнього усунення і безпечно експлуатувати газотранспортну систему. Доведено, що в основі інформаційного забезпечення автоматизованої системи моніторингу стану промислової безпеки газотранспортної системи лежить методика, яка включає такі основні процедури, як: ідентифікування небезпек; якісне та кількісне оцінювання аварійних ризиків; встановлення недопустимих (неприйнятних) ризиків та внесення їх до інформаційної бази (реєстру) недопустимих ризиків об’єктів газотранспортної системи; комплексне оцінювання та паспортизацію стану промислової безпеки об’єктів газотранспортної системи; визначення дієвих конкретних (ефективних, результативних) заходів управління ризиками. Перспективою подальших досліджень у даному напрямі є розроблення та впровадження автоматизованої системи моніторингу стану промислової безпеки на об’єктах газотранспортної системи на основі результатів дослідження (поданого інформаційного забезпечення)

Діагностика стану соціально-психологічного клімату на підприємстві

The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical positions and develop practical recommendations for improving the diagnosis of the state of the socio-psychological climate in the enterprise. The structure of the socio-psychological climate is presented through the prism of relations, the objectivity of the state and existing communications. It was established that the purpose of diagnostics of socio-psychological climate at the enterprise is to increase the efficiency and potency of the personnel through the prevention of labor conflicts, to increase team cohesion and support the main elements of corporate culture of the enterprise. It was determined that the dominants (components) of the socio-psychological climate through the prism of relations and communications in the system "employee – collective – enterprise" are: 1) the dominant work of the personality; 2) the dominant work of the team; 3) the dominant work of the enterprise. The prospect of further research in this area is the improvement of the system of partial diagnostic purposes of the diagnosis of the activity (economic diagnostics) of the enterprise, taking into account the presented research results.Метою статті є аналіз теоретичних положень та розроблення практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення діагностики стану соціально-психологічного клімату на підприємстві. Представлено структуру соціально-психологічного клімату крізь призму відносин, об’єктивності стану та існуючих комунікацій. Встановлено, що метою діагностики соціально-психологічного клімату на підприємстві є підвищення ефективності і результативності роботи персоналу за рахунок профілактики трудових конфліктів, підвищення командної згуртованості й підтримки основних елементів корпоративної культури підприємства. З’ясовано, що домінантами (складовими) соціально-психологічного клімату через призму відносин та комунікацій в системі “працівник – колектив – підприємство” є: 1) домінанта роботи особистості; 2) домінанта роботи колективу; 3) домінанта роботи підприємства. Перспективою подальших досліджень у даному напрямі є удосконалення системи часткових діагностичних цілей діагностики діяльності (економічної діагностики) підприємства з урахуванням поданих результатів досліджень

The Improvements of Enterprise Anti-Crisis Management Diagnostics in the System of Managerial Diagnostics

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical positions and to develop practical recommendations for improving the diagnostics of anti-crisis management of the enterprise in the system of managerial diagnostics. It is revealed that the specificity of crisis management of the enterprise (as a special diagnostic purpose of the system of management diagnostic purposes) is related to: 1) the strategy of anti-crisis management, which includes the prevention of crisis and the strategy to overcome the crisis; 2) the need for complex management decisions (functioning, development) in the conditions of limited financial and informational resources, high general level of uncertainty of the environment (displaying various events and aspects) and risk, etc. It is established that the diagnostics of anti-crisis management in the enterprise in the system of managerial diagnostics should include: 1) the study of basic business indicators (parameters) of production and economic activity of the enterprise; 2) comprehensive in-depth analysis of the influence of factors (internal, external) on the state of the enterprise (financial and economic, technical and technological); 3) expert valuation of the developed measures and prospects for financial rehabilitation and preventive sanation, as well as an assessment of the achievement of forecasting goals. The prospect of further research in this field is the development of a system of goals of economic diagnosis (diagnostics of activity) of the enterprise (institution, organization) taking into account the presented results of the study and the graphical interpretation of the improvement of the effectiveness of the anti-crisis management enterprise in the system of managerial diagnostics

З’ясовано, що специфіка антикризового управління підприємством (як спеціальної діагностичної цілі системи цілей управлінської діагностики) пов’язана: 1) з стратегією антикризового управління, яка включає в себе стратегію недопущення кризи і стратегію подолання кризи; 2) з необхідністю прийняття складних управлінських рішень (функціонування, розвитку) в умовах обмежених фінансових та інформаційних ресурсів, високого загального рівня невизначеності зовнішнього середовища (відображення різних подій та аспектів) і ризику тощо. Встановлено, що діагностика антикризового управління підприємством в системі управлінської діагностики повинна включати: 1) дослідження базових бізнес-індикаторів (показників, параметрів) виробничо-господарської діяльності підприємства; 2) всебічний комплексний аналіз впливу факторів (внутрішніх, зовнішніх) на стан підприємства (фінансово-економічний, техніко-технологічний); 3) експертну оцінку розроблених заходів і перспектив фінансового оздоровлення та превентивної санації, а також оцінку досягнення цілей прогнозування. Перспективою подальших досліджень у даному напрямі є розробка системи цілей економічної діагностики (діагностики діяльності) підприємства (установи, організації) з урахуванням поданих результатів дослідження та представленої графічної інтерпретації підвищення ефективності антикризового управління підприємством в системі управлінської діагностики
