Results of the Baikal experiment on observations of macroscopic nonlocal correlations in reverse time

Although the general theory macroscopic quantum entanglement of is still in its infancy, consideration of the matter in the framework of action-at-a distance electrodynamics predicts for the random dissipative processes observability of the advanced nonlocal correlations. These correlations were really revealed in our previous experiments with some large-scale heliogeophysical processes as the source ones and the lab detectors as the probe ones. Recently a new experiment has been performing on the base of Baikal Deep Water Neutrino Observatory. The thick water layer is an excellent shield against any local impacts on the detectors. The first annual series 2012/2013 has demonstrated that detector signals respond to the heliogeophysical processes and causal connection of the signals directed downwards: from the Earth surface to the Baikal floor. But this nonlocal connection proved to be in reverse time. In addition advanced nonlocal correlation of the detector signal with the regional source-process: the random component of hydrological activity in the upper layer was revealed and the possibility of its forecast on nonlocal correlations was demonstrated. But the strongest macroscopic nonlocal correlations are observed at extremely low frequencies, that is at periods of several months. Therefore the above results should be verified in a longer experiment. We verify them by data of the second annual series 2013/2014 of the Baikal experiment. All the results have been confirmed, although some quantitative parameters of correlations and time reversal causal links turned out different due to nonstationarity of the source-processes. A new result is displaying of the advanced response of nonlocal correlation detector to the earthquake. This opens up the prospect of the earthquake forecast on the new physical principle, although further confirmation in the next events is certainly needed.Comment: 9 pages, 9 figure

Uniform approximation of Poisson integrals of functions from the class H_omega by de la Vallee Poussin sums

We obtain asymptotic equalities for least upper bounds of deviations in the uniform metric of de la Vall\'{e}e Poussin sums on the sets C^{q}_{\beta}H_\omega of Poisson integrals of functions from the class H_\omega generated by convex upwards moduli of continuity \omega(t) which satisfy the condition \omega(t)/t\to\infty as t\to 0. As an implication, a solution of the Kolmogorov-Nikol'skii problem for de la Vall\'{e}e Poussin sums on the sets of Poisson integrals of functions belonging to Lipschitz classes H^\alpha, 0<\alpha <1, is obtaine

First measurements of spin correlations in the np -> d pi^0 reaction

The transverse spin correlations Axx and Ayy in the np-> d pi^0 reaction have been measured for the first time in quasi-free kinematics at the COSY-ANKE facility using a polarised deuteron beam incident on a polarised hydrogen cell target. The results obtained for neutron energies close to 353 MeV and 600 MeV are in good agreement with the partial wave analysis of data on the isospin-related pp-> d pi^+ reaction, though the present results cover also the small-angle region, which was largely absent from these data

Measurement of the analyzing powers in pd elastic and pn quasi-elastic scattering at small angles

The analyzing powers in proton-deuteron elastic and proton-neutron quasi-elastic scattering have been measured at small angles using a polarized proton beam at the COSY storage ring incident on an unpolarized deuterium target. The data were taken at 796MeV and five higher energies from 1600MeV to 2400MeV. The analyzing power in pd elastic scattering was studied by detecting the low energy recoil deuteron in telescopes placed symmetrically in the COSY plane to the left and right of the beam whereas for pn quasi-elastic scattering a low energy proton was registered in one of the telescopes in coincidence with a fast scattered proton measured in the ANKE magnetic spectrometer. Though the experiment explores new domains, the results are consistent with the limited published information.Comment: 10 pages with 8 figure

Coherent pion production in proton-deuteron collisions

Values of the proton analysing power in the pd3Heπ0/3Hπ+pd\to{}^{3}\textrm{He}\,\pi^0/^{3}\textrm{H}\,\pi^+ reactions at 350-360~MeV per nucleon were obtained by using a polarised proton beam incident on a deuterium cluster-jet target and with a polarised deuteron beam incident on a target cell filled with polarised hydrogen. These results have a much larger angular coverage than existing data. First measurements are also presented of the deuteron vector analysing power and the deuteron-proton spin correlations. Data were also obtained on the deuteron-proton spin correlation and proton analysing power at small angles at 600~MeV per nucleon, though the angular coverage at this energy was much more restricted even when using a deuteron beam. By combining the extrapolated values of the spin correlations to the forward or backward directions with published measurements of the deuteron tensor analysing powers, the relative phases between the two non-vanishing amplitudes were evaluated.Comment: 5 pages, 5 figure

Analysing powers and spin correlations in deuteron-proton charge exchange at 726 MeV

The charge exchange of vector polarised deuterons on a polarised hydrogen target has been studied in a high statistics experiment at the COSY-ANKE facility at a deuteron beam energy of Td = 726 MeV. By selecting two fast protons at low relative energy E_{pp}, the measured analysing powers and spin correlations are sensitive to interference terms between specific neutron-proton charge-exchange amplitudes at a neutron kinetic energy of Tn ~ 1/2 Td =363 MeV. An impulse approximation calculation, which takes into account corrections due to the angular distribution in the diproton, describes reasonably the dependence of the data on both E_{pp} and the momentum transfer. This lends broad support to the current neutron-proton partial-wave solution that was used in the estimation

In the article using the binomial distribution analysis of the intensity of рориlation antitoxic (AT) and antibacterial (AB) of immunity to diphtheria in terms of specific diphtheria antibodies in the sera of healthy adults aged 20 to 51 years and. older, living in Russia and. Italy. The latter, in contrast to Russia, during the epidemic was only a few cases of diphtheria. For the population of people from Italy the optimal parameters of tension antibody immunity (bimodal distribution of the concentrations of AT antibodies) are determined, whereas for the adult population of Russia experienced an abnormally high, overvoltages antibody immunity (lack of bimodal distribution). The level of concentration of antibody isotypes AB M, G, A in both countries match the total synthesis of immunoglobulin isotypes in the ontogeny of these: thus, in the sera of adults aged 20 to 40 years AB antibody IgG prevail. Low concentrations of antitoxin in the blood of most adults living in Italy, recharged high AB IgG in these same serum, and. optimal concentrations of AB IgM and. IgA. This indicates the possibility lifting the mass revaccination of adults, and. creating an individual approach to their boosters. Optimal bimodal distribution of AB antibodies in the population of healthy adults, both in Russia and. in Italy, is an additional protection to the diphtheria antitoxic resistance
