Turbulent Shearing Stress in a Forced Vortex Region
Get PDFTurbulence was formed in a rotating circular cylinder
by force， and velocity distributions of three directions
and Reynolds shearing stress were measured with hotwire
anemometer.
On the one hand， we solved numerically the equation of
an angular momentum. Comparing with the experimental
results， calculated resultscoincide with its Supposing
Reynolds shearing stress of tangential direction differs
from the expression used up to now，experimental shearing
Stress agrees much with the calculated results using
