Orthogonal Decomposition of Some Affine Lie Algebras in Terms of their Heisenberg Subalgebras
In the present note we suggest an affinization of a theorem by Kostrikin
et.al. about the decomposition of some complex simple Lie algebras
into the algebraic sum of pairwise orthogonal Cartan subalgebras. We point out
that the untwisted affine Kac-Moody algebras of types ( prime,
), can be decomposed into
the algebraic sum of pairwise or\-tho\-go\-nal Heisenberg subalgebras. The
and cases are discussed in great detail. Some possible
applications of such decompositions are also discussed.Comment: 16 pages, LaTeX, no figure
Topological gravity on plumbed V-cobordisms
An ensemble of cosmological models based on generalized BF-theory is
constructed where the role of vacuum (zero-level) coupling constants is played
by topologically invariant rational intersection forms (cosmological-constant
matrices) of 4-dimensional plumbed V-cobordisms which are interpreted as
Euclidean spacetime regions. For these regions describing topology changes, the
rational and integer intersection matrices are calculated. A relation is found
between the hierarchy of certain elements of these matrices and the hierarchy
of coupling constants of the universal (low-energy) interactions.

Magnetoelectric direct and converse resonance effects in a flexible ferromagnetic-piezoelectric polymer structure
Comparison between methods for determining creatinine and glomerular filtration rate.
This article deals with a comparison of methods for determining creatinine (Jaffe and Enzymatic) in the pediatric population. In the course of work, the influence of interfering substances (bilirubin, glucose, protein, hemoglobin) on the measurement of creatinine. Based on the data obtained, the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) was calculated, and the calculated GFR values were calculated with those obtained using exogenous substances.
Comparison of test systems for determination antibody IgG to SARS-CoV-2
Currently, worldwide, the number of people infected with coronavirus is growing exponentially, which requires immediate measures to prevent the spread of infection. Today, the most urgent task of public health is to ensure the safety of the population of the Russian Federation. For this purpose, mass testing of the population for coronavirus infection is being carried outВ настоящее время во всем мире число инфицированных коронавирусом людей растет в геометрической прогрессии, что требует незамедлительных мер по профилактике распространения инфекции. Сегодня наиболее актуальной задачей общественного здравоохранения является обеспечение безопасности населения Российской Федерации. С этой целью проводится массовое тестирование населения на коронавирусную инфекци
On the Completeness of the Set of Classical W-Algebras Obtained from DS Reductions
We clarify the notion of the DS --- generalized Drinfeld-Sokolov ---
reduction approach to classical -algebras. We first strengthen an
earlier theorem which showed that an embedding can be associated to every DS reduction. We then use the fact that a
\W-algebra must have a quasi-primary basis to derive severe restrictions on
the possible reductions corresponding to a given embedding. In the
known DS reductions found to date, for which the \W-algebras are denoted by
-algebras and are called canonical, the
quasi-primary basis corresponds to the highest weights of the . Here we
find some examples of noncanonical DS reductions leading to \W-algebras which
are direct products of -algebras and `free field'
algebras with conformal weights . We also show
that if the conformal weights of the generators of a -algebra
obtained from DS reduction are nonnegative (which isComment: 48 pages, plain TeX, BONN-HE-93-14, DIAS-STP-93-0
Real and virtual photons in an external constant electromagnetic field of most general form
The photon behavior in an arbitrary superposition of constant magnetic and
electric fields is considered on most general grounds basing on the first
principles like Lorentz- gauge- charge- and parity-invariance. We make model-
and approximation-independent, but still rather informative, statements about
the behavior that the requirement of causal propagation prescribes to massive
and massless branches of dispersion curves, and describe the way the eigenmodes
are polarized. We find, as a consequence of Hermiticity in the transparency
domain, that adding a smaller electric field to a strong magnetic field in
parallel to the latter causes enhancement of birefringence. We find the
magnetic field produced by a point electric charge far from it (a manifestation
of magneto-electric phenomenon). We establish degeneracies of the polarization
tensor that (under special kinematic conditions) occur due to space-time
symmetries of the vacuum left after the external field is imposed.Comment: 30 pages, 1 figure, 57 equations, reference list of 38 item

A Mathematical Model for Complete Morphological Regression in Primary Operable HER2-Positive Breast Cancer
Background. Breast cancer (BC) is distinguished with its biological tumour subtypes as luminal A, B, HER2-positive and triple-negative. The current clinical guidelines of the Russian Ministry of Health prescribe neoadjuvant targeted chemotherapy as combined treatment in the HER2-positive cancer subtype. An adequate model for treatment efficacy prediction in such patients had been missing to date.Aim. Development of a mathematical model and its computer realisation for complete morphological regression estimation in patients with primary operable HER2-positive breast cancer.Materials and methods. Statistically significant predictors were estimated with the treatment outcome data on 103 HER2- positive breast cancer cases with neoadjuvant targeted chemotherapy. A binary logistic regression model was developed to account for a dichotomous variable dependency on certain predictors. Results and discussion. Multivariate analysis laid out a mathematical model and software “Complete morphological regression estimation in primary operable EGFR-expressing breast cancer under neoadjuvant chemotherapy”. Our results attest that the program correctly automates a systematic estimation of complete morphological regression achieved prior to neoadjuvant targeted chemotherapy and is clinically justified for optimising treatment regimens in primary operable HER2-positive BC.Conclusion. The mathematical model and computer program developed estimate the rate of complete morphological regression achieved prior to neoadjuvant targeted chemotherapy with a high 92 % sensitivity, 97.33 % specificity and 93.21% accuracy
