Analisis Persepsi Nasabah Atas Keamanan dan Kepercayaan dalam Sistem E-payments

This research made a study on the security and trust in the relation to the Electronc Payments System (EPS) . The research propose a model which discuses factors which determine the perceived security and the perceived trust. This research also discus the effects of perceived security dan trust in the use of EPS, In this research there has been an emprirical test of the proposed model with respondens of 316 people in the Jakarta Meropolitan area. Data was analized using a structural equation modelling. The research finding shows that security statements is a factor which is significant to increase the perceived security in the USAge of EPS. The perceived trust has a positif influence significanly in the use of EPS. The research did not find any statistical proving that there is a statistical relationship between the quality of transaction procedure with the preceived security and perceived trsutin the use of EPS. This research also proves that there is a statistical relationship between the technical protection and the perceived security (H1) , the security statements with the perceived trust (H6). This research did not find any statistical relationship between the transaction procedure the perceive trust (H4) and the technical protection with the perceived trust (H2), This research explained the relationship between the perceived trust and the use of EPS. The finding of the research shows the role of the perceived security in the building of the user security and the positif influence of the the perceived trust to the use of EPS. The effects of the security statements for the user perception of security and trust also has been validated. The significance of ErbB2/3 in the conversion of induced pluripotent stem cells into cancer stem cells

Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are suggested to be responsible for drug resistance and aggressive phenotypes of tumors. Mechanisms of CSC induction are still under investigation. Our lab has established a novel method to generate CSCs from iPSCs under a cancerous microenvironment mimicked by the conditioned medium (CM) of cancer-derived cells. Here, we analyzed the transcriptome of CSCs, which were converted from iPSCs with CM from pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells. The differentially expressed genes were identified and used to explore pathway enrichment. From the comparison of the CSCs with iPSCs, genes with elevated expression were related to the ErbB2/3 signaling pathway. Inhibition of either ErbB2 with lapatinib as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor or ErbB3 with TX1-85-1 or siRNAs arrested cell proliferation, inhibited the in vitro tumorigenicity, and lead to loss of stemness in the converting cells. The self-renewal and tube formation abilities of cells were also abolished while CD24 and Oct3/4 levels were reduced, and the MAPK pathway was overactivated. This study shows a potential involvement of the ErbB2/ErbB3 pathway in CSC generation and could lead to new insight into the mechanism of tumorigenesis and the way of cancer prevention

This research is performed in order to test the influence of tuition, promotion costs and macro variable (uncontrolable) toward the number of new admissions. Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling and this research in STMIK AtmaLuhur. Data analysis with multiplier regression of panel data common effect method. Empirical evidence of analysis show as tuition, promotion costs, inflation, kurs, BI Rate not influence toward the number of new amissions Strata 1 in STMIK AtmaLuhur. Inflation, Kurs, Bi Rate not influence toward the number of new admissions Diploma 3 while tuition have negative influence toward the number of new admissions and promotion costs have positive influence toward the number of new admissions Diploma 3 in STMIK Atma Luhur

Language verbally and non verbally used by people in the world as a tool to have communication both formal and non formal. No Language, no activities of human in daily life, no Language, no any field of sciences in the world whether spoken or written ones (seno Putra,2008). Therefore, Language is the most important role to do many activities of people life, and it also gives many contributions to interact from individual to individual (Face to face), one group to other ones, and one Nation (state) to other ones (States), etc., including the activities on “Market Integration in Asean. In order to interact with other people, particularly in Local trade,World trade, and also Market integration in Asean, Language and Culture among Asian Countries are the key, and have important role to connect and develop one another on Market Integration in Asean. For example, how come if we do not understand and have mutual understanding Language and Culture of these Countries to carry out impact or transaction in Economy, especially in Market Trade in Asean?
