Методика контролю та оцінювання кооперованого навчання майбутніх вихователів та музичних керівників ДНЗ у формуванні їх музично-педагогічної компетентності

Methodology of control and evaluation of cooperative studies in forming musical-pedagogical competence of the future kindergarten teachers and music tutors of preschool educational establishments is reflected in the article. The levels of evaluation of knowledge, abilities, skills of the future kindergarten teachers and musical tutors in cooperative studies are determined – high, middle, low, according to the parameters that included also the evaluation of professionally meaningful qualities of the future specialists. It is found out, that in the process of evaluation of group educational results the balance of individual and command interests and achievements should be followed, that must be reflected in percent correlation of group and individual evaluation. The attention is concentrated on difficulties of communicative character that arise in the process of cooperative studies and ways of their overcoming due to the mastering four levels skills.У статті висвітлено методику контролю і оцінювання кооперованого навчання у формуванні музично-педагогічної компетентності майбутніх вихователів та музичних керівників дошкільних навчальних закладів. Встановлено рівні оцінювання знань, умінь, навичок майбутніх вихователів та музичних керівників у кооперованому навчанні – високий. середній, низький, за параметрами, які включали також оцінку професійно значущих якостей майбутніх фахівців. Зʼясовано, що в процесі оцінки групових навчальних результатів слід дотримуватися балансу індивідуальних та командних інтересів і досягнень, що має відображатися у відсотковому співвідношенні групової та індивідуальної оцінки. Зосереджено увагу на труднощах комунікативного характеру, що виникають в процесі кооперованого навчання, та прийомах їх подолання шляхом оволодіння навичками чотирьох рівнів

Self-education culture of future music teachers: diagnostic and formative methods

The article highlights the results of an experimental study on the formation of a culture of self-education of future music teachers in vocal and choral training. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the developed methodology for the formation of a culture of self-education of future teachers of musical art in the process of studying vocal and choral disciplines. The study was carried out by the method of paired comparisons, based on the results of which a scale of comparative assessments was built in the control and experimental groups. The effectiveness of the proposed technique is confirmed by the results of statistical processing of experimental data. Criteria for monitoring the formation of a culture of self-education of future teachers of musical art in vocal and choral training are indicated. The effectiveness of the applied technique was assessed by a series of tests comparing the results at the ascertaining and formative stages of the study. The authors argue that the data of the formative experiment showed significant positive changes in the levels of formation of the culture of self-education of future teachers of musical art according to all the established criteria
