В статье анализируется определение дискурса и приводятся формулировки, предложенные на раннем этапе его изучения. На основе характеристик массмедийного дискурса выявляются стилистические особенности медийного текста. Рассматривается специфика использования гиперболы в дискурсе массмедиа, ее культурно-идеологический потенциал. С помощью метода сплошной выборки проводится лингвостилистический анализ языковых единиц из текстов двух лингвокультур.The article provides a definition of discourse and analyzes its wording proposed at an early stage of its study. Eurasian transport network as a driver of sustainable transport development in the Eurasian region

The article deals with topical issues of sustainable development of the transport and logistics ecosystem in the Eurasian region. The tectonic changes in international relations in 2022 and 2023 led to the development of disintegration processes in Eurasia, which also affected the transport sector. The authors analyze current trends in the formation of a new paradigm of sustainable transport to ensure the transport sovereignty of Russia and the EAEU countries. New challenges pose new challenges in ensuring logistical connectivity of Russia with its international partners, the digitalization of the economy and the introduction of Industry 4.0 technologies create both new opportunities and the need to increase the innovative potential of the industry to ensure its competitiveness at the global level. Political Consciousness Formation in the Modern Global World

The article examines an actual problem of international integration, associated with the peculiarities of political consciousness in modern global society. The research methodology is determined by the synthesis of analytical and comparative historical approaches. The authors consider such conditions of global society existence in which the objective social polarity of a society and the heterogeneity of political structures give rise to a wide range of needs and interests of groups and individuals. This feature forms the difference in the elements of their political consciousness. As a result, several forms of political consciousness can exist simultaneously in every society. Conceptual description motivational structure in sociopolitical systems requires the complex application of various bases for their classification. In conclusion, it is emphasized that real social systems are characterized by a complex synthesis of elements of various political consciousness types. The unity of diverse forms of political consciousness organization in a global society is based on an axiological meaningful consensus of socio-cultural relationships between people, between society and man, between state and man, conceptual represented in the symbols that motivate individual and group consciousness on trust in the authorities

Агенты социального контроля о рисках девиантности молодежи

The article is devoted to one of the most urgent problems of the social life – to the identifying the risks of young people’s deviance. For modern Russian realities, the growth of deviant phenomena in a given social group is characteristic. This testifies to the shortcomings of the organization of preventive social control, which is not limited to the development of a policy on prevention, but is more dependent on professional practices and ideas about the risks of deviance in the discourses of various control agents. The article presents the main approaches to understanding risks, the importance of studying risks in everyday professional practices of control agents is examined. The main attention is paid to the presentation of the research results, the purpose of which was to identify the general and specific in the content of discourses of social control agents regarding the risks of deviance of youth. The discourses of the main agents of control – police, school, social service institutions (state and non-state) are considered. The author comes to the conclusion that in the police and teacher discourses, an institutional approach, involving the use of external control of behavior, is predominantly used. The discourse of social security institutions is closer to the modern concepts of riskand protective factors, based on the need to consider life situations of youth and the development of internal control. This article may be of interest to specialists working in the field of the sociology of youth, the sociology of the family, social work, as well as to representatives of all agents of preventive social control.Статья посвящена одной из актуальных и затрагивающих многие аспекты социальной жизни проблем – определению рисков девиантности молодежи. Для современных российских реалий характерным является повышение уровня, омоложение и феминизация девиантного поведения. Все это свидетельствует о недостатках организации профилактического социального контроля, который не ограничивается разработкой политики в отношении профилактики, но в большей степени зависит от профессиональных практик и представлений о рисках девиантности, складывающихся в дискурсах различных агентов контроля. В статье представлены основные подходы к пониманию рисков, рассмотрена важность изучения рисков в повседневных профессиональных практиках агентов контроля. Основное внимание уделяется презентации результатов исследования, целью которого было выявление общего и специфического в содержании дискурсов агентов социального контроля относительно рисков девиантности молодежи. Рассмотрены дискурсы основных агентов контроля – полиции, школы, учреждений социального обслуживания (государственных и негосударственных). Автор приходит к выводу, что в полицейском и учительском дискурсах преимущественно применяется институциональный подход, предполагающий использование внешнего контроля поведения. Дискурс учреждений социальной защиты ближе к современным представлениям о риски защитных факторах, базирующимся на необходимости рассмотрения положения и жизненных ситуаций молодежи, а также развития внутреннего контроля. Данная статья может быть интересна специалистам, работающим в области социологии молодежи, социологии семьи, социальной работы, а также представителям всех агентов профилактического социального контроля. Cultural code in controlling stereotypes of mass consciousness

The article is concerned with the problem of interrelation between mental dynamics of mass subject and functions of cultural code in the context of modern media environment. The urgency of researching a hidden control mechanism through background knowledge and mass consciousness stereotypes is determined by the fact that modern global information and communication networks transform and destabilize the sociocultural semantic space in its historically developed order. The methodology of analyzing control of mass consciousness stereotypes is based on integration of sociocultural, semiotic, communicative aspects of studying properties of cultural code in the mass media theory. It is emphasized that code control of an individual’s mentality dynamics is exercised anonymously. Knowledge of the reality where implicit instructions for an immediate perception of the world play a special role naturally forms stereotyped practices of understanding and action that are not reflected in everyday life. Codes set a certain limit of perception of events and their evaluation, catalyze a predicted stereotyped reaction. Cultural codes based on sign-oriented symbols form a semantic matrix that communicates basic orientation in the physical and sociocultural space to an individual’s subconsciousness. This invisible framework, determinated by a sign-oriented form, ensures transmission of a socially significant meaning that is necessary for mutual understanding of people, social control of their actions and thinking. The tendency to dominate functional and adaptive rationality in the media environment is accompanied by a transformation of the world perception stereotype, erosion of semantic boundaries between the real and the virtual, the subjective and the objective.peer-reviewe
