    Get PDF
In this paper, the fault diagnosis method of Integrated Neural Network based on oil and Vibration information fusion is studied and applied to Aero-engine Fault Diagnosis. Then, taking an CFM56-3 Aero-engine as an example, the application of Integrated Neural Network Fault Diagnosis method in bearing fault diagnosis of Aero-engine is studied by using the idea of Vibration information and oil information Fusion Diagnosis, and the diagnosis method is validated with specific data. The diagnosis results show that compared with the traditional single information source Fault Diagnosis method, the integrated neural network Fault Diagnosis method is more efficient, can detect more fault modes, and has lower misdiagnosis rate

Compositional Law Parsing with Latent Random Functions

Human cognition has compositionality. We understand a scene by decomposing the scene into different concepts (e.g. shape and position of an object) and learning the respective laws of these concepts which may be either natural (e.g. laws of motion) or man-made (e.g. laws of a game). The automatic parsing of these laws indicates the model's ability to understand the scene, which makes law parsing play a central role in many visual tasks. In this paper, we propose a deep latent variable model for Compositional LAw Parsing (CLAP). CLAP achieves the human-like compositionality ability through an encoding-decoding architecture to represent concepts in the scene as latent variables, and further employ concept-specific random functions, instantiated with Neural Processes, in the latent space to capture the law on each concept. Our experimental results demonstrate that CLAP outperforms the compared baseline methods in multiple visual tasks including intuitive physics, abstract visual reasoning, and scene representation. In addition, CLAP can learn concept-specific laws in a scene without supervision and one can edit laws through modifying the corresponding latent random functions, validating its interpretability and manipulability

In this paper, an improved BP neural network algorithm is applied to the fault diagnosis of aircraft fuel system. The simulation results show that the algorithm has the characteristics of fast diagnosis speed and low misdiagnosis rate, and lays a foundation for the development of aircraft fuel fault diagnosis expert system based on neural network

A study on determining the maintenance task interval of the flight trainer aircraft system

    Get PDF
To formulate a plan of maintenance, the key aspect is to determine the maintenance intervals, as the maintenance types and maintenance intervals of each system are provided in the maintenance plan, and the types of each system are usually fixed. In this paper, the using data of aircraft components was employed to determine the maintenance interval. The least-squares method was adopted to estimate the Weibull distribution parameter. Then, the maintenance task interval model was set up. At last, the method was verified by using the reliability data of landing gear in in CESSNA172R

The biodiversity and stability of alpine meadow plant communities in relation to altitude gradient in three headwater resource regions

Kobresia pygmaea meadow community diversities in relation to altitude gradients (4200, 4300, 4400, 4450) on free grazing grassland was studied in the range of Chenduo county, Yushu prefecture, Qinghai province. Species richness and diversity index of vegetations in the four altitudes were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the shape of species richness responsive curves to altitude gradient is “Bell-shape”. There were the same 11 common species in the four communities. The relative abundance of K. pygmaea decreased along increasing altitude. Moreover, the fuzzy membership functions were used to calculate the degree of stability, showing medium altitude > high altitude > low altitude, which suggested that grass land vegetation in low altitude of the sampling site had lower diversity, and the grade of species vulnerability risks may be decided with the help of the degree of stability.Key words: Alpine meadow, Yangtze, Yellow and Yalu Tsangpo river source region, altitude gradient, species diversity, membership functions

Guanylate-binding protein 1 participates in cellular antiviral response to dengue virus

BACKGROUND: Dengue virus (DENV), the causative agent of human Dengue hemorrhagic fever, is a mosquito-borne virus found in tropical and sub-tropical regions around the world. Vaccines against DENV are currently unavailable. Guanylate-binding protein 1 (GBP1) is one of the Interferon (IFN) stimulated genes (ISGs) and has been shown important for host immune defense against various pathogens. However, the role of GBP1 during DENV infection remains unclarified. In this study, we evaluated the relevance of GBP1 to DENV infection in in vitro model. FINDINGS: Quantitative RT-PCR (qRT-PCR) and Western blot showed that the expression of mouse Gbp1 was dramatically upregulated in DENV-infected RAW264.7 cells. The intracellular DENV loads were significantly higher in Gbp1 silenced cells compared with controls. The expression levels of selective anti-viral cytokines were decreased in Gbp1 siRNA treated cells, while the transcription factor activity of NF-κB was impaired upon GBP1 silencing during infection. CONCLUSIONS: Our data suggested that GBP1 plays an antiviral role during DENV infection

Abstract: The effect of different mixed fertilizer on yield, quality and economic benefits in Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni had been studied in open field. The result showed that organic cultivation and the common had some remarkable difference in yield, quality, as well as the economic benefits. Leaf production of treatment that incorporating organic fertilizer with decomposed Stevia rebaudiana dregs lower than the one that incorporating organic fertilizer with inorganic fertilizer, yet higher than applying organic fertilizer only and inorganic fertilizer only; organic cultivation enable Stevia rebaudiana produced more Stevioside (STV) in leaf blade compared with common cultivation, especially in the content of Rebaudioside A (RA); and incorporating organic fertilizer with decomposed Stevia rebaudiana dregs led to a significantly higher economic benefit compared with others
