Trimetaphosphate and imidazole—Possible reagents in prebiotic peptide synthesis
© 2016 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.To develop the prebiotic peptide synthesis problem the oligopeptides formation kinetics in the glycine – sodium trimetaphosphate – imidazole system in water has been investigated in flow and batch conditions at different temperatures and pH values. The presence of sodium trimetaphosphate and alkaline conditions are necessary for oligoglycines formation. Imidazole increases yields of oligopeptides. The system investigated may be used as a good model for peptide synthesis in prebiotic conditions
Symmetry Influence on the Rotation of Molecules in Crystals
© 2017 American Chemical Society. It was shown that rotational mobility of molecules in crystals is affected by the symmetry of their surroundings. A hypothesis was proposed for the discovered correlation. Three cases are possible for the location of the molecules with respect to the crystallographic symmetry elements: I - the location in a general position; II - the location in special positions without symmetry disordering; III - the location in special positions with symmetry disordering. According to the experimental data, the rotation barrier heights at the location of the molecules in cases I and III are lower than in case II. This fact is explained by the amplitude and p hase shifts of the rotational energy profiles of two parts of the molecule in case I and by increasing the number of minima on the rotation barrier profile at disordering the molecules by symmetry in case III. The way is proposed for lowering the rotational barrier of molecules in crystals
Superposition in nonlinear wave and evolution equations
Real and bounded elliptic solutions suitable for applying the Khare-Sukhatme
superposition procedure are presented and used to generate superposition
solutions of the generalized modified Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation (gmKPE)
and the nonlinear cubic-quintic Schroedinger equation (NLCQSE).Comment: submitted to International Journal of Theoretical Physics, 23 pages,

THE ROLE OF INCLUSIVE GAMES IN FORMING AN INCLUSIVE CULTURE
Currently, the number of people with various nosologies is growing. In this regard, new forms of interactions between people are constantly emerging that allow them to better adapt in society. The article discusses methodological recommendations for holding Inclusive Games and the importance of inclusion in society and the educational environment. An example of holding inclusive games in a children's educational institution is given. As the study showed, holding inclusive events contributes to the socialization of a person with disabilities and the manifestation of extrability among the participants of the event
A quantitative theory-versus-experiment comparison for the intense laser dissociation of H2+
A detailed theory-versus-experiment comparison is worked out for H
intense laser dissociation, based on angularly resolved photodissociation
spectra recently recorded in H.Figger's group. As opposite to other
experimental setups, it is an electric discharge (and not an optical
excitation) that prepares the molecular ion, with the advantage for the
theoretical approach, to neglect without lost of accuracy, the otherwise
important ionization-dissociation competition. Abel transformation relates the
dissociation probability starting from a single ro-vibrational state, to the
probability of observing a hydrogen atom at a given pixel of the detector
plate. Some statistics on initial ro-vibrational distributions, together with a
spatial averaging over laser focus area, lead to photofragments kinetic
spectra, with well separated peaks attributed to single vibrational levels. An
excellent theory-versus-experiment agreement is reached not only for the
kinetic spectra, but also for the angular distributions of fragments
originating from two different vibrational levels resulting into more or less
alignment. Some characteristic features can be interpreted in terms of basic
mechanisms such as bond softening or vibrational trapping.Comment: submitted to PRA on 21.05.200
Adiabatic description of nonspherical quantum dot models
Within the effective mass approximation an adiabatic description of
spheroidal and dumbbell quantum dot models in the regime of strong dimensional
quantization is presented using the expansion of the wave function in
appropriate sets of single-parameter basis functions. The comparison is given
and the peculiarities are considered for spectral and optical characteristics
of the models with axially symmetric confining potentials depending on their
geometric size making use of the total sets of exact and adiabatic quantum
numbers in appropriate analytic approximations

Revealing the Two-Electron Cusp in the Ground States of He and H2 via Quasifree Double Photoionization
We report on kinematically complete measurements and ab initio
non-perturbative calculations of double ionization of He and H2 by a single 800
eV circularly polarized photon. We confirm the quasifree mechanism of
photoionization for H2 and show how it originates from the two-electron cusp in
the ground state of a two-electron target. Our approach establishes a new
method for mapping electrons relative to each other and provides valuable
insight into photoionization beyond the electric-dipole approximation.Comment: 7 pages, 4 figure
Review of laser speckle contrast techniques for visualizing tissue perfusion
When a diffuse object is illuminated with coherent laser light, the backscattered light will form an interference pattern on the detector. This pattern of bright and dark areas is called a speckle pattern. When there is movement in the object, the speckle pattern will change over time. Laser speckle contrast techniques use this change in speckle pattern to visualize tissue perfusion. We present and review the contribution of laser speckle contrast techniques to the field of perfusion visualization and discuss the development of the techniques
