Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membangun kepedulian masyarakat di Kota Bekasi agar dapat ‘berkawan' dengan lingkungan sekitarnya untuk mendapatkan manfaat secara langsung. Metode kegiatan menggunakan (1) metode ceramah yakni untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang hidroponik dan bank sampah disertai dengan sesi tanya jawab dan (2) metode pembelajaran digunakan untuk alih pengetahuan atau ketrampilan dan system nilai yang dimiliki oleh nara sumber kepada anggota masyarakat. Masalah yang dihadapi di lapangan adalah masalah gerakan menanam dengan metode Hidroponik, pengelolaan bank sampah, dan pemanfaatan sampah plastic menjadi produk recycle. Analysis of Youth Entrepreneurship Development in Facing Era 5.0 Using SAST Method

Youth entrepreneurship development with various challenges and potentials in entering the 5.0 revolution era. For this reason, in order to increase competitiveness, it becomes an impetus for Youth to improve their skills, knowledge, and analytical and leadership skills in the work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of youth involvement and role in the Youth Entrepreneurship Program, to determine the driving and inhibiting factors faced by youth in providing their roles and participation in entrepreneurship programs, and to provide an overview of the level of adaptability among youth in the process of implementing youth entrepreneurship programs in terms of of mastery and utilization of technology. The method used is the SAST method. Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Fasilitas Pelayanan Publik pada Pengguna Trans Jakarta

The Effect of Audit Tenure, Audit Rotation and Head Reputation on Audit Quality

This study aims to examine the effect of audit tenure, audit rotation and KAP's reputation on audit quality. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely the data of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 - 2018. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of audit tenure, audit rotation and reputation of the public accountant firm. partial and simultaneous audit quality. Discretionary accruals are used as a proxy for audit quality. The results showed that simultaneous variables of audit tenure, audit rotation and KAP reputation did not significantly influence audit quality. While partially audit tenure and audit rotation have no effect on audit quality, and KAP reputation has a significant effect on audit quality
