Non-Markovian stochastic Liouville equation and anomalous relaxation kinetics

The kinetics of phase and population relaxation in quantum systems induced by noise with anomalously slowly decaying correlation function P (t) ~ (wt)^{- alpha}, where 0 < alpha < 1 is analyzed within continuous time random walk approach. The relaxation kinetics is shown to be anomalously slow. Moreover for alpha < 1 in the limit of short characteristic time of fluctuations w^{-1} the kinetics is independent of w. As alpha \to 1 the relaxation regime changes from the static limit to fluctuation narrowing. Simple analytical expressions are obtained describing the specific features of the kinetics.Comment: 7 pages, 2 figure

This article presents an analysis of the organization of self-education, including modern foreign language, caused by the multiculturalism of the modern world. A review is performed, and the classification of self-organized teaching methods is presented. The usefulness of mass mastery of a foreign language, which is characterized by multiculturalism and multilingualism, is revealedПредставлен анализ организации самообучения, в том числе иностранному языку, вызванного поликультурностью современного мира. Выполнен обзор и дана классификация самоорганизованных методов самообучения. Раскрыта полезность массового овладения иностранным языком, которому присущи мультикультура и полилингвиз

Formation of moral culture of students using a foreign language in a professional-pedagogical university

The provisions on the upbringing and formation of the moral culture of students when teaching a foreign language in a professional-pedagogical university are considered. The relevance is due to the introduction of amendments to the Federal Law "On education in the Russian Federation on the upbringing of students". The purpose of the educational process at the university as an organic unity of teaching and upbringing is analyzed. It is proved that the student, getting acquainted with a different national culture, learns to appreciate and recognize the culture of his people. The pedagogical experience of organizing events for the formation of moral culture using a foreign language is presented. The effectiveness of the implementation of the plan of measures for education in the organization of independent work is shown.

Effect of the excitation pulse carrier frequency on the ultrafast charge recombination dynamics of donor-acceptor complexes: Stochastic simulations and experiments

    No full text
The influence of the excitation pulse carrier frequency on the ultrafast charge recombination dynamics of excited donor-acceptor complexes has been explored both theoretically and experimentally. The theoretical description involves the explicit treatment of both the optical formation of the nuclear wave packet on the excited free energy surface and its ensuing dynamics. The wave packet motion and the electronic transition are described within the framework of the stochastic point-transition approach. It is shown that the variation of the pulse carrier frequency within the absorption band can significantly change the effective charge recombination dynamics. The mechanism of this phenomenon is analyzed and a semiquantitative interpretation is suggested. The role of the vibrational coherence in the recombination dynamics is discussed. An experimental investigation of the ultrafast charge recombination dynamics of two donor-acceptor complexes in valeronitrile also is presented. The decays of the excited state population were found to be highly nonexponential, the degree of non-exponentiality depending on the excitation frequency. For one complex, the charge recombination dynamics was found to slow down upon increasing the excitation frequency, while the opposite behavior was observed with the other complex. These experimental observations follow qualitatively the predictions of the simulations
