Increasing interstate integration in the agro-industrial complex of the EAEU countries

The article presents the analysis of the integration processes that are taking place in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the unified agro-food policy developed by the participat-ing countries, as well as strategic measures and mechanisms for further interstate integra-tion in the field of agro-industrial production. The article pays special attention to the issues of receiving the real economic (positive) im-pact from the integration through mechanisms promoting a coordinated agrarian policy. The authors substantiate the significance of the cluster approach when creating cross-border units as one of the most effective methods of sustainable development of agricultural produc-tion in rural areas of the EAEC countries. The article proves the viability of creating joint ventures by agricultural producers and determines their basic characteristics. Working on the paper, the authors applied traditional methods of research: dialectical (from general to particular), abstract logical, monographic ones, the method of comparative anal-ysis, and expert assessments. The research findings can be used by the government agencies that work in the field of agro-industrial production and implement targeted complex programs for the development of ag-riculture and regulation of markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food, as well as social development of rural areas. Problems and main mechanisms to increase investment attractiveness of agricultural production

The main idea of this article is the justification of the necessity and the creation of conditions for attracting investments in economic entities of agrarian and agro-industrial production. The authors consider topical issues of increasing the investment attractiveness of industries and businesses in agro-industrial production of the subsidized region at the federal and regional levels. The authors note that ensuring the food security of the administrative district, the region and the country as a whole largely depends on the solution of this large-scale task. The forms, methods and mechanisms affecting the activation and inflow of investment and financial resources into agro-industrial production are exemplified by the subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District (in particular, the Chechen Republic). The subject of the study is the organizational-economic relations connected with increasing the investment attractiveness of the agrarian sector and agro-industrial production. The article gives authors’ definition of the economic category of the “investment attractiveness”. The results can be used by the government of agro-industrial production of subsidized subjects of Russia in the development and implementation of regional agricultural development programs and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food, as well as social development of rural areas.peer-reviewe

Improving the Theoretical and Methodological Framework for Implementing Digital Twin Technology in Various Sectors of Agriculture

The aim of this study is to systematize and improve the theoretical and methodological framework for implementing digital twin technology. The study focuses on digital twins in agriculture. This paper is designed to solve the scientific problem associated with the development of a methodological framework for the implementation of digital twins in the work of agricultural organizations. Using methods of analysis of socio-economic phenomena and processes on the basis of a set of scientific approaches, economic-statistical analysis, and others, the study considers the importance of digital twins of agricultural machinery and equipment, identifies trends in agriculture determined by digitalization, and suggests promising areas for digital twins of agricultural machinery and equipment. This paper also examines the theoretical basis for the implementation of digital twin technology in the agricultural sector of production. New research results complement the theoretical provisions on the essence of digital twin technology; develop the methodological provisions of digital twin technology, represented by the study of their significance, principles, and features of operation. Formation of the Rational Socio-Economic Worldview Based on the Laws of Nature and Society

The study is aimed at the improvement of social and economic relations based on modern directions of the formation of a rational socio-economic worldview, eliminating the sociological contradictions of modern society. The use of a system-holistic interdisciplinary methodology determines the need to review the development tools of the problem of creating a rational worldview in society. The basis of the research methodology has become the conceptual matrix of the formation of a rational worldview according to community levels, taking into account the basic socio-economic law of human development in any system. The article presents the results of a study designed as a clarification of the concept of “rational worldview”, creating a list of the benefits of forming a rational socio-economic worldview based on the laws of nature and society, and determining the directions of formation of a rational worldview in the context of the topic under study. The results of the study can be used in the system of state management of economic processes. Improving the Efficiency of Budgeting in Industrial Enterprise: The case of Russia, Italy, and the Middle East

The study improved budgeting efficiency at industrial enterprises with evidence from Russia, Italy, and the Middle East. In the era of contemporary globalization and technological advancement, a budgeting system holds paramount significance in the effective management of the financial operations and activities, enhancing the overall efficiency of the firm's cash management, mitigating the risk of finance misallocation, and improving the overall financial performance of the enterprise. However, despite its effectiveness, there is a lack of evidence supporting budgeting automation and its efficiency in managing industrial enterprises. More so, limited theoretical and practical relevance is found in the context of Russia, Italy, and the Middle East. This research intended to fill the existing research gap where a qualitative research design was opted. Primary data were collected from the budgeting heads of 3 pharmaceutical firms, each located in Russia, Italy, and Iran. In-depth interviews with 3 budgeting heads identified that the conventional incremental budgeting system needed amendment and replacement with a consolidated and contemporary yet flexible approach to bring radical improvements at the macro-environment level within the industrial enterprise. The key findings led to the development of a model to improve budgeting efficiency, comprising three components: information and analytical/accounting support for budgeting, production accounting information, and a combination of the regulated operation prices. Directions To Improve The Effectiveness Of Russia's Energy Export Policy

The importance of a fuel and energy complex (FEC) of the Russian Federation (RF) for the economy together with volatility of the global energy market conjuncture updates the need to develop scientific approaches to improving the effectiveness of energy export policy. Key factors destructive to an energy balance in the context of the current state and development of the fuel and energy complex in Russia have been identified. Using the regression method, the article rationalizes the nature of dependence of Russia's gross domestic product (GDP) on energy balance indicators taking into account the factors of the current economic and geopolitical situation. Based on simulation modeling, values of a favorable ratio of exports to production and consumption of oil and gas that would contribute to an increase in the growth rates of Russia's GDP have been calculated. A quantitative estimation of the GDP growth and the level of energy intensity reduction in the national economy have been presented, while observing favorable ratios of the exports to the production and consumption of oil and gas. A set of focus areas to increase the effectiveness of Russia's energy export policy has been proposed.
