    Energy problem is one of the three global problems in new century. Being national base industry, the development of our electric power energy has played the great role in China economy developing. Now China electric power energy ‘s structure composition presents as following “the coal resources being main force, followed by pluralistic developments in which the clean energy becoming more and more important. since greatly developing the new electric energy must be the inevitable solution along our electric power sustainable development path. Utilizing the different developing mechanisms such as sustainable development, recycling economics, clean energy , the article starts from researching for the current situation of China electric energy requirements, and analyzes the structure composition of our electric power energy .at last it presents the point that greatly developing the new electric energy will play key roles and have the strategy meaning during the course of China energy sustainable development.     Maximally localized states and quantum corrections of black hole thermodynamics in the framework of a new generalized uncertainty principle

    As a generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) leads to the effects of the minimal length of the order of the Planck scale and UV/IR mixing, some significant physical concepts and quantities are modified or corrected correspondingly. On the one hand, we derive the maximally localized states --- the physical states displaying the minimal length uncertainty associated with a new GUP proposed in our previous work. On the other hand, in the framework of this new GUP we calculate quantum corrections to the thermodynamic quantities of the Schwardzschild black hole, such as the Hawking temperature, the entropy, and the heat capacity, and give a remnant mass of the black hole at the end of the evaporation process. Moreover, we compare our results with that obtained in the frameworks of several other GUPs. In particular, we observe a significant difference between the situations with and without the consideration of the UV/IR mixing effect in the quantum corrections to the evaporation rate and the decay time.     Our government has prospectively realized the strategic sense for developing the renewable energy source, and released some necessary laws and regulations promulgated one after another, As the future energy development direction, the renewable energy source still have some insufficiencies in the initial development period, they are eager for quick success and instant benefits, so some forceful measures should be taken to urge the its development orderly and rationalized. This article conducts the preliminary research for the new energy development problem, and further proposed the corresponding countermeasures, thus to provide certain references for our national developmental strategy further study.     Adiabatic Fidelity for Atom-Molecule Conversion in a Nonlinear Three-Level \Lambda-system

    We investigate the dynamics of the population transfer for atom-molecule three-level Λ\Lambda-system on stimulated Raman adiabatic passage(STIRAP). We find that the adiabatic fidelity for the coherent population trapping(CPT) state or dark state, as the function of the adiabatic parameter, approaches to unit in a power law. The power exponent however is much less than the prediction of linear adiabatic theorem. We further discuss how to achieve higher adiabatic fidelity for the dark state through optimizing the external parameters of STIRAP. Our discussions are helpful to gain higher atom-molecule conversion yield in practical experiments.Comment: 4 pages, 5 figure

    Modeling Paying Behavior in Game Social Networks

    Online gaming is one of the largest industries on the Internet, generating tens of billions of dollars in revenues annually. One core problem in online game is to find and convert free users into paying customers, which is of great importance for the sustainable development of almost all online games. Although much research has been conducted, there are still several challenges that remain largely unsolved: What are the fundamental factors that trigger the users to pay? How does users? paying behavior influence each other in the game social network? How to design a prediction model to recognize those potential users who are likely to pay? In this paper, employing two large online games as the basis, we study how a user becomes a new paying user in the games. In particular, we examine how users' paying behavior influences each other in the game social network. We study this problem from various sociological perspectives including strong/weak ties, social structural diversity and social influence. Based on the discovered patterns, we propose a learning framework to predict potential new payers. The framework can learn a model using features associated with users and then use the social relationships between users to refine the learned model. We test the proposed framework using nearly 50 billion user activities from two real games. Our experiments show that the proposed framework significantly improves the prediction accuracy by up to 3-11% compared to several alternative methods. The study also unveils several intriguing social phenomena from the data. For example, influence indeed exists among users for the paying behavior. The likelihood of a user becoming a new paying user is 5 times higher than chance when he has 5 paying neighbors of strong tie. We have deployed the proposed algorithm into the game, and the Lift_Ratio has been improved up to 196% compared to the prior strategy

    Mutation of RPS6KA3 can induce Coffin–Lowry syndrome, an X-linked syndrome. The case here reported manifests its signature characteristic of short stature, facial dysmorphism, development retardation, hearing defect. The mutation of RPS6KA3 we detected by NGS analysis is c.2185 C > T. The short stature is a noteworthy problem we discuss here to improve the patient's growth and development. The efficacy and safety of application of growth hormone analogs on patients with CLS are not confirmed and need to be carefully considered
