Hβ» injector for Moscow meson factory linac
Status report is presented for an Hβ» injector being now under construction. The injector parameters are as follows: energy β 400 keV; average beam current β 400 Β΅A; beam pulse duration β up to 200 Β΅s; pulse repetition rate β 50 Hz. A pulsed high-voltage generator and a surface-plasma ion source power supply have been developed and

The article discusses the issues of hemostatic system disorders in patients with COVID-19. Strengthening the coagulopathy characteristic of DIC-syndrome, is a key sign of deterioration and an unfavorable prognosis in COVID-19 patients. Data obtained by Chinese colleagues demonstrates that a significantly increased level of D-dimer is one of the predictors of death. The article also highlights the preliminary recommendations of the International society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis (ISTH, 2020) to identify markers such as D-dimer, prothrombin time and platelet count as significant predictive markers in severe COVID-19 patients. The necessity of anticoagulant therapy in hospitalized patients is justified. The article discusses the features of sepsis in pregnant women. Data from a meta-analysis of 19 studies evaluating pregnancy complications and outcomes in patients with various coronavirus infections are presented. Despite the complicated course of pregnancy, there were no cases of vertical transmission of viral infection. In the pathogenesis of severe COVID-19 complications with the formation of severe acute respiratory distress syndrome, multi-organ dysfunction, super inflammation and cytokine storm play a leading role. In connection with viral sepsis, the article discusses the role of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis as a hyperinflammatory syndrome characterized by fulminant and fatal hypercytokinemia with multiple organ failure, the role of hyperferritinemia in predicting the outcomes of severe sepsis. Adequate intake of micronutrients by a pregnant woman, or a woman planning a pregnancy, is essential for the normal course of pregnancy and fetal development. According to the State Research Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, the examination of women in Russia revealed that 70β80% of them suffer from polyhypovitaminosis, regardless of age, season, place of residence and professional occupation. Many authors in modern Russian international studies provide data on the adverse effects of micronutrient deficiency in pregnant women. In this publication, the consequences of vitamin and mineral deficiency during pregnancy and the ways of their replenishment are analyzed in detail. Data on the effectiveness of vitamin mineral complexes (VMC) in reducing the risk of complications of pregnancy, malformations of the fetus and adverse long-term consequences for the health of the child are presented. Additional intake of VMC is also essential during the lactation period, providing full breastfeeding and normal development of the baby in the first year of life. Among the VMCs, presented on the Russian market, the βElevitβ complexes are worth mentioning, because they contain the optimal amount of vitamins to meet the physiological needs of Russian women.

Alumina nanofibrous structural self-organization in hollow nanotubes caused by hydrogen treatment
The dependence of high-temperature hydrogen activation on the structure of nanofibrous alumina (filament diameter of 5 nm) was shown. Due to self-organization, nanofibers are twisted in spirals and then in a second stage the spirals interlock and form alumina tubes, which then transform into bundles. In the process of hydrogen activation, the specific surface area changes and amorphous alumina nanowires develop into a nanocrystalline phase. TEM investigations showed that high-temperature hydrogen activation led to the self-organization of the alumina nanofibrous structure into hollow nanotubes with a diameter close to 30 nm. Conversion propane in the presence of (La, Sm, Eu) vanadite and (La, Sm, Eu) vanadate
The aim of this work was to investigate features of propane conversion in the presence of samarium, lanthanum, europium vanadate and samarium, lanthanum, europium vanadite. The conversion of propane was studied in the presence of samarium, lanthanum, europium vanadate and samarium, lanthanum, europium vanadite synthesized by solid-phase method. MeVO4 (Me=La, Sm, Eu) crystallized in the zircon structural type, while MeVO3 (Me=La, Sm, Eu) had a perovskite-like structure It was shown that MeVO3 (Me=La, Sm, Eu) catalyzes mainly the process of propane cracking to form methane and ethylene, and MeVO4 (Me=La, Sm, Eu) equally accelerates both cracking and the dehydrogenation of propane.
