    The speed of providing services from the IT support department in helping to handle problems related to computer devices or internet or intranet networks in a company is very important in supporting work effectiveness. PT Markindo Rekateknik is a company engaged in marking machines, coding printers and packaging machines. Handling requests for network access or repairing computer equipment is still done manually and this process takes a long time because it needs to get approval from the leadership. This of course can cause problems in the form of missing data reports, difficulty in searching data, and the risk of data loss. And in terms of monitoring access requests and computer and network equipment problems that are often complained of in 1 month, they are not recorded properly, making it difficult for the evaluation process of these obstacles. For this reason, we need a helpdesk system for the IT Support section that is computerized and can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection, so that existing problems can be resolved properly.     Absensi dan rekap absensi adalah kegiatan yang sangat penting dalam proses penggajian karyawan. Perhitungan absen yang dihitung dengan jumlah hari kerja menjadikan proses ini perlu adanya pengawasan dalam pencatatan data absensi maupun perekapannya nanti. CV Cahaya Toner adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang retail toner dan printer, yang sudah berdirikan sejak akhir tahun 2014. Sistem yang digunakan dalam proses absensi karyawan pada CV Cahaya Toner masih manual, yakni dengan dicatat buku absensi dan membubuhkan tanda tangan. Hal ini tentu saja memiliki dampak pada efektifitas dan efisiensi pendataan, pencarian data, dan menghitung rekap absensi yang membutuhkan waktu, sehingga resiko kesalahan akan kehilangan data absensi semakin besar. Untuk itulah dibutuhkannya aplikasi yang digunakan untuk absensi dan sekaligus monitoring dalam rekapan absensinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan dengan model waterfall. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi absensi karyawan berbasisw web ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses absensi, pencarian data dan perhitungan rekap absensi, serta mengurangi resiko kehilangan dan kesalahan pencatatan data absensi pada CV Cahaya Toner

    This research was conducted to find out how much influence of the product, price, place and promotion on Starbucks Coffee Bogor city consumers' decision making. The research used the survey method with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling: judgment sampling. The analytical method used is the method of correlation analysis and multiple regression. The results of the study show that both partially and jointly the factors of product, price, place, and promotion have a significant influence on product purchase decision making. The higher the level of influence of the product, price, place and promotion, the stronger the influence of product purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the analysis of the factors that influence the purchasing decision shows the adjusted R2 value of 0.663, this means that all variables derived from the marketing mix have a joint contribution of 66.3% to the dependent variable (Y), namely the purchasing decision. The remaining 33.7% is influenced by other factors
