    Оптимизация лечения больных сахарным диабетом 2 типа с сопутствующей ишемической болезнью сердца

    У статті розглянутий спосіб оптимізації лікування хворих на цукровий діабет 2 типу з супутньою хронічною ішемічною хворобою серця. Оцінювалися наступні критерії: рівень глікозильованого гемоглобіну щоквартально, функціональний клас стенокардії, фракція викиду лівого шлуночку на тлі використання ліраглютиду (Віктоза) та стандартного лікування ІХС згідно діючих протоколів. Отримані дані доводять користь використання препарату ліраглютид як препарат вибору для лікування хворих на ЦД 2 типу на тлі ІХС.It is known that diabetes is officially recognized as a non-infectious pandemic in the world. Danger of diabetes is its complications, in particular from the cardiovascular system. Therefore, an integrated approach to the treatment of diabetes is particularly important, giving preference to drugs that have both hypoglycemic and angioprotective properties. The article considers a method for optimizing the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with concomitant chronic ischemic heart disease by adding a GLP-1 agonist liraglutide (Victoza) to the complex therapy. The following criteria were evaluated quarterly: the level of glycosylated hemoglobin, the functional class of angina pectoris, the left ventricular ejection fraction. The obtained data (increased tolerance to physical activity, increased contractility of myocardium of the left ventricle) prove the use of the preparation of liraglutide as a drug of choice for the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes in the presence of IHD.В статье рассмотрен способ оптимизации лечения больных сахарным диабетом 2 типа с сопутствующей хронической ишемической болезнью сердца. Оценивались следующие критерии: уровень гликозилированного гемоглобина ежеквартально, функциональный класс стенокардии, фракция выброса левого желудочка на фоне использования лираглютида (Виктоза) и стандартного лечения ИБС согласно действующих протоколов. Полученные данные доказывают пользу применения препарата лираглютид как препарат выбора для лечения больных СД 2 типа на фоне ИБС

    According to the “Odessa” and “Kiev” observatories total vector magnetic field variations data for 2008-2010 period, dynamics of the space weather manifestations were considered. Wavelet analysis application made the determination of structure changing in circadian period possible. The features of displaying 12, 8 and 6 hour periods are shown. The nature of their correlation and modulation in solar and geomagnetic activity changing is seen. Two stations changes differences that can result from the latitudinal dependence are examined.
