MicroRNAs (miRs) are the class of short nucleotide sequences (21β27 nucleotides) RNA, non-coding protein synthesis. miRs are known as effective posttranscriptional negative regulators of gene expression with specific binding sites of targeted messenger RNA (mRNA) in the cytoplasm, providing translational repression or degradation of the target miR transcript. In this review we studied the role of miRNAs in the development of a physiological pregnancy and obstetric complications. The placenta is a unique organ which provides modulation of the immune system of the maternal organism during pregnancy including miRs which determine immunological tolerance of the body to the tissues of the fetus. Thus the Β«placentalΒ» miRs in maternal circulation may be the potential biomarker revealed at various obstetric pathology on the early stages before clinical manifestation of the diseases.ΠΠΈΠΊΡΠΎΠ ΠΠ (ΠΌΠΊΠΠ) β ΠΊΠ»Π°ΡΡ ΠΊΠΎΡΠΎΡΠΊΠΈΡ

Biodynamic parameters of micellar diminazene in sheep erythrocytes and blood plasma
In this work, we used a preparation of diminazene, which belongs to the group of aromatic diamidines. This compound acts on the causative agents of blood protozoan diseases produced by both flagellated protozoa (Trypanosoma) and members of the class Piroplasmida (Babesia, Theileria, and Cytauxzoon) in various domestic and wild animals, and it is widely used in veterinary medicine. We examined the behavior of water-disperse diminazene (immobilized in Tween 80 micelles) at the cellular and organismal levels. We assessed the interaction of an aqueous and a water-disperse preparation with cells of the reticuloendothelial system. We compared the kinetic parameters of aqueous and water-disperse diminazene in sheep erythrocytes and plasma. The therapeutic properties of these two preparations were also compared. We found that the surface-active substances improved intracellular penetration of the active substance through interaction with the cell membrane. In sheep blood erythrocytes, micellar diminazene accumulated more than its aqueous analog. This form was also more effective therapeutically than the aqueous analog. Our findings demonstrate that use of micellar diminazene allows the injection dose to be reduced by 30%
Improving the efficacy of potato clonal micropropagation by inoculation with the rhizosphere bacteria Azospirillum baldaniorum Sp245 and Ochrobactrum cytisi IPA7.2
Sustainable development of agriculture depends on the provision of quality seeds to the market. Inoculation with plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria in in vitro culture can be used to improve the growth efficacy and performance of microplants. We examined the effect of in vitro inoculation of microplants of the cultivars Nevsky and Kondor with the strains Azospirillum baldaniorum Sp245 and Ochrobactrum cytisi IPA7.2 separately and in combination. We examined the morphological variables of plant growth in in vitro culture and under ex vitro adaptation conditions; we also investigated the growth and performance of the plants in the greenhouse. The dependence of the inoculation eff icacy on potato genotype, growth stage, and inoculum composition was ascertained throughout the experiment. In vitro, A. baldaniorum Sp245 alone and in combination with O. cytisi IPA7.2 promoted the formation of roots on the microplants of both cultivars and the growth of Nevsky shoots. During plant growth ex vitro, all growth variables of the Nevsky microplants were promoted by O. cytisi IPA7.2 alone and in combination with A. baldaniorum Sp245. In both cultivars grown in the greenhouse, shoot growth was promoted in most inoculation treatments. The survival ability of the Nevsky microplants in the greenhouse increased 1.7-fold under the effect of simultaneous inoculation. Inoculation of microplants with a combination of A. baldaniorum Sp245 and O. cytisi IPA7.2 increased the number of Nevsky minitubers 1.5-fold and the number of Kondor minitubers 3.5-fold. Inoculation with the tested strains can be used to promote the growth of microplants and increase the yield of minitubers in potato seed breeding for the production of healthy planting material

We present the management features for the refractory epileptic status in a patient after surgical treatment of unruptured cerebral aneurysm and no epileptic prehistory. The role of continuous electroencephalographic monitoring in adjusting the rate of drugs administration for general anesthesia in the treatment of this condition is also described.ΠΡΠΈΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½Π° Π΄Π΅ΠΌΠΎΠ½ΡΡΡΠ°ΡΠΈΡ ΠΈ ΠΎΠ±ΡΡΠΆΠ΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΠΎΡΠΎΠ±Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΡΡΠ΅ΠΉ Π²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΈΠ΅Π½ΡΠΊΠΈ Ρ ΡΠ΅ΡΡΠ°ΠΊΡΠ΅ΡΠ½ΡΠΌ ΡΠΏΠΈΠ»Π΅ΠΏΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΠΌ ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΡΠΎΠΌ ΠΏΠΎΡΠ»Π΅ Ρ

We report the experience of sanitary aviation evacuation of a patient with severe respiratory failure on the background of community-acquired pneumonia using mask non-invasive ventilation. The use of this method of ventilation of the lungs made it possible to avoid undesirable consequences arising from the transfer of the patient to artificial ventilation of the lungs and to transport him safely to a specialized medical institution in order to continue treatment. The described method of preparing a patient with respiratory failure before aviation transportation has shown its effectiveness during the flight and may be recommended for use by airmobile crews when carrying out long-distance evacuationΠΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ ΠΎΠΏΡΡ ΡΠ°Π½ΠΈΡΠ°ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ Π°Π²ΠΈΠ°ΡΠΈΠΎΠ½Π½ΠΎΠΉ ΡΠ²Π°ΠΊΡΠ°ΡΠΈΠΈ Π½Π° Π΄Π°Π»ΡΠ½Π΅Π΅ ΡΠ°ΡΡΡΠΎΡΠ½ΠΈΠ΅ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΈΠ΅Π½ΡΠ° Ρ ΡΡΠΆΠ΅Π»ΠΎΠΉ Π΄ΡΡ

MOLECULAR TAXONOMY AND THE EVOLUTION THEORY IN LIGHT OF EMERGING BIOINFORMATIC AND COSMOLOGICAL DATA
A brief review is given of recent advances in the taxonomic study of organisms and current views on biological evolution and the origin of life. A discussion is presented on how the treelike and net components contribute to the topology of phylogenetic constructs, with account taken of the prevailing role of horizontal gene transfer in prokaryote evolution and life. Approaches are described to the rational selection and practical use of phylogenetic markers (including 16S rRNA gene DNA sequences) in biomedical (including metagenomic) applications with traditional and nontraditional (large) amounts of molecular genetic data. Emerging results from taxonomic studies of the Earthβs biota and the methods of their generation are demonstrated. It is noted that the current developments in particle physics and in cosmology have important implications for solving paradoxes associated with the vanishingly small probability of some fundamental processes of prebiological and biological evolution
