    Effendy Saud Batik is one of IKM batik Batik Kampoeng Laweyan, Surakarta. Types produced batik is batik and batik with most types of batik is batik produced. IKM Batik Effendy Saud's production strategy make to order and there are no guidelines for production time.     Performance appraisal is an important process in human resources, because of the results of the performance appraisal will be measurable competencies, workplace behavior and employee performance within a specified time period as a basis for consideration in the consideration of the decision in the field of human resources. Diponegoro University also conduct performance measurements for a contract employee, from the results of the assessment will be given a reward in the form of direct compensation, named Performance Improvement Allowance (TPK), and in 2014 changed its name TPK Repairs Allowance Income (TPP). The scoring system is still focused on the aspects of discipline, so that the results obtained are not completely describe the condition of the employee. Therefore, formulate performance assessment consisting of 6 main criteria and 19 sub-criteria are built from a model for assessing the performance of "Annual Performance Appraisal-Temporary Employee (Classified or Administrative and Professional) University of Texas Dallas". Based on the result on the research carried out by using the weighting method AHP (Analytichal Hierarchy Process) weights obtained for kriteia attendance / punctuality (0248), initiative (0234), responsibility and dependence (0194), the quality of work (0139) knowledge work (0111) and interpersonal relationships (0075). Then an assessment with Fuzzy Synthetic pendekatan to get big TPP. TPP is the largest of the calculation is the biggest is Rp. 979.605, while the smallest Rp.396,000 TPP.     Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Jalan Tol Semarang-bawen Dengan Integrasi Metode Importance Performance Gap Analysis, Lean, Dan Six Sigma

    PT Trans Marga Jateng (TMJ) is a company engaged in service sector, which is managing Semarang-Bawen toll road. The result of preliminary surveyconducted by PT TMJ showed that service quality of PT TMJ is still unsatisfactory, so it is necessary to do research on improving service quality. Service quality can be measured from two perspectives, i.e., internal perspective and external perspective. The external perspective can be measured with Importance Performance Gap Analysis (IPGA) method, while the internal perspective can be measured with Lean and Six Sigma method. Thus, this study will use the integration method of IPGA, lean, and six sigma in effort to improve service quality of PT TMJ. Based on the research result, service quality attributes considered the most influential is road lighting, road surface smoothness, driving safety, and accident handling. Suggested improvements for each attribute are road lighting installation at vulnerable points of accidents,asphalt layer installation on bumpy roads, paying particular attention to the implementation of safety driving indicator, and improving value stream of accident handling. Based on future state value stream mapping, total lead time is 150 minutes and value added activity percentage is 72,6%

    Effects of High-intensity Interval Training Treadmill with Changes in Inclination to Body Fat Mass Percentage of Overweight Men

    A higher body fat percentage reflects an increased risk of comorbidities. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a more efficient and effective form of exercise in reducing body fat mass. This study aimed to determine the effects of HIIT treadmill with changes in inclination to body fat mass percentage of overweight men. Twenty-two overweight subjects who met the study criteria were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group did HIIT using a treadmill with incline changes for 4 weeks. Measurements of the anthropometrics such as weight, body mass index (BMI), waist and hip ratio (WHR), and body fat mass were performed pre and post the intervention in both groups. There was significant decrease in body fat mass percentage (p=0,000) and WHR (p=0,000) in intervention group and significant difference in body fat mass percentage (p=0,000) in the intervention group compared to the control group (p=0,00). However, there is no significant decrease in BW (p=0.598) and BMI (p=0.592) in the intervention group after exercise. Tahapan tersebut disesuaikan dengan tingkat Perkembangan peserta belajar. Oleh sebab itu mengetahui dengan baik karakteristik perkembangan peserta didik sangat penting. Pengetahuan tersebut dapat membantu para fasilitator proses belajar untuk merancang dan menerapkan cara-cara yang tepat untuk mendukung tercapainya keberhasilan hasil belajar yang maksimal. Buku ini ditulis melalui kolaborasi para pendidik di Indonesia dengan pendekatan teoritis dan praktis. Tujuannya untuk menyajikan inovasi dalam proses pendampingan belajar. Pembahasan dimulai dengan ulasan umum mengenai perkembangan peserta didik baik secara fisik, psikis, maupun sosial.
