Persepsi Antara Tenaga Kerja Pendatang Laki-laki Dan Perempuan Terhadap Push and Pull Factors

This research is aimed to know the difference of perception between National Migrant Workers of Men And Women Against Push And Pull Factors. The variable of push factors used in this research is that of job field, low wage, seeking capital and necessity of life. And pull factors are job opportunities, high wages, distance and culture. Then the data is processed using SPSS 20 software with parametric metode that is independent sample t test. The result of the research revealed that there is no difference of perception between men and women on the job field (push factor), there is no difference of perception between men and women to low wages (push factor), there is no difference of perception between men and women against looking for capital (push factor), there are differences of perceptions between men and women on the necessity of life (push factor), there are differences of perceptions between man and woman to job opportunity (pull factor), there are differences of perceptions between men (pull factor), there are differences in perceptions between men and women on the distance factor (pull factor) and there are differences in perceptions between men and women to the pull facto

A Pre Experimental Study in Teaching Inference From Spoof Text by Using Errq Reading Strategy

This research was designed to answer the research questions about the significance and the size effect of the use of ERRQ reading strategy to teach inference making from spoof text. The sample was grade- XI IPA in SMA SANTUN UNTAN that consisted of thirty students. The data were collected by a multiple choice test and analyzed by t-test and size effect formula. Inovasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Berbantuan Media Transvisi untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains

This study aims to design problem based learning with transvisi media. The learning was applied to improve science process skills at electrolyte-nonelectrolyte material and concepts redox. Quasi experiment design with pretest-posttest control group was used. The differences between pre and post test of Science Process Skill was assumed as effect of treatment. Research subjects were two classgroup of X class in SMA N 1 Randublatung. One class was as control group and the other was as experiment group. They were determined through cluster random sampling. Science process skill was measured by multiple choice test-with reason. Data were analyzed by t-test. Results showed that the implementation of problem based learning at electrolyte-nonelectrolyte and redox can improve students\u27 science process skills, as well as students gave positive responce to learning implementation

Pengaruh Tangible Asset, Profitabilitas dan Risiko Bisnis terhadap Struktur Modal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tangible asset, profitabilitas dan risiko bisnis terhadap struktur modal dengan berfokus pada Perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel dari 44 Perusahaan selama periode pengamatan 5 tahun berturut-turut sehingga mengahsilkan total 220 sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tangible asset memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal, profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, risiko bisnis tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal
