In this paper, the Flexible Material Path Processing (FMPP) deformation compensation modeling method based on T-S fuzzy neural network is proposed. This method combined with T S fuzzy reasoning and fuzzy neural network.Firstly, fuzzy clustering is introduced to extract fuzzy membership functions and the fitness of fuzzy rules of T S fuzzy neural network antecedent from historical processing data; secondly, through back-propagation iteration to calculate connection weights of the network. Processing experiments shows that T S fuzzy neural network modeling in this paper is superior to typical T S model, the angle error and straightness error processing by NTS FNN is decreased than these of STS FNN

According to the factors that influence flexible material processing (FMP), the deformation compensation modeling method based on T-S fuzzy neural network is proposed. This method combines T-S fuzzy reasoning with a fuzzy neural network. Firstly, fuzzy clustering is introduced to extract fuzzy membership functions and the fitness of fuzzy rules of T-S fuzzy neural network antecedent from the past processing data. Secondly, with the steepest descent method, back-propagation iteration is used to calculate the connection weights of the network. The processing of experiments shows that T-S fuzzy neural network modeling is superior to typical T-S model. The angle error and the straightness error processed by NTS-FNN is 40.4 %, 28.8 % lower than those of STS-FNN. The minimum processing time processed by NTS-FNN is lower by 46.1 % than that of STS-FNN

Tetraspanins: Novel Molecular Regulators of Gastric Cancer

Gastric cancer is the fourth and fifth most common cancer worldwide in men and women, respectively. However, patients with an advanced stage of gastric cancer still have a poor prognosis and low overall survival rate. The tetraspanins belong to a protein superfamily with four hydrophobic transmembrane domains and 33 mammalian tetraspanins are ubiquitously distributed in various cells and tissues. They interact with other membrane proteins to form tetraspanin-enriched microdomains and serve a variety of functions including cell adhesion, invasion, motility, cell fusion, virus infection, and signal transduction. In this review, we summarize multiple utilities of tetraspanins in the progression of gastric cancer and the underlying molecular mechanisms. In general, the expression of TSPAN8, CD151, TSPAN1, and TSPAN4 is increased in gastric cancer tissues and enhance the proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells, while CD81, CD82, TSPAN5, TSPAN9, and TSPAN21 are downregulated and suppress gastric cancer cell growth. In terms of cell motility regulation, CD9, CD63 and CD82 are metastasis suppressors and the expression level is inversely associated with lymph node metastasis. We also review the clinicopathological significance of tetraspanins in gastric cancer including therapeutic targets, the development of drug resistance and prognosis prediction. Finally, we discuss the potential clinical value and current limitations of tetraspanins in gastric cancer treatments, and provide some guidance for future research

Gastric cancer is one of the most serious malignant tumor and threatens the health of people worldwide. Its heterogeneity leaves many clinical problems unsolved. To treat it effectively, we need to explore its heterogeneity. Single-cell transcriptome sequencing, or single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), reveals the complex biological composition and molecular characteristics of gastric cancer at the level of individual cells, which provides a new perspective for understanding the heterogeneity of gastric cancer. In this review, we first introduce the current procedure of scRNA-seq, and discuss the advantages and limitations of scRNA-seq. We then elaborate on the research carried out with scRNA-seq in gastric cancer in recent years, and describe how it reveals cell heterogeneity, the tumor microenvironment, oncogenesis and metastasis, as well as drug response in to gastric cancer, to facilitate early diagnosis, individualized therapy, and prognosis evaluation

This paper discusses the calculation problems of bending deformation of FWP processing. Take three axis CNC machining as an example, to establish mechanics model of flexible workpiece processing process. The flexible workpiece balance equation is a two-dimensional partial differential equation, to solve the problem of flexible workpiece bending deformation using Rayleigh-Ritz method and designing the test function of bending deformation of flexible workpiece. By satisfying the minimum potential energy condition of FWP processing to work out the approximate solution of bending deformation of flexible workpiece, find out the relationship between material properties of flexible piece, acting force Fz, and deformation value. Finally, the rectangle flexible workpiece which is made up of polyurethane sponge is selected as an experiment subject. The results show that the average relative deviation between theoretical value and observed value is only 5.51%. It is proved that the bending deformation test function satisfies the actual deformation calculation requirements
