Kaizen no âmbito da logística industrial

Mestrado em Engenharia e Gestão IndustrialO Kaizen pressupõe melhoria no desempenho através de pequenas acções incrementais. Neste trabalho pretende-se divulgar a aplicação das mais significativas técnicas de melhoria contínua, no âmbito da logística industrial. A ênfase dada à gestão e reestruturação de armazéns contribui, neste trabalho, para o conhecimento aprofundado das técnicas de melhoria contínua ao nível da logística industrial e da gestão de operações. ABSTRACT: Kaizen implies an improvement of the performance through small increasing actions. This document aims to make known the application of the most significant techniques of continuous improvement within industrial logistics. In this work, the emphasis given to the management and restructuring of warehouses contributes to a deep knowledge of the techniques of continuous improvement at industrial logistics level and of the operations management
