The problem in this writing is how the process of money transfer by online system at BRI Bank Branch of Tanjung Balai, what a responsibility of Bank to the losses either to the sender or receiver of the transfer, How the settlement of dispute between the sender of money, receiver of transfer and bank on the dereliction of Bank, what a law consequences of the error in money transfer.

Utilization of bio gas slurry and bio gas slurry enriched with goat’s urine fermented on plant height, leaf production and chemical compositions on Indigofera zollingeriana:

The research objective was to examine the utilization of bio gas slurry and bio gasslurry enriched with goat’s urine fermented on Indigofera zollingeriana. The experiment wasconducted at the Goat Farm Research Station Sei Putih, Galang, North Sumatera, from Marchuntil August 2015 using 24 plants of Indigofera zollingeriana. Design experiment was usedsplit plot design where main plots were different dosages of fertilizer, i.e. R1 (75), R2 (150)and R3 (225) ml/plot with four replications. The sub plots were types of fertilizer, i.e. slurry(P1) and slurry and goat’s urine fermented (P2). The research parameters were plant height,leaf production and chemical compositions (rough fat, NDF and ADF).The results showed that dosage fertilizer application of gas slurry and bio gas slurry enrichedwith goat urine fermented was not significantly different to plant height, leaf production andcrude lipid. There was no significantly different on plant height between types of fertilizer, i.e.bio gas slurry and bio gas slurry enriched with goat’s urine fermented. There weresignificantly different (P<0,05) between types of fertilizer, i.e. bio gas slurry and bio gas slurryenriched with goat’s urine fermented on leaf production and chemical compositions. Pengaruh Intellectual Capital Dan Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Perbankan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2015

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Intellectual Capital dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2012-2015 sebanyak 45 Perusahaan. Jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 23 Perusahaan dengan tahun pengamatan 4 tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Nilai R-Square sebesar 69,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan Perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebesar 69,4 sedangkan 30,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sedangkan uji F secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Disarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang melakukan penelitian ini, diharapkan menambah periode dan variabel lainnya seperti Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Debt Ratio yang juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan

Kualitas Daging Babi Dengan Pemberian Zeolit Dan Tepung Darah Sebagai Sumber Protein Dalam Ransum

Zeolite is a composite minerals from mining which can be used as a source of minerals in animal ration. It has high absorbability and cation exchange characteristics. This study was aimed to examine the influence of zeolit and blood meal in the pig ration on pork quality characterictics. The experiment used 27 crossbred pig comprising 19 gilts and 8 barrows, with initial weight of 25.29 + 2.67 kgs. They were set up in a completely randomized factorial design 3 x 3, where the first factor was zeolit levels (0, 3, and 6%) and the second factor was blood meal level (0, 5, and 10%). The results showed that there were no significant influence of zeolite, blood meal or their interaction on all meat quality characteristics including pH, water holding capacity, tenderness, color and intramuscular fat contents of pork, except the measurement at pH of six hours postmortem of the pork was significantly (P < 0.01) affected by blood meal level of the ration. Five percent (5%) blood meal in the ration gave the highest pH of pork compared to the other blood meal levels

Harapan Akan Kesuksesan Perkawinan Pada Individu Yang Melakukan Perkawinan Semarga Pada Suku Batak

Individu yang melakukan perkawinan semarga khususnya pada suku Batakmenghadapi konflik intrapersonal dan konflik interpersonal dengan keluarga dan masyarakatBatak. Oleh karena itu, individu perlu mengembangkan harapan akan kesuksesanperkawinannya sebagai salah satu karakter positif yang membuat individu dapat menjalanikehidupan perkawinan semarga dengan baik. Harapan merupakan pemikiran yang diarahkanpada tujuan dimana individu menggunakan pathway thinking dan agency thinking untukmencapai tujuannya (Snyder, 2000). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihatgambaran harapan akan kesuksesan perkawinan pada individu yang melakukan perkawinansemarga pada suku Batak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden 1 dan 3 memilikiharapan akan kesuksesan perkawinan yang tinggi dilihat dari mampu mengembangkanpathway thinking dan agency thinking yang tinggi. Sementara responden 2 memiliki agencythinking yang tinggi tetapi pathway thinking yang rendah. Ketiga responden bertujuan untukmencapai kesuksesan perkawinan dengan tolak ukur yang berbeda-beda. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa kualitas hubungan dengan pasangan membantu responden untukmengembangkan pathway thinking. Selain itu, tidak terjadinya mitos perkawinan semarga didalam perkawinan ditemukan membantu ketiga responden untuk mengembangkan agencythinking. Dukungan sosial, kepercayaan religius dan kontrol yang dimiliki oleh ketigaresponden juga membantu mereka dalam mengembangkan harapan akan kesuksesanperkawinannya
