As an independent module of the countries’ economic development, the renewable resource industry is a part of circular economic development. It is the key element for national economic development and environmental protection. Anyone who wants to regulate the whole renewable resources industry development orderly cannot be separated from the strong supervision and management measures. However, the planning of the management measures is based on a series of standardized system design. This thesis focuses on the market access system of renewable resources management as a starting point, first of all, understand and learn the world most advanced countries’ (Japan, Germany, Singapore) renewable resources market access system design, then according to the objective conditions of China, we draw a lesson from the experience of developed countries and construct a new series of market access system for China’ renewable resource industry, which include renewable resources list announcement system, enterprise technical standard system, extended producer responsibility system and so on, all of these are designed to provide reference management standards for the regeneration resources industry development in China

Since the reform in transitional economies, the status of labor market in China has changed a lot, and unemployment problem is becoming increasingly acute in cities and towns. By calculating the labor force participation rate and analyzing the migration of rural labor into cities and towns, this paper studies the unemployment problem in cities and towns from the aspect of labor supply. From the aspect of labor demand, regression analysis is made to reveal the affecting relations between employment and economic growth. Based on the above analysis, this paper reveals reasons for china’s employment problem in cities and towns and gives some policy advices, such as deepening reform in the state-owned enterprises and the adjustment of economy structure to keep a certain economic increasing rate, enforcing the macro-control of the employment, developing enterprises with medium or small sizes and the tertiary industry, and setting up service system in labor market to promote employment

Best point detour query in road networks

    Get PDF
A point detour is a temporary deviation from a user preferred path P (not necessarily a shortest network path) for visiting a data point such as a supermarket or McDonald's. The goodness of a point detour can be measured by the additional traveling introduced, called point detour cost or simply detour cost. Given a preferred path to be traveling on, Best Point Detour (BPD) query aims to identify the point detour with the minimum detour cost. This problem can be frequently found in our daily life but is less studied. In this work, the efficient processing of BPD query is investigated with support of devised optimization techniques. Furthermore, we investigate continuous-BPD query with target at the scenario where the path to be traveling on continuously changes when a user is moving to the destination along the preferred path. The challenge of continuous-BPD query lies in finding a set of update locations which split P into partitions. In the same partition, the user has the same BPD. We process continuous-BPD query by running BPD queries in a deliberately planned strategy. The efficiency study reveals that the number of BPD queries executed is optimal. The efficiency of BPD query and continuous-BPD query processing has been verified by extensive experiments

Study on the Effect of Minimum Wage Increases in China

This paper studies minimum wage increases in China since the implement of minimum wage guarantee system. This paper compares minimum wage with average wage, per capita annual consumption expenditure of urban households, and points out the defections in minimum wage increases. Then, based on the study above, this paper analyzes the effect of minimum wage increases from three aspects, including the cost of labor, labor productivity and industrial structure
