Unmanned Ground Vehicle
Due to new developed technology man is leading a comfortable life. People want each work should be done automatically. So in this paper introduces a system called UNMANNED GROUND VEHICLE. UGV as name indicate it operates in contact with ground and without any human resource. The vehicle will have a set of sensors to observe the environment. In this paper for the working of UGV, FPGA is embedded with image processing. FPGA as main processing platform used to control UGV. The performance evaluation of proposed system takes place by capturing the image of UGV with help of camera. This system demonstrate accurate localization of UGV. This UGV vehicle used in military, mall, automobile industry. To work system properly provide proper interfacing and synchronization between hardware/software module
Influence of Glomus Species and Soil Phosphorous on Verticillium Wilt in Bt Cotton
Amendment of single superphosphate to the soil was done at 20mg /kg and 300mg /kg. After that soil was treated with different treatments like a) Verticillium dahliae, b) Glomus species, c) both Verticillium and Glomus species d) None of Glomus species and Verticillium. The Verticillium wilt was more severe in plants infected with Glomus species than non-mycorrhizal plants fertigated at 20mg P / kg of soil. However, in plants fertigated with 300mg P / kg of soil, Verticillium wilt was equally severe in mycorrhizal and non-mycorrhizal plants. More propagules of V. dahliae were found in the plants fertigated with 20mg P / kg of soil, in petioles of mycorrhizal plants than that of non-mycorrhizal plants.
The plants fertigated with 300mg P / kg of soil reported maximum number of propagules of V. dahliae were not significantly different in mycorrhizal and non-mycorrhizal plants. It was found that infection of V. dahliae in Bt cotton by Glomus species was not affected in plants fertigated with 20mg P / kg of soil. The infection was inhibited by phosphorous and further by V. dahliae in plants fertigated with 300mg P / kg of soil. The concentrations of phosphorous in the leaves of the treated plants were found similar to the treated mycorrhizal and non-mycorrhizal plants fertigated with 20mg P / kg of soil. The plants infected with V. dahliae alone were found lower than the plants infected with both V. dahliae and Glomus species
A Survey Paper on Secure Privacy Preserving Structure for Content Based Information Retrieval on Large Scale
It is very essential to protect personal confidential data that we share or search through web. Previously there are number of privacy preserving mechanism has been developed. Here we develop a new privacy protection framework for huge- content-based information retrieval. We are offering protection in two layers. Initially, robust hash values are taken as queries to avoid revealing of unique features or content. Then, the client has to select to skip some of the bits in a hash value for increasing the confusion for the server. Since we are reducing information it is not so easy for servers to know about interest of the client. The server needs to give back the hash values of all promising candidates to the client. The client will find the best match by searching in the candidate list. Because we are only sharing hash values between server and client the privacy of client and server will be protected. We begin the idea of tunable privacy, where we can adjust level of privacy protection according to the policy. We can realized it by hash based. It can be realized through piecewise inverted indexing based on hash. We have to divide extracted feature vector into pieces and index each and every piece with a value. Every value is linked with an inverted index list. The framework has been comprehensively tested with very huge image database. We have estimated both privacy-preserving performance and retrieval performance for those content recognition application. Couple of robust hash algorithm is being used. One is based on discrete wavelet transform; the other is based on the random projections. Both of these algorithms demonstrate acceptable recital in association with state-of-the-art retrieval schemes. We believe the bulk voting attack for guesstimate the query recognition and sort. Experiment results confirm that this attack is a peril when there are near-duplicates, but the success rate is depends upon the number of distinct item and omitted bits, success rate decrees when omitted bits are increased
UV-SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION FOR ESTIMATION OF SAXAGLIPTIN IN API AND PHARMACEUTICAL DOSAGE FORM
Objective: A new sensitive, economical, simple, rapid UV spectrophotometric method has been developed for the estimation of Saxagliptin in API and pharmaceutical formulation.
Methods: Calibration curve method was used for the estimation of Saxagliptin in API and pharmaceutical formulation.
Results: The method was validated for linearity, range, accuracy, precision, robustness, LOD, LOQ. Linearity was found in the range of 10-60µg/ml. Accuracy was performed by using a recovery study. The amount of drug recovered was found to be in the range of 99.01-100.1%. All the parameters were validated as per the ICH guidelines.
Conclusion: This method is suitable forused routine analysis of present Saxagliptin in API and Pharmaceutical dosage form
