    Studi Pengaruh Kandungan Air Tanah Terhadap Tahanan Jenis Tanah Lempung (Clay)

    Nilai tahanan jenis tanah sangat bergantung pada jenis tanah tersebut. Dalam menentukan sistem pentanahan kita perlu mengetahui nilai tahanan jenis tanah. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran tahanan jenis tanah pada tanah lempung (clay). Pengukuran dilakukan dengan metode tiga titik berdasarkan musim yaitu musim hujan dan musim kemarau dengan variabel kandungan air tanah, suhu dan pH tanah lempung. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu earth tester dengan bantuan elektroda uji (E) elektroda bantu arus (C) dan elektroda bantu tegangan (P) dengan jarak terjauh antara elektroda uji dan elektroda bantu tegangan adalah 40 meter dan memindahkan elektroda bantu tegangan (P) setiap lima meter. Hasil pengukuran menunjukan pada musim kemarau nilai tanahan jenis tanah sebesar 1472,58 Ω.m, kandungan air 8,85%, pH 5-6,7, dan suhu tanah sebesar 310C. Tahanan jenis tanah pada musim hujan 530,13 Ω.m, kandungan air 22.26%, nilai pH 6,7-6,8, dan suhu sebesar 27,50C. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari data-data diatas adalah semakin rendah nilai kandungan air maka nilai tahanan jenis tanah akan semakin tinggi, semakin meningkatnya suhu tanah nilai tahanan tanah juga akan semakin meningkat, nilai pH tanah lempung tidak berpengaruh besar pada nilai tahanan jenis tanah tersebut

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari kinerja dari sistem pengaman yang digunakan pada jaringanlistrik tegangan rendah yang menyalurkan energi dengan menggunakan alat pengaman fuse cout out.Masalah yangsering muncul di lapangan adalah seringnya terjadi gangguan pada sistem penyaluran energi listrik sehinggamengakibatkan pemadaman. Dengan menggunakan sistem pengaman yang handal diharapkan dapat menekanangka saidi dan saifi, sebagai tolok ukur keandalan sistem penyaluran energi listrik. Metode yang digunakanadalah survey lapangan dan simulasi di laboratorium sistem proteksi tenaga listrik. Untuk mengetahui kinerja darifuse cut out sebagai pengaman jaringan, dilakukan suatu studi kasus dengan membandingkan antara rating arusfuse link dan arus gangguan hubung singkat di Jaringan tegangan tendah. Daerah yang dijadikan sampel penelitianadalah di penyulang 7 Tambaklorok pada rayon Semarang timur. Data diambil dari kasus yang terjadi di jalurTambak Lorok 7 Rayon Semarang Timur. Kasus yang terjadi adalah hubung singkat fasa-fasa pada Jaringantegangan rendah. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah besarnya arus gangguan sebesar 4851,3 A. rating arus fuse linkterpasang adalah 10 A. Kesimpulannya bahwa besarnya arus ganguan tadi sudah melampaui batas ketahanan trafoyang ada, sehingga trafo menjadi rusak. Saran tembusnya gangguan hubung singkat dapat diatasi oleh fuse cut outsebagai pengaman jaringan sehingga saat kejadian arus hubung singkat tersebut fuse cut out lepas dengan cepat,sehingga arus gangguan tidak tembus ke jaringan utama

    Motivasi karyawan sangatlah penting karena motivasi adalah motor penggerak bagi setiap individu yang mendasari karyawan untuk bertindak melakukan sesuatu, karena itu Perusahaan harus menjaga kepuasan kerja karyawan, supaya karyawan memberikan hasil yang optimal untuk Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis hubungan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan di Restoran Bakerzin Surabaya. Penelitian ini melibatkan 47 karyawan di Restoran Bakerzin Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 13,5%.Employee motivation is important because motivation is the driving force for each individual underlying employee to act to do something, because of that the company must maintain employee satisfaction, so that employees gave the optimal results for companies. This study aims to determine the analysis of the work motivation on job satisfaction of employees working in Restaurant Bakerzin Surabaya. The study involved 47 employees at Restaurant Bakerzin Surabaya. The data processing method is done with quantitative explanative with analitical descriptive statistic and simple linear regression. The result showed that work motivation have positive correlation and significant impact towards on job satisfaction amount to 13,5%

          Currently the communication media very grown rapidly. The world was know new communication model, known as the internet. Internet is a global network that enables the establishment of communication and interaction across the globe. One very well-known form is a web-site. As the media dissemination of information through visual communication, web site is a potential and an outstanding job for visual communication designer. But sometimes a web site that has terpublis less display design principles that are executed in harmony. Rules of designing web sites less attention. Design a website in principle the same as visual communication design. Critical elements in the design of visual communication as typografi, illustration and photography are key design planning web-site display. In its design, the web is implemented using Bootstrap framework. Bootstrap itself is used as a means to create websites that can be integrated automatically when accessed on any device including PC, tablets and smartphones. In addition, the draft will be enhanced or supported by PHP, CSS, HTML, and SQL Server and design visual design with application of vector processing program and image processing program applications.     Population Structure of Alstonia Scholaris (L) R.Br in the Region of Bajuin Waterfall Tanah Laut

    Alstonia scholaris (L) R.Br is one useful plant species in region South Borneo especially in the bajuin waterfall areas. According to local people, Alstonia scholaris (L) R.Br diminishing numbers. Determining the status or situation in a habitat can be done by studying the population structure. It is very important to be done in an effort to perform against the preservation of the population. The purpose of this research is to review the population structure of Alstonia scholaris (L) R.Br in the region of bajuin waterfall Tanah Laut. The method used in this research is survey 10 m x 10 m quadrant for the seeedling, sapling, pole and tree, systematically on two regions above and below waterfall each 500 m x 250 m quadrant. The results showed that the population structure of Alstonia scholaris (L) R.Br in one region there is a number of trees 56 individual/ha, the pole 28 individuals/ha, sapling 16 individuals/ha and seedling 8 individuals/ha, whereas the second region there are number tree 80 individuals/ha, the pole 52 individuals/ha, sapling 76 individuals/ha and seedling 48 individuasl/ha . In both regions show a number lot of the adult age group which means the plants in a state of decline or threated and obtained a description of the shape of a pyramid population structure shape urn that is disturbed
